**** never recommend this company again after this week and will be reporting them to attorney general and BBB.We started with Patrick Isleys when we bought our home. The previous owners used them to install AC units. The first year with their maintenance plan was phenomenal. They never recommended crazy things, took care of everything and kept us in perfect working condition. We used them for plumbing and servicing our units.The second year, seemingly since they were bought out has been trash. Plumber came out, recommended almost 2k in repairs. Ended up costing us $300 elsewhere and they were super aggressive and rude when I declined their recommendation.This time we had them out for electrical because we have their maintenance plans, the guy recommend $4100 in repairs and insisted that we must do it because our breakers were out of code, our wires were worn down, all kinds of stuff. Had me fearful of all the worst case scenarios. I told him we needed more opinions, he informed me several times how other electricians would charge me just to come out. The kicker was, he could even tell me what our problem was, he needed to charge all these additional diagnosis fees just to find the problem.Well, we had another person out for $50. Ended up out the door costing $500 to fix our problem and the guy informed us nothing is out of code, nothing is worn down. Everything is in working order and he completed the repair.This company is turning into a scam, nothing but shady sales people who come out and see a woman alone and try to scare her into a bunch of unnecessary repairsPatrick Riley | Isley's Response

Tech attempted to replace an entire system of perfectly working parts with a price tag for repairs, higher than that of a new system. This is not the first time this has happened either. Will NEVER use them again. I would consider this Fraud and so should you and the ***Patrick Riley | Isley's Response

I made an appointment with Isley's Home Service a week prior to 2/15/23. When the date arrived I waited and waited and of course, no tech and no phone call to notify me they didn't plan to show up as they no longer supported the service I was calling about in the first place. Wanted to charge ****** for this five minutes work ,said it was for troubleshooting and he replaced a fuse. Never mentioned this charge beforehand. Then came the estimate of what I needed to get it working right. Hard start kit ****** , electrical surge protector ****** , fan motor and cap *******. plus to get this ,at these prices I had to ad the *** package for 239.00.I ended up getting the hard start kit and the *** and surge protector. After some convincing on my part he removed the trouble shooting fee. Still ended up paying a lot more then I should have for what was done ******* I will not use this company again they are out to rob you blind.They try real hard to sell you a new unit at a robbery price.I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN. The salesman for new a/c offered no payments for 12 months and then had us sign documents that were wrong and received a first payment due end of July 2022. I called the lender and they told me the company could have us re sign correct documents and they would accept.However, I have been trying to communicate with *******************, owner, the salesman, and a few other employees with no resolve or reply.Patrick Riley | Isley's Response

Don't call these sketchy people. I had a service call in my home on ********. The tech didn't want to work or give me my written estimate (which I never received) He kept yawning and complaining how tired he was. He then proceeded to tell me of his nap before this call. WEIRD !! Then he tells me my gas line job (we already have gas in house to the stove) was going to take a full days work. When I called him on his BS , he changed his tune to a 2 hour job at $650.00. I felt he was a scammer and tried to see how much I would pay. I have tried twice to call and speak with the owner and once by email. NO RESPONSE!!!..Never did receive my written estimate . I disputed the charge with ***************** This is a very UNPROFESSIONAL company! I am further filing with the BBB. People are tired of these type of businesses.
