Does Sam’s Club have a Photo Center?

Yes. Sam’s Club Photos & Customization is an online service where members can order prints, photo cards and custom photo gifts. There is no in-club photo center.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, visit the Order Status page. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped, which will contain tracking information.

How quickly will my order arrive?

The date on which you will receive your order will vary based on the product you create and the shipping method you choose.

Please click here for more information on production and delivery times for each item. Please note that the total time it takes for your order to arrive will be the total of the production time and the shipping time, based on your selected shipping method. 

Please be aware that shipping times can vary, particularly during peak seasons, so we encourage you to place your orders early to avoid disappointment.

What payment methods are accepted?

Sam's Club Photos & Customization orders can be paid for using debit or credit cards via Authorize.net (our payment partner). We do not currently accept Sam's Club gift cards, Sam's Club Private Label or any other form of payment at this time. 

How do I update my account information or payment method?

You will need to navigate to samsclub.com if you want to change your email or password. To update other account information, please log in and click on the icon with your name at the top of the screen. When the dropdown menu appears, select "Personal Information". 

To change your address, please click "Addresses" in the menu on the left hand side, then select the address you would like to edit. Update your details and press "Update the address" to save.

At this time, payment can only be made using credit or debit cards via our payment partner, Authorize.net. When you reach the payment step of the checkout process, you can enter your preferred payment card details. 

How do I send photos to Sam's Club?

Sam’s Club Photos & Customization members can upload their photos to their account at photo.samsclub.com. Once uploaded you can order your photos as prints or on any of our photo products.

Where will I find photos that I previously uploaded to Sam's Club?

To access photos that you previously uploaded to Sam's Club Photos & Customization, please log in to your account and select the product you would like to design. Once you are in the editor, you will see a list of sources to add your photos. Select "My Account Photos" and your existing photos will be visible and ready to import to your new project. 

Does Sam’s Club have 1-hour photo services?

No, Sam’s Club Photos & Customization does not offer a 1-hour photo service. However, members have access to free shipping on all photo products.

Does Sam's Club develop film or disposable cameras?

No, Sam’s Club Photos & Customization no longer develops film. However, we do have a transfer service, via which can save your film to a USB or DVD. Click here for more information. Sam’s Club Photos & Customization does not develop disposable cameras.

What pack sizes are cards available in? 

Photo cards, flat cards and foil cards can be ordered in quantities from 1 to 12, or in packs of 25. Folded cards are available in packs of 25 only. Prices per card will vary based on your quantity selection but the total price for your selected quantity will be shown on the product page. 

You can select your quantity using the dropdown on the product page, before you begin editing your card design. If you need to add more during the design process, you can adjust your card quantity by choosing "Options" in the left navigation within the editor, and then adjusting your quantity using the dropdown. You will also have an opportunity to adjust card quantity when previewing your design, before adding to cart. 

Once the cards have been added to your cart, if you need to edit the quantity simply click on the item name in the cart ad you will return to the editor, where you can adjust using the steps above.
