Poor craftsmanship and defective materials. Have not had shoes 3 months and there is a hole out the side, but company will not stand behind their manufacturing. They were nice shoes. Were. Waste of money. Very poor customer service.

Awful product, no support, sloppy construction, ridiculous laces & most importantly cut the soles of my feet to a bloody mess with blisters after one 3 hour wear around the local town.

It actually all started right from placing my order. I ordered a pair of shoes with a new customer discount of 10% however within five minutes of placing the order that you get free shipping which was a better discount. I immediately contacted them (So now it’s been seven minutes) and was told that the order was already processed and now in shipping so no changes accepted.

When the shoes did arrive, one was very tight and the other, fell off my foot pretty much with every step.

They are very very poorly made, totally flat sole and no arch support at all.

Very poor customer service. Their website is. It kept up to date with whether item is in stock. Contacted customer service three times for refund and they refused to provide, directing us to refund link. Won’t ever purchase hey dude or crocs in future.

They like you to think you can get certain discounts but at checkout they don't come thru. I've ordered my last pair from them.

When I exchanged one pair of shoes for another, they failed to let me know that it had run out of stock. I waited several weeks and had to email customer support. I couldn't even make an account to check my order details. Besides that, the user interface is needlessly complicated every time refreshing and reloading pages when filters are selected. Overall disappointing. Take your money to where they care about their customers and actually doing what they say they're going to do.

These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I have EVER worn. That have absolutely zero cushion or support. The insole is just flat. I was very disappointed and wondering why so many buy these. This must be a follow the leader situation “Look at me, I am cool now thing” These shoes are not worth the money they charge.

Customer service is terrible. Multiple times through different avenues (email, text, their website) tried to contact someone about replacement laces since by my own fault I ended up snapping them while taking the tag off (tried to rip instead of cut). Was totally willing to pay but never heard anything back. The lack of response was really disappointing especially as I was getting bombarded with “hey dude” and “we got you” text blasts. Also the shoes themselves are quite cheap.

The shoe'slook is amazing. But after buying several pair from first generation to today all fail after 3 moths daily use. The arch support is a complete loss. Compared to crocs I've worn rugged 2 years. You shoe however elligent stylish the arch support fails. Maybe due to average 6' 220 dad bods but that's a large audience buying your product. At 60 dollars I'd expect it to last a little longer.

I bought 2 pairs of the hey dude boots when I received my order they sent me one pair of boots and one pair of toddler shoes. When I called customer service they said I had to do the return and they couldn't send me the ones I already paid for. I bought them for vacation and I can't believe they messed up my order at the shipping department and I am being punished for there mistake. They said there's nothing they can do..

So they look cool kind of like Tom slip-ons but they have these laces that you're supposed to be able to tighten so that they don't hurt your feet or fall off as you're walking and they don't work they just come undone over and over again they make my ankles hurt because there's no support

ordered a pair of hey dudes for a gift in November. When they arrived I stored them to be gifted on Christmas. When they were opened, it was then realized I got mens size sent to me instead of women's. While trying to return the shoes, I never received an answer until a day after my return window closed. Once the window was closed, they the tried to tell me I only had 30 days to return the shoes (which was a lie because their own website reads 45 days)

I ordered my wife some Alabama crimson tide hey dude shoes from their website as a Christmas present. When they arrived they were not Alabama shoes but Clemson tiger shoes. I called customer service but they won't do anything over the phone except tell you sorry for the inconvenience and direct you to the exchange portion of the website so they are absolutely no help whatsoever. If they even send the correct shoes, which judging from these reviews will probably never happen, they will never make it in time for Christmas.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I tried to order a Christmas gift ahead of time, but I ended up receiving shoes in the wrong color. Despite making four calls to customer service and returning the item for an exchange, the situation only worsened. They assured me they would send the correct color, but told me the order had been changed to a size three times too big. The replacement eventually arrived in the right size, but once again, it was the wrong color. I've decided to stop attempting exchanges because it appears this company is incapable of fulfilling orders accurately.

Shoes are fit to size. Extremely comfortable. Bought 11 pair between our family in 3 months. Had an exchange issue but customer service made it right immediately. Honored the same price and got the exchanged pair quickly. Highly recommend these for everyday casual footwear.

First time buyer: very upset. Purchased 2 pair of sneakers. Tried to contact customer Service to change size. Never succeeded with that. Sent more emails just saying cancel order. Did bot chat more emails. Order confirmed never did show shipped & they showed up. I just want to return for a refund. They don’t even fit. Will dispute with my credit card. Hey Dude deploys deceptive business practices to obtain email addresses and mobile phone numbers by offering discounts. They lead the consumer to believe the discount is valid for the purchase of shoes you are considering on their website. Hey Dude requests your email, mobile number before they send a discount code. During checkout the code is rejected stating the shoe is not subject to a discount.

Hey Dudes used to offer size 16 and now they don’t. I feel like they need to have a variety of shoe sizes to fit all customers. After contacting them to ask when a men’s size 16 would be available, they basically had no answer which leads me to believe they will not be restocking or making larger sizes anymore. Very disappointing.
