Newly renovated historic church (built 1883) converted into a unique cottage. only minutes away from the wonderful sandy beaches of Cape Tormentine and the Confederation Bridge (toll bridge- approx. $55.00 to come back to NB)

The space
Enjoy our newly renovated and converted church with a very large and comfortable open concept (1500 sq. ft.) livingroom area with open kitchen concept, pool table, large dining table for 12 guests, and 2 lounge areas with 6 sofas (double size sofa beds) or relax by the bar and/or the covered screened in deck.

According to the size of your group you will have access to a maximum of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

There are 5 bedrooms available.
Bedroom # 1: 1 California king size bed, full bathroom attached (sleeps up to 2 )
Bedroom # 2: 1 California King size bed, 2 double size sofa-beds, 1 full bathroom attached (sleeps 6 ), 1 crib (bedding provided)
Bedroom # 3: 2 double size beds (sleeps 4)
Bedroom # 4: 2 double size beds (sleeps 4)
Bedroom # 5: 1 double size bed (sleeps 2 )

Additionally, there are 5 double size sofa-beds and 1 Couch available in the living room .
Common space : 5 double size sofa-beds, 1 Couch, 1 full independent bathroom.
We have bedding for the sofa-beds.

The Church House is fully equipped with all amenities: small satellite TVs in bedroom #1 and # 2, one 50 inch wall mounted TV in the living room , dishwasher, 1 large fridge in the basement, 2 small fridges, a chest freezer, microwave, toaster, water kettle, standard coffee maker, a 40 cup coffee urn, mixer, slow cooker, griddle, cutting boards, pots, pans, paper towels, cotton tea towels......
We provide free Internet, linens, pillows and duvets (changed on request- let us know until 11:00 AM for changes on the same day!)
beach towels- please bring your own beach towels.

toilet paper , dish soap, body wash, hand soap, BBQ- propane provided, ...
Washer and dryer in the basement!

A word about our internet: we are providing the best internet that is available in our rural area. Please consider that it will not be as fast and stable like in big cities. Du due to some weather conditions, outages might occur!

Cleanliness and your comfort are our top priorities!
Our bathtub safety mats and shower curtains are sanitized and washed after each stay.

Other things to note
The Church House is a unique experience. Formerly the building was a United Church built in 1883. Completely newly converted in 2016. Enjoy modern amenities in a huge, amazing, unique and historic building.
3 powerful ceiling fans in the livingroom keep you comfortable on hotter summer days.
In case of a power outage due to a storm we have a generator which kicks in automatically for the most important needs. You will be able to flush the toilets, turn on most of the lights and the oil furnace will be working in the winter.
