The Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown garners praise for its cleanliness and vibrant atmosphere, complete with nightly live music and trendy, musically-themed decor. Guests appreciate the spacious and stylish rooms, though opinions on value differ, with some finding the hotel pricey. The prime location is a highlight, offering both convenience and quiet.
While the service is generally commended for being friendly and accommodating, the hotel has received some criticism regarding the speed of breakfast service. Amenities like the fitness center and live entertainment are well-regarded, though valet parking costs can be a concern.

Excellent new hotel with outdoor pool and bar area, walking distance to downtown Nashville. PERFECT!
We had an excellent stay at the NEW Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown! Beautiful, clean, trendy, brand new hotel across the street from the new MCM. Hotel boasts a great pool and bar on the 5th floor. Fitness center is amazing with TRX, kettlebells, weights, elliptical. Our kids 10, 9, 3 loved the Shuffleboard and fooseball tables in the lobby/ patio. Bar/Restaurant was a little overpriced, but food was good and it is Nashville. Hotel is only blocks away from Broadway and all the stadiums. We walked everywhere. Our room on the 19th floor had amazing views of the city. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Nashville!

My friend and I stayed at Cambria Hotel for 3 nights for an Imagine Dragons concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The location to everything was FABULOUS! It was a 5 minute walk to Broadway and the Arena. We loved the decor and the staff was so helpful! Matthew helped us download our tickets for the concert. If I ever visit Nashville again...Cambria Hotel is my pick!

I’m a Marriott member, but was unable to book a room at the last minute. Only availability was Cambria. Very happy with my stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodations were exactly what I needed. I usually don’t have my room serviced during my stay, but one of the staff members, Ms. Carolyn Taylor noticed me as I was returning to my room and stoppped to ask me if I had everything I needed to make sure my stay was comfortable. She replaced my towels and extra toiletries to last the rest of my stay. She was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making me feel at home. Cambria will now be my go to when in Nashville.

We had a great stay at this hotel very comfortable, safe, good food and live band in the bar area. We only had a few issues, the small frig did not work, the room phone did not work and the room was a little cold. But I would stay there again. The hotel is in a great location.

The Cambria Hotel & Suites in Nashville opened this year. It's off to a good start but still has a few rough edges. First the good. The rooms were pleasant, staff was friendly and the location was as good as it gets for someone attending an event at the Music City (Convention) Center or Bridgestone Arena. There was also a 55-inch TV that lets you stream internet content, such as Netflix.
It's not too far from the downtown restaurants and entertainment, but it's still a bit of a walk. The elevator requires tapping your room key on a reader to reach floors 6-18 (the lobby in on the fifth floor). Nice for security, but on several occasions, I had to tap it repeatedly before I could light up the level where my room was located.
I had to work for a few hours each day and the desk stool provided no back support and required me getting up every 20-30 minutes to stretch. A decent chair would have been an improvement.
The restaurant bar has an okay alcohol list, but the food choices are limited. I don't think management expects anyone to eat there. But if you've been on your feet all day at the convention center or arrived late, you don't always feel like walking a half mile or more to another restaurant.
Most of these things can be easily improved. I can recommend it with the above caveats.

I came to this hotel for an event that was hosted on their 5th floor with the pool. I love the layout of this place. Everything looked so clean and they had a great amount of space on the inside where the dance floor and bar were. Having the pool area connect to the bar just on the outside was a very convenient approach to serving both sides. I will be considering this place for the next time I need to book a room downtown. It is conveniently located just in the middle of the downtown businesses and the Gulch. I would recommend looking for the entrance to their parking in the front of their building to pull in as my friend and I made the mistake of pulling into the back parking lot mistaking it for hotel parking. There was no signage to tell us otherwise until we had a guy nearly jump on our hood to put a ticket under the wiper blade as I was already backing out of the space to leave. So park inside the hotels parking area and you will be just fine. Anyone can appreciate the work that went into this hotel. I highly recommend anyone using their event space. I will write up another review once I stay in one of the rooms.

Response from Zachary E, General Manager at Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown
Responded Jun 18, 2018
Thank you for your review MatthewUptown! I am pleased to see how much you enjoyed the event you attended at TRUE, our music room and bar. We will look at some additional signage outside to avoid any confusion on where the main entrance of the hotel is. We look to seeing you at the bar again real soon or even as an overnight guest.

We didn't hear anything about this service while we were there. I would message the concierge about it. They were very helpful with all of our questions.
Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. Yes they offered bag check service to us but our room was also ready before 3pm anyway.
I think it’s just guests - but you can use the bar and outside area
I think it was sunrise to sunset.
