I mean DC is already promoting piracy by making it 100% unavailable outside of America. When it's made available internationally or when I move to America I'll pay for it, but I shouldn't be punished for where I live.

Using piracy is a good way to improve commercial practices as companies will naturally want to draw you away from piracy, only being able to do so improving the commercial experience to make s annoyance of piracy less than the annoyance of the commercial experience.
that's only the case in a broad sense, for a whole industry. it's not the case for an individual series where the network can't tell if people are tuning in or not. in any case this thread is 3 years old... let it die in peace my man

You still believe this? I don't ever pirate but recently it's been harder and harder to find shows that i can actually fully watch. I live in Australia, 1 season is available, the first one. That's it, stealing Gaben's outlook, "Piracy is a service problem", I'd be more than happy to pay for a streaming service to watch it all the way through again but well, I can't and "I work as an animator" isn't a great stance to take I know quite a few animators and they aren't against piracy, do they pirate? No, but do they acknowledge the real reasons for why people pirate? Yes. And you should too.

piracy doesnt actually have any impact on it. it was the toy sales, the company's greed, and because of another reason - too many girls like it.
it sounds weird, but they also cancelled teen titans for that reason. they handle things all wrong over there.
Youre right, but ever since steaming services got this big, it's even worse. Now a lot of shows get canned for reasons going from "not enough views" to "the higher ups didn't like the themes of this show"... heck a lot of animated shows produced by Netflix got the boot before even finishing production. (as someone working on a show for them, im just glad I'm not in house and thus know I'll be able to finish my work without it being canceled before release)
I'll agree they've always handled things all wrong... it just got so much worse 😭

Not for free but you can buy some of the seasons on Google play. I've been waiting to buy full seasons hoping that they'll go on sale. Unfortunately season 4 is unavailable to buy
