- ...would it have been too much to ask for them to include Andrew Sandoval's original notes? Or to credit him, as he originally compiled this fantastic collection? Seems pretty sleazy on Friday Music's part...
- I wish they hadn't repeated the mistitling error with "Down the Highway." "Michigan Blackhawk" is an entirely different song. Of course, they also repeated the titling error with "Kicking Stones" on Vol. 1 (I'm not sure it was ever officially known as "Teeny Tiny Gnome" outside of that compilation), so I shouldn't be surprised. The packaging looks nice, though.
My copy is a little warped but it still sounds pretty good.- It also has plethora of Nesmith songs. Of which, Nine Times Blue had been unreleased classic. Early versions of Words & Valerie also shine.
- Friday music can be hit or miss, i am happy to say that at least my copy sounds fantastic.
