Anne Brodie What She Said Each character is well defined and the writing’s terrific, the subject matter’s modern, and in all, a great binge. Feb 18, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Gabi J Great characters, perfect acting. Some inconsistencies in the writing were slightly annoying though. The rather abrupt disappearance of Daniel and Emma who were the main protagonists in the first season, the sudden appearance of the spouses/families of Neil and Sarah that hadn’t even been mentioned in Season 1 where those two had already been flirting heavily, the shift of perspective from the “victim” perspective (Emma) in the narrative to the perspective of the crime unit. The first case was picked up again in an interesting twist (catching a suspect isn’t the end of it) but not consequently followed through and resolved. Maybe to be picked up in Season 3? Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/19/24 Full Review Dave C Again with the slow, seemingly predictable and nonsensical first half of the story… The relationship between Compston and Windsor is a lazy, baffling part of this Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 05/05/24 Full Review whoknows w This season is more clearly focused than the first and the target is the lab, the science. Same (almost) great cast as the first season and top performances from the actors. Would like to see more seasons of this and more development of the characters but keeping the forensics in the main loop and not as a side distraction as it felt in the first season. This one got it just right. Now I finished it and I think it can go on for another season, and see where it goes from there.. It's got potential.
