- Edited one year agoThis is actually quite a good pressing. A bit dirty out of the packaging, but surface noise is barely noticeable after a cleaning. Music sounds nice. Found this sealed at a local record shop for $28. Worth it!
- The 1972 reissues are disappearing in the stores and reappearing on the internet for higher prices. I've found the 1972 reissues to be high quality pressings and the mastering near holographic with accurate tonality. Very enjoyable listening.
- Terrible pressings from Rainbo, mastered from digital sources (likely this Rhino release, Lee Hazlewood - Strung Out On Something New: The Reprise Recordings ), and shoddy facsimile cover art. Save your cash for an original, they're really not that hard to find if you're a diligent digger, and it shouldn't cost more than $60 US. Trust me, an original pressing is worth it when the other option is at the hands of 1972 (NEVER AGAIN!).
