朋友仔個幾月前已經約咗去食呢間私房菜,整整4頁嘅menu真係令人花多眼亂,樣樣都想食😆最後我地揀咗呢6個較為熱門嘅菜式,真係碟碟都有驚喜,味道超讚👍🏻食完已經再book埋下次再黎食😋金牌爵士湯金黃色嘅湯底材料非常豐富,有大量花膠、響螺、瑤柱、金華火腿、鮮雞、木瓜,味道鮮甜有雞味,經過多小時嘅熬製將食材嘅精華都滲入雞湯之中,飲落真係有媽咪煲湯嘅味道,而最出色之處係煲湯料全部都仲軟稔入味,一啲唔會乾同柴,點上辣椒鼓油更加正,成煲都比我地清晒😆真材實料份量十足,一行六人每人都飲到兩、三碗👍🏻百花炸蟹鉗呢度炸蟹鉗與別不同之處就係咬落去食到啖啖蟹肉,同坊間用蝦膠製成嘅唔同,夠晒足料👍🏻外面炸至金黃色,酥脆香口,裏面滿滿嘅蟹肉鮮味無比,再點上店家特製嘅酸甜醬味道層次更加提升椒鹽鮑魚相比之下鮑魚較為普通,因為口感上比較靭,可能炸得過咗火,但味道係唔錯嘅花雕雞油蒸花蟹推介👍🏻有兩隻大大嘅花蟹,其中一隻仲有膏添😋蟹夠新鮮,肉質非常鮮甜,食落花雕味唔太重反而雞油味較突出,最正係底下嘅陳村粉,口感 滑溜又掛滿醬汁,必食紅燒石岐乳鴿乳鴿嘅個頭亦唔細,火侯控制到家,肉質依然保持juicy,不需要再用淮鹽調味都已經夠入味棟篤雞推介👍🏻一定一定要嗌棟篤雞,店員會放上枱比我地影相先之後就會攞去斬件,隻雞係超級嫩滑,連雞胸部位都係滑身,皮脆肉嫩,雞油滲透出黎,色澤誘人,乙入口有淡淡嘅煙燻香味,雞肉亦非常入味,試過就知咩叫功架十足蜜汁鱔魚鱔魚先炸過再用蜜汁翻煮,魚肉肥美充滿油脂,皮脆香甜,每件食落去都啖啖肉,再架上白芝麻同合桃就更加香口冰鎮咕嚕肉提提大家食之前一定要攪勻,等啲咕嚕肉冰鎮一下,先可以食到脆卜卜嘅外皮,炸粉厚薄適中,醬汁味道酸酸甜甜,配上菠蘿、青椒、紅椒,色彩繽紛,越食越開胃📍鬍鬚佬私房菜 (上環)上環永吉街21號誠興商業大廈5樓A號舖人均消費:$600食物:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️回頭率:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ continue reading

見到呢個勁足料爵士湯,又係去鬍鬚佬私房菜嘅日子😋 以響螺頭,雞,花膠同哈蜜瓜煲成的爵士湯,呢度加入咗南瓜令個湯底色澤更加誘人~哈蜜瓜喺熬湯過程中融化,每一啖都清潤芳甜。 基本每枱到必叫。黃金魚皮魷魚,魚皮脆鮮魷爽。鹹蛋好足料有滿滿蛋黃香,邪惡嘅美味。大良鮮奶龍蝦,一味菜包含咗細滑嘅炒鮮奶同埋彈牙嘅龍蝦肉。食落同時有海鮮嘅鮮甜加埋松子仁嘅香氣~温和而唔搶~芋頭炆鴨,覺得芋頭先係個重點,軟腍入味吸收咗鴨肉嘅精華,yum~盤龍鱔2食1- 豉汁蒸蟠龍鱔肉厚軟嫩,魚油味甘香無泥腥,魚皮帶膠質,豆豉醬濃而惹味,好好食2-蜜汁脆鱔球🍯鱔球炸到卜卜脆,炸粉不厚。食落口味偏甜好有蜜餞風味。加入合桃口感更加多元(兩食比較個人覺得蒸嘅更加出色)金銀蒜生焗桶蠔🦪用上砂鍋上枱,熱辣辣夠曬鑊氣。桶蠔比濃濃嘅蒜香味包圍,大隻又夠厚肉一啲都唔老,蠔味濃得嚟夠鮮香,惹味開胃得很~鮑汁花膠仔炒飯見到都知道足料,姐姐會即場幫大家撈起,碗碗都有花膠唔洗爭。花膠食落嫩滑。炒飯底香加埋啲鮑汁用嚟撈飯好滋味鮮蝦濃魚湯浸菜🥬食到好飽急需清一清。蝦新鮮,菜浸咗湯更鮮甜。(埋單一人唔洗500,超値抵食) continue reading

