防癌這樣吃!營養師曝「地中海飲食」七原則

近年不少名人罹癌過世,該如何防癌、避免癌症威脅成為國人重視的健康議題,而越來越多研究發現,地中海飲食有助減緩身體發炎情況,降低罹患癌症的風險,更能減少大腸癌、乳癌等癌症的發生,是一種較健康的飲食方式。

營養師李其昀在臉書粉專「零距離營養師David李其昀」表示,地中海飲食是指在地中海沿岸國家,飲食上大多選擇豐富蔬菜水果、堅果類、豆類、全穀類、植物油搭配適量的魚類、家禽類的飲食方式。地中海飲食適合所有族群,便利且符合現代人的營養需求。

原則1-各色蔬菜水果
每天多吃各種蔬菜水果,並以深色蔬菜為主。因裡面含有豐富微量元素、植化素與膳食纖維,能夠調節生理機能、強化身體免疫力、有效抗氧化。

原則2-使用優質油品
以橄欖油、堅果、酪梨油等優質油品,提高不飽和脂肪酸比例,不同烹調方式選擇不同油品,像橄欖油不適合高溫烹煮。減少使用飽和脂肪使用,像是椰子油、奶油、豬油等。

原則3-選擇全穀粗糧類
主食選擇上,最好選擇全榖粗糧類食物,像是糙米、燕麥、地瓜、馬鈴薯等,富含更多膳食纖維與維生素,有效改善腸道健康。

原則4-海鮮跟黃豆代替紅肉
盡量以海鮮像是魚類、貝類或是黃豆製品作為蛋白質的來源,減少攝取多餘的脂肪。魚類的選擇上可選擇富含omega-3的鮭魚、沙丁魚等。

原則5-紅肉適量,減少加工肉品,選擇家禽類
飲食上減少食用紅肉類與加工肉品(火腿、香腸、培根),裡面隱藏著許多飽和脂肪酸與人工添加劑,容易造成身體負擔,可選用脂肪含量較低的家禽類。

原則6-控制重口味調味、以香料代替
少吃高糖分食物、避免使用化學調味,可以用香草類取代醬料。

原則7-水分充足適量紅酒
每天至少喝體重(公斤)*30毫升的水。紅酒多酚和白藜蘆醇對於健康維持有幫助但應該適量喝,並搭上均衡的飲食。

營養師李其昀也提醒,除了調整飲食之外,每周運動三次並保持愉快的心情,才能維持身心靈的健康狀態。
