To celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival, The Peninsula Hong Kong's Michelin-starred Spring Moon proudly presents a collection of four indulgent rice dumplings and three zesty sauces, created by Chinese Cuisine Executive Chef Lam Yuk Ming and the award-winning culinary team.
Homemade using Spring Moon's hallmark techniques, the Premium Glutinous Rice Dumpling is infused with premium ingredients including 30-head Middle Eastern dried abalone, Jinhua ham and conpoy, opening up an array of flavours and textures. In addition to the savoury rice dumplings, the Red Date Paste and Lychee Glutinous Rice Dumpling offers a sweet variation of a traditional delicacy using a centuries-old recipe.
