How to watch 'Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Oakland Raiders' on HBO

USA TODAY Sports

The Autumn Wind is a Raider. Pillaging just for fun.

Be prepared for at least one reference of the famous poem written by the late NFL Films president and co-founder Steve Sabol. That's because the Oakland Raiders will be the featured team for the 14th season of "Hard Knocks" on HBO.

Starting Tuesday and airing each Tuesday night through Sept. 3 (just two days before the season opener between the Packers and Bears), "Hard Knocks" will give viewers an in-depth and personal look at the Raiders as they go through training camp and the preseason in preparation for the 2019 regular season, which is the 100th in the history of the NFL.

While head coach Jon Gruden, quarterback Derek Carr and newly acquired wide receiver Antonio Brown figure to get ample time on camera, look for the show to feature the summer-long struggles of fringe professional players as they attempt to achieve the lifelong dream of earning an NFL roster spot.

The show also features the familiar theme music by composer David Robidoux and the narration of actor Liev Schreiber. Here is Schreiber narrating "The Autumn Wind."
