I did a write up on Huberman’s compete supplement list (minus AG1 bc it’s trash)
Huberman has mentioned he takes nearly 20 supplements. I organized them by brand and dosage. https://brainflow.co/2024/01/21/dr-andrew-hubermans-supplement-list-the-complete-guide/

Strange that you trash only AG1 when there's other supplements you 'reviewed' on your webpage that have zero evidence.
Take for example Magnesium Threonate in the Sleep Quality section. You've actually done what Huberman does and provided 1 scientific reference for a bunch of claims - and this reference doesn't actually demonstrate it works for sleep.
The good news is that this is easily rectified - there is no direct scientific evidence for Mg Threonate for improving sleep.
Matt Walker nicely said this in his 2021 interview with Huberman.
In 2022, Huberman ignored this and said it anyway.
In 2024, there is still not a single trial evaluating its efficacy.
Dr Huberman = Dr Oz
Side note from sample size of 1 - Mg threonate from LMNT makes me feel rejuvenated after hard workout days. I only take it couple of times a week.
compared to other Mg supplements you've used?
I tried oxide and citrate. They smoothen the pooping process but that’s not the problem I’m trying to solve.
Where is it from?
ELMNT Triple Sleep Magnesium... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CB83LD77?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Which product?
An opinion can be spun in many different ways to attack someone. It helps me to think more clearly. If you are thinking more clearly I would suspect that this would also impact sleep in an indirect manner. If I am stressed I don't sleep well. So it can actually improve your sleep.
paid shill alert: Huberman makes a profit on pretty much all of the items on the list.
You can always get the supplement from another company that you trust. But the supplement protocol does have some benefits.
What a shitty website. I can hardly scroll through the article on mobile.
You’re right. Thanks for the feedback. I removed the ads.
Looks great! Sorry for being a dick about it earlier.
Imagine being a wealthy health/lifestyle influencer but not being able to get your basic nutritional needs from your diet. How people don't see the AG1 ads as a major red flag being waved in their face is crazy
It’s literally just a multivitamin. For me, most multivitamins wreck my stomach. AG1 does not.
Lol 90% of peeps don't get nutrition needs through diet including me - never used ag1 though
People in Okinawa live over 100 years healthy and happy. I don't hear about them taking a million supplements. It all comes down to a generally healthy diet, daily activity, and a close-knit community.
Sure relaxing low stress places with a bounty of healthy eating choices is prob going to kick my frequent cortisol spikes and cheap food urban lifestyle on longevity data - doesn't mean some nutty pudding and shady green drink won't help boost the urban numbers
Instead of trying to put out a fire while simultaneously throwing logs on it, you can try cutting back on the cheap food and investing more in high quality food (more readily accessible in cities compared to rural zones). Sorry about your cortisol spikes; hopefully you find a way to reduce those for yourself either now or in the near future.
Because they ‘Want to Believe!’ (queue in the X Files theme song)
Can you explain why ag1 is garbage but something like Alpha GPC isnt?
Alpha GPC has more than 50 peer reviewed articles proving its efficacy for specific improvements. For me it was effective as well, don’t know if there’s a placebo effect.
I hope people are aware how flimsy some of the evidence for these are. NMN? About as much evidence it gives to cancer as it makes you live longer. Very few longitudinal studies relating to most of these supplements. Shot in the dark in best case.
Nmn will have FDA trial results soon, and lots of lab studies showing it helps, prob only helps if your mitochondria are slowly going to shit which is basically everyone over 30
Wait until they see how bad the side effects are.. 💀 Speaking from experience. NMN has the potential to destroy lives
Was it pure or a reputable source? Maybe encouraged too much methylation and needed some tmg, which is recommended usually. Even if it's 100% destroyed by stomach acid first there's nothing that should be harmful. If you're young wasn't needed
This video on Nmn is fairly interesting. https://youtu.be/e7CDgE9nWkE?si=uqV_3WeFkbrP21dn
He stopped taking Nmn and Nad+ though about 9 months back.
Never mention AG1 unless that's all you want to talk about.
Surely r/hubermancucks cries out to be a sub.
Can we just get out what Freud already knows about All of you Huberman haters: you secretly want him to penetrate your anus. You secretly want him to cum guzzle you. Yes Andrew, we'll go rucking with you if it ends in a happy ending
You definitely need a proofreader for your website. A website that apparently exists to provide source of revenue as you link to hundreds of supplements promoted by longevity gurus. The writing reminds me of that of a high-schooler claiming knowledge of a subject by copying content published elsewhere.
"Huberman isn’t your run-of-the-mill guru; in fact, Huberman is a renowned neuroscientist with a Ph.D. in neuroscience." Sounds like something ChatGPT would spit out
Op lists the stacks of many other longevity gurus and has similar comments for all of them. ChatGPT sounds more sophisticated and doesn’t make so many grammatical errors.
Check the grammar again on your article there's some editing needed
