The design – cast in a 1940’s style setting – has two dining rooms offering guests a dual experience between the more casual and lively Oyster Bar and the traditional white tablecloth Main Dining Room. The Main Dining Room possesses classic and sophisticated warmth, is adorned with red accents throughout the room and plush seating lends the ideal setting for celebratory dinners and events or a simple night on the town.

Reservations made for "Hightop" seating will be for our casual Oyster Bar and reservations made for "Standard" seating will be in our more formal "Dining Room"

I am in Chicago every June and I NEVER miss going to Shaw's! This year, I sat at the bar in the Oyster Bar and had the most delicious kale/asparagus salad, the tuna tartar and a Negroni. Everything was perfect. The bartender was a delight and the energy in the room was super fun.

Always a great time at Shaw’s. Another business dinner where I brought new people to Shaw’s because I trust they will love it. Everyone loved their food and experience tonight.

We had a wonderful experience, our server Jackie was remarkable, caring, and attentive. She made our dinner perfect with all her suggestions! We have been to Shaw’s on every trip to Chicago and will continue to visit! Get the griddled shrimp! It’s divine!

It is a classic Chicago restaurant with exceptional food. The best part is the service from the front of the house to the servers. Our waiter was awesome.

We have been going to Shaw’s for years - perfect for special occasions and date nights. Cocktails, oysters, sushi and everything else is prepared perfectly and the service is always wonderful. Sitting in the oyster bar with martinis and oysters is one of my happy places!
