What do i do if my order passes the wait time?
We have advertised average wait times and estimated time frames. If your order passes the maximum time mentioned in the estimated time frame then you should contact us by e-mail or on facebook messenger to inquire about the delay. In rare cases additional time is needed to unlock your phone.
How much does it cost to unlock an iPhone?
Network Unlocking an iPhone can be done for free from the carrier if all eligibility requirements are met. Often network carriers charge a service fee to unlock a phone and it is usually set at $50 or more. Each network carrier has there own set of requirements. Some require the device to be paid in full and some require a minimum amount of months of active service before unlocking. Requirements may be different depending on if it's a pre-paid phone or in contract phone and where it was purchased.
How long does it take to unlock a phone?
When a network unlock code is requested on our website immediately the request is sent to the supplier through our automated system. A supplier at their discretion chooses to reply to the orders every hour, once per day, once per week or sometimes longer. For some phones where the codes are retrieved though a database, then the code can be accessed by us almost immediately. For iPhones this process usually takes longer.
How long does it take to unlock a phone AT&T?
The AT&T unlock request has to be submitted to AT&T and if all eligibility requirements are met it can take a few hours up to 2 business days, however if the phone is not eligible it may take several more days to get it approved for unlocking. The longest we have seen from AT&T before approval is 30 days.
How long does it take Apple to unlock a phone?
Apple will unlock an iPhone only after it gets an official request from the carrier either though an online portal or by phone. We must first initiate this request through the carrier to begin the process. Usually anywhere from 24 - 48 hours an approval can be received however some carriers may take much longer, once this is marked unlocked in the database the unlock is effective immediately as long as your device is connected to wifi and are able to receive the OTA (over the air) message from Apple servers.
Why is my carrier Unlock taking forever?
A carrier unlock service can get delayed because of some issues with your IMEI number or eligibility requirements. If not all the requirements have been met, then some documentation from us has to be sent to the manufacturer to get the approval. Often we have to wait for their response before we can proceed and this can cause unexpected delays.
