Filmmaker settles $180M ‘poison’ suit against ex-hubby

A Brooklyn filmmaker who in a $180 million lawsuit accused her ex of poisoning her with arsenic has settled the case against him in an effort to push along their custody battle over their 4-year-old son.

Galt Niederhoffer and her ex-husband, Jonathan Gordon, have agreed to sell their Fort Greene home for at least $2.45 million, with 57 percent of the sale to go to Gordon while Niederhoffer will get 43 percent. They have both agreed to put their child’s custody hearing on hiatus until their next court date, on July 19.

In the meantime, Judge Esther Morgenstern said she will increase Niederhoffer’s time with her son, Elliot, of whom Gordon has had temporary custody.

Niederhoffer’s attorney, Robert Wallack, said outside court, “We are very pleased with the outcome of this agreement.” Gordon’s attorneys declined to comment.
