NASDAQ Welcomes Sears Holdings Corporation

New York, N.Y. — The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ®; NASDAQ: NDAQ) today welcomed Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) as a newly listed company.

The event was commemorated by the newly formed Sears Holdings Corp. ringing the Opening Bell at NASDAQ’s MarketSite in Times Square. Sears Holdings Corporation unites two powerful brands, Kmart and Sears. Kmart has been a NASDAQ-listed company since 2003 and Sears was listed on the New York Stock Exchange for
95 years.
