Frank "Bunyan" Gallegos of Denver, formerly of Rocky Ford, entered into rest, June 12, 2013. He was born in La Junta, CO, April 22, 1959 to Reyes and Bernice Gallegos. He was 54 years of age. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Pauline (Minjarez) Gallegos of Denver, Daughters, Shamae (Roger Tafoya) Lucero of Denver and Monica (Victor Baca) Gallegos of Denver, granddaughters, Sondra and Athena Baca of Denver, brothers, Benny (Shirley) Gallegos of Colorado Springs, Herman (Felipa) Gallegos of Perryton, TX, Leonard Gallegos of Pueblo, CO, Paul Gallegos of Pueblo, CO, sisters, Loretta (Leroy) Lucero of Pueblo, CO, Lori Gallegos of Rocky Ford, CO, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, David Gallegos, Ray Gallegos, and sister Tina Torrez. Frank enjoyed fishing and computers. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He loved his family, especially his granddaughters, they were his pride and joy. He will be dearly missed. A Memorial service will be held, 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at Johnson-Romero Funeral Home in La Junta.
