How did Sister Madeline become such a despicable being?
The plot takes place between the events of Evil Nun 2 and Evil Nun 1, when Sister Madeline became an evil creature with a thirst for revenge. You play as William Bismarch, the boy with the blue hands.

Gameplay[]
Player will be taken to a randomly generated floor by the red elevator. Here they will have to find buttons and press it in order by aiming the cross hair into them while try to avoid the Evil Nun. After that, player had to look for the exit which is the blue room and enter the blue elevator and proceed to the next floor. The higher the floor is, more buttons for the player to press, the maze getting larger and the Evil Nun also moves faster. Coin lumps and bags also appear in every room of the mazes for the player to collect as well.
Player can also try Practice Mode, which the Evil Nun can't see the player which also good for a practicing, but will give the player less rewards.
Power-Ups[]
There are total 5 power-ups available at the store. Player can spend their earned coins from a floor or by watching ads to upgrade a power-ups by holding a card. The maximum level of the power-ups is 10.

- This is the only game by Keplerians that doesn't have an ending.
- In the game, Sister Madeline uses similar clothes from Evil Nun: Horror in the school
- The soundtrack of this game is recycled from both Evil Nun 1 and 2, the main menu track is the last part of the track used in the true ending of Evil Nun 2 while the ambiance and the chase track is the one that used in the earliest versions of Evil Nun 1.
