Selling the OC season 3 was the most explosive season yet and featured a mess of drama between O Group agents Sean Palmieri, Austin Victoria, and Tyler Stanaland that needs to be unpacked. The trio has been a part of all three seasons of Selling the OC, which premieres in August 2022. The hit real estate show is a spinoff of Selling Sunset, which has seven seasons available to stream on Netflix. Selling the OC follows the real estate agents in The Oppenheim Group, under CEOs Jason and Brett Oppenheim.

The agents in The O Group only deal with luxury real estate and high-caliber clientele with money to spend. The show follows the agents as they try to make real estate deals in the ever-changing California market and all the interpersonal and inner-office drama that comes along with being part of the brokerage. In season 3, Jason and Brett launched their newest office in San Diego, and last year they opened an office in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The stakes are high and the drama even higher in Selling the OC, and there is a lot of pressure on all the agents.

Austin, Tyler, & Sean All Used To Be Friends

The Selling The OC Office Is New

Tyler is a fifth-generation realtor and has had his real estate license since he was 18. Former model Austin got his real estate license in 2017 and moved him, his wife, and their twin girls from LA to Orange County to pursue real estate. Sean, who is from Southern Florida, has had his license for only two years.

Tyler, Austin, and Sean all used to be close friends inside and outside the office along with Alex Hall and Polly Brindle. Sean used to work out with Austin and do a lot of activities with Tyler. However, things seem to have fallen off hard with the trio in season 3, and it seems nasty rumors and allegations are at the center of it.

Sean Claimed Austin & His Wife Came On To Him

Sean & Austin Had A Confrontation

Tensions seemed to be boiling between Sean, Tyler, and Austin early on in Selling the OC season 3. Sean made a "joke" about Tyler only being successful because of his connected father at the group "bondfire," and it spoke to the resentment that existed between the two, and Austin had Tyler's back. Following that, Sean sat down with Kayla Cardona and Ali Harper and dished on his animosity with Austin.

"Austin and I were chill. I do think him and his wife are a bit too flirty for my taste sometimes."

When he was pressed further, Sean said that he went over to Austin's for dinner and was fed weed cookies by Austin's wife Lisa Victoria, and that the couple came on to him.

Sean said he wasn't interested and kept his distance after that, which caused the rift.

These allegations came around to Austin, and he and his wife condemned the claims as untrue and ridiculous.

The rumors angered Austin, and he confronted Sean at The O Group's office and things got heated (via Netflix.) Austin ended up pushing Sean, and Sean implied that he was the one who was telling people Austin and his wife came on to him. Austin slammed Sean as a liar and called him "psychotic." Austin ended up getting reprimanded by Jason over pushing Sean.

Sean Accused Tyler Of Flirting With Him

Sean Allegedly Had The Receipts

Aside from the underlying issues over Sean bringing up Tyler's privilege at the bondfire, there were apparently deeper contentions. In the finale of Selling the OC season 3, Sean spoke to Alexandra Jarvis and Ali Harper and alleged that Tyler had a crush on him and that Tyler was salty because Sean wouldn't accept his flirtations. Sean showed text messages he had from Tyler to allegedly confirm the flirtations.

"Like I ignore these people, and all they do is talk s**t about me, when all I did was cut them out of my life," Sean reasoned.

Sean claimed he and Tyler would have three-hour talks, go tanning, go to the beach, and go shopping together, and that Tyler would give him gifts and cook him dinner. When Sean confronted Tyler at the horse race, Tyler was having none of it and called Sean out as delusional and chasing relevancy. Tyler walked away from the confrontation and he and Alex Hall commented that Sean would not last much longer at The O Group.

At the races, Sean seemed to have been caught in a lie or inconsistency, which made Kayla question Sean's credibility in his allegations against Tyler and Austin. Sean originally told the girls in the office that Austin's wife made him weed cookies, but at the horse race, Sean denied that fact. Sean went all in on attacking Austin and Tyler for allegedly coming on to him and being mad when he denied them.

Sean, who never sold any real estate with The O Group, has since left the office (via US Weekly.) Tyler and Austin appear to still be friends through all the drama, but Tyler has also left The O Group to work with his dad. Austin alleged to US Weekly that Sean had previously complained about this lack of camera time in Selling the OC, implying that the pot-stirring may have had motivation behind it.
