Martin Henderson is proving you can't keep a good man down! After an adventured-filled camping trip to California, the Virgin River star seems to be back in his home of New Zealand, where he is recovering from a tennis injury. He shared a special shoutout to the therapist who has been helping him.

He wrote, in part, "Thank you @cryohealthnz for putting humpty back together again! 🙏🏻🙏🏻😀Been nursing a persistent shoulder injury after a heated game of doubles last month and feel so much better already thanks to Jilly and her skill as a physical therapist."

Fans left hundreds of well-wishes in the comment section, such as: " Thank you sharing this. Get well. Take care of yourself and get fit for VR. Loveeeee you❤️🥰," and "Aw sorry to hear you hurt yourself but glad you are getting the care you need. We need you in tip-top form for season 6 Virgin River."

One bit of good news for Virgin River fans: The ongoing writer's strike should not impact season 5 of the show. Netflix has confirmed that new episodes will drop in the fall, but the season was filmed at the same time as season 4.

Martin shared a selfie from the season 5 set almost a year ago confirming that filming had begun, and Netflix has since announced that season 6 is a go. Now, we'll just wait for an official release date.

In the meantime, we hope Martin feels better soon!
