Pay could be better

As the company gets bigger, the care for employees and benefits continuously gets lessened. More responsibility for the same pay, every year incentives get lowered. There is opportunity for growth and the work life balance is pretty good.

Not a good experience.

My day was on an automatic dialer for inbound and out bound calls. I have to be honest about this company. The management really was never any help. I worked with a mentor and a coach. I had trouble as my mentor would have me do something one way, Then the coach would state it is wrong. It was a very hostile atmosphere to be honest. They would argue on the floor and talk about politics and ...

Favoritism

They played favoritism. They had their favorites. If you were not one of their favorites they would make it so hard for you to work. Co workers were nice to work with. Pay was alright. But you do get bonuses every month