其實我都係應朋友邀請過到嚟食飯呢度嘅格局係類似上樓舊式菜館嗰種格局今晚嘅菜都十分之豐富雖然呢度好出名爵士湯,但係我哋就叫咗個燉湯翅仔,嚟到每人一碗好大碗,我哋個個都好震驚,燉湯翅好足料,一排排嘅翅粗過牙籤,另外佢嘅湯底都係偏濃厚嗰種,而唔係清湯嗰種。講到最出色,就係個奄仔蟹肉餅所有蟹嘅精華都去晒個肉餅度,呢個肉餅用嚟撈白飯一流!花膠炒飯都係名菜之一,雖然我係一個女仔唔係好鍾意食飯,但係我都食咗兩碗,真係好好食!佢係類似福建炒飯嗰種汁炒飯,但係個鍋底都會有少少飯焦,正!我哋仲有叫到羊腩煲,白切雞,回鍋肉,上湯菜⋯ 其實我哋七個人,有五個女仔,都唔係好大食,不過個阿姐係咁叫我哋嗌多啲嘢食呢度有啲餸,都係偏鹹嘅,但係就真係鑊氣十足同埋好大碟👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻最搞笑係老闆會出嚟同所有食客敬酒,佢係會用香港小姐嘅音樂去襯托自己出場,真係好搞笑!令全場氣氛為之一振👍🏻👍🏻另外甜品我哋食咗即磨杏仁糊,呢個杏仁糊真係好足料,而且好香濃。總括嚟講我哋雖然食唔晒好多嘢仲打埋包添,但係為返都只係六百幾蚊人均,而呢個食物質素真係幾抵食👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

一間非常有特色嘅中菜館! 用料充足! 菜式夠創新又特別!呢一間係上樓嘅私房菜,有一種屋企食飯嘅感覺,由上環地鐵站行過去都唔算太遠,但入口就有機會比較難搵少少。想黎嘅朋友仔一定要訂枱,冇訂枱想 Walk in 應該未必會安排到,因為我哋訂枱之後就要決定埋野食,所以每一枱都已經點好哂所有嘅食物。人齊,就可以上菜😄食物種類非常多,花多眼亂😂睇過你哋就會明白! 總括黎講當晚嘅食物嘅水準到中至高,味道都夠,好食嘅! 當中有一個冰鎮咕嚕肉比較特別,食落口外凍內脆,口感一流,建議快啲食,唔係嘅話個口感就會冇咁好,凍熱個對比冇咁大。不得不提嘅就係個爵士湯,鍾意飲湯嘅朋友一定要試! 個湯超級非常足料! 鮮甜又夠味! 大量乾瑤柱...螺頭...花膠....好好飲嘅一個老火湯... 另外豉椒蟶子煎米粉都要試下,食落口新鮮,個汁嘅鮮味比底嘅米粉吸哂,少少脆又夠香又到鮮味! 而其他菜式例如棟篤雞,花甲都好食,但冇乜太大特別。 羊腩煲我自己覺得普通,我下次食會揀其他特別菜式,未必會再想食羊腩煲 Lu 。價錢我會覺得普通,唔太便宜,埋單唔會有種好抵嘅感覺,但一分錢一分貨,食得出佢喺有擺心機去煮,去準備每一款菜比我哋,有喜慶日子我會諗起返黎再食! 成餐飯去到尾昇佢會出黎同大家敬酒 Check back 😂 好開心!! 笑死!!
