Good option for the area - Edit
The restaurant setting is very special, with many plants and cosy nooks indoors. Outdoors the terrace is also very cosy.

The menu is interesting and slightly confusing. Vegan options are clearly labeled. Eventhough that's amazing the food was not that excellent. The green curry soup tasted okay but had quite some chunks in it. The couscous salad, which we ordered in a small portion as a starter, was quite dry and flavourless. For the main dish we had the casa vita salad (clearly fresh but could use some flavour) and the Lagos (interesting meal but the bread was quite heavy and dry).
We were surprised to find even 2 vegan options for desserts, chocolate cake with coconut ice cream and lemon cheesecake with raspberry ice. Both okay and served with fresh fruit which was nice but flavour of the cakes was not great. And the combination of warm cake with cold cherries sauce was a bit weird ;)
Pros: Vegan clearly labeled.

Wir saßen gemütlich draußen zwischen Bäumen im Innenhof des Restaurants. Das vegane Essen war sehr lecker. Empfehlenswert!

Hervorragendes Essen - Edit
Das Casa Vita ist eine sehr schöne Location, das Essen hat geschmeckt, die Portionen waren allerdings übersichtlich. Wenn man zeitig genug da ist, ist die Wartezeit moderat, bei Stoßzeiten wartet man sehr lange. Die Preise finden sich nicht im unteren Segment wieder.

splendid food - Edit
After a cold and windy day, walking down from the Brocken mountain we found this restaurant. Everything freshly made (so it cost some time), we ordered a shared humus plate as a starter. Main vegetarian curry, pizza and a lovely flammkuchen.

Ein ganz besonderes Restaurant - Edit
Eine exquisite Überraschung im schönen Wernigerode. Das Restaurant hat eine umfangreiche Speisekarte sowohl für Veganer, Vegetarier als auch Normalesser. Die Küchenleistung war überdurchschnittlich, die Wein- und Getränkekarte ebenfalls. Tolles Ambiente. Eine echte Empfehlung.
