Long time customer, will never return. Yanni’s was always busy. Our clue number one that something was up was when we came in this afternoon and it was dead. The man on the phone who took our order was friendly and that’s the only good thing about our last and final experience at Yanni’s. We came home and our food was stone cold. Not even warm. Fries were old, hard and cold. Called to let them know and a woman said we took too long to come home (15 minutes is too long?) and it’s our fault the food was cold. No it wasn’t cold, it was old and sitting around since lunch cold. She got extremely argumentative, told us to bring back the food and hung up on my father. I called back myself and right away she was ready to attack. She claimed we took over an hour to eat the food and demanded I stop saying the food was old and cold. Not asked, demanded. When I said we just wanted a refund and we weren’t coming back she hung up. Outstanding! Look up reviews on this once beloved restaurant. Great gyros, great service NO LONGER. There’s a reason for a lack of solid reviews on here and other sites recently this year. She’s a huge part of it (would you like being called a liar when you complain about cold food?) and the food was atrocious. Stay away!

Yanni's Greek Restaurant is by far, above and beyond, The Best Greek Restaurant in the greater Columbus area!My favorites are their gyros and can't be better anywhere on this planet, leamon chicken soup! All of their menu items are fantastic!Remember, a gyro is not complete without feta cheese! I give them 9 out of 5 stars. One cannot get better Greek food in Columbus! Only, maybe one can get better Greek food if one were to travel to Greece. Maybe.
