Airline Summary
Based in Amman, Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) is the flag carrier for the country of Jordan. The airline operates non-stop flights to about 60 destinations in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa and North America. Its entire fleet features a two-cabin (Business Class, known as Crown Class, and Economy Class) configuration. Crown Class passengers have access to Royal Jordanian lounges at Queen Alia International Airport (AMM) in Amman and King Hussein International Airport (AQJ) in Aqaba. AMM also serves as the airline's primary hub. A member of the oneworld alliance, Royal Jordanian also has codeshare agreements with about 15 airlines.

I’ve never written a review on an airline/ cabin crew before but felt compelled to do so as my experience was so good! Check in was easy, plane was nice and comfortable, food was good and the staff were darlings! I’d like to commend the cabin manager Majeed especially, who besides having the loveliest manners and warmest smile, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my flight. As a solo female traveller in the middle east for the first time, he quelled my concerns and gave me some excellent recommendations as well as fascinating insights into the history and culture of Jordan. My trip was most definitely enriched by the hospitality, warmth and kindness bestowed on me by Majeed and his crew. This set the tone for the rest of the trip. I loved every moment I spent in Jordan and the Jordanian people have my heart. Will most definitely return and can’t recommend a visit to this joyful and stunning nation enough. First of all I had round trip On my way from JFK after I got to my destination found out they broke in one of my luggage damaged my bag also stole 2 brand new IPHONE and Xbox total over &2200. On my way back to JFK they stole one of my luggage that never came back with me. Secondly the company representative at Cairo airport was never there to help and no one there to help passengers. On the top of this at Amman airport who’s ever working at the TSA for international connection flight at super dumb and stupid with really bad attitude they want allow my 22 month old baby milk which it’s allowing in the whole entire world but not with those people. They don’t know what to do and they even don’t knew how to use the bag X-ray scanner they just try to find a way to give you hard time if you are not Arab. Never ever again I won’t fly with this company again even if it free they are not organized no respect no customer service all they care is taking you $$$$ that’s what they are hungry for…

We had two perfectly good flights. The planes were modern and clean. The entertainment is ok, not as good as some but plenty on offer for the flight time. The staff all seemed attentive and professional. The food was standard for airline food and overall these were 2 decent flights.…
