Everything was excellent from the very beginning. Best drink in the city is the Blackberry Frozé served exclusively at Serendipity3. Definitely try the frozen hot chocolate- can’t miss! Pick any dessert and you won’t be disappointed. Elizabeth was our server and she was great!

Such an amazing spot! Great service, amazing food, and incredible FROZEN hot chocolate(which they have to go cups for because it’s MASSIVE!!!) 10/10 everyone needs to go atleast once!

We love this place and come every time we visit NYC. I’m a fan of the movie, but have become a fan of the frozen hot chocolate over the years. I think our servers name was Tenice (I apologize for my most likely misspelling). She was awesome and had a great personality, even singing along to the on restaurant music and she had a great voice! She put up with my distance singing along to A-Ha’s Take On Me including really out of tune falsetto 🤣. We will definitely be back!

Of course...we've seen the movie and had to make reservations. Serendipity 3 is a tourist must-do. Very cute place that serves over-sized portions. NYC restaurants seem to go BIG with their menu items. This place is no exception.

Ever since I watched "Serendipity", I wanted to go to Serendipity 3. Well, I did it and am not likely to return. It plays to tourists and the prices are inflated because of it. We ordered appetizers to save room for dessert. The General Tso's Cauliflower was delicious, but $17.95 is a bit steep for 4 pieces. The Buffalo Bites were $19.95, a good-sized appetizer, but just okay. I ordered a drug store sundae for $22.95, expecting something great, but it was just a sundae with the hot fudge and ice cream intentionally dripping down the outside of the dish. My husband's pecan pie a la mode was $17.95 and average. The food cost us $103. They take multiple photos of guests. You get a free post card, but they don't use the image you choose on the free card, in hopes you'll buy the one you like for $20. Our photographer came after our desserts were almost done and the table looked an absolute mess. She wanted to take the picture and I asked if we could move to the clean table behind us. They really should come when the desserts are delivered, not when they're half eaten or done. Our little venture was $123 with the photo. As for the service, it was slow and very low energy for a fun place. The only saving grace was the two lovely young women greeting us at the door who were so warm and outstanding. They brought the right energy to work with them. They were fun and inviting. I think the servers should take a few lessons from them. If you want to experience it, I'd say go, but know that it's pricey.

What an experience we had at Serendipity. Had a late lunch and ended with a frozen hot chocolate. The decor is so unique. Just an electric atmosphere. Such a unique experience!

This is a fun lunch location while visiting NYC. We had reservations for 11:30am on a Thursday. It was dead when we arrived but there was a line when we left, so I recommend making reservations! The restaurant was smaller than I imaged, but I think that was my take away about all things in NYC. It is two stories and there were steps to get in too, so please be aware of that if visiting. It was cute and eclectic in decor. The service was good and so was the food. I had a cheeseburger and fries, it was very tasty. Then we split a sundae for dessert. Other than being over-priced ($27 for a cheeseburger and $19 for a simple sundae) it was a great lunch!

Friends had told us to go here so myself and my 19 year old daughter did. The food was fine, servers great fun. But won’t be returning. It’s a tourist trap.

Great food, service and ambience. My wife had the Thai Salad and said it was the best she ever had. Must try the frozen hair chocolate. It was amazing!! A bit pricey, but worth the cost.

We ordered small bites of food as we couldn’t face the desserts. Minimum charge order per person and pay extra if paying by card. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

We stopped in on a recommendation of a friend and WOW are we glad we did. From the time time we were greeted and sat by Cecil right up until we had to practically roll ourselves out because we were so stuffed, the atmosphere was amazing and friendly!! The frozen hot chocolate (spiked) was just the midday treat we needed and the hot dog hit the spot! The service was above and beyond what we expected and Berto was an absolute genuine delight. His charm and smile made my day!

I was early for my reservation, the front staff moved my time up no issues. The food was amazing. Frozen Hot Chocolate is a must for anyone stopping by.
