Kevin mentored in Real Estate with one of the sharpest Real Estate Investors in Central Ohio before obtaining his Real Estate License in 2002. Education and Training

Kevin graduated in 1981 from The Ohio State University with a BA Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. His focus was to help people and solve problems!

From 1984 to 1994 he worked for various divisions of Borden Inc. in Commercial Credit Administration and Management.

From 1994 to 2001 he owned his own packaging, shipping, & business services franchise, and learned from the school of hard knocks that you can hustle, work 70 hours a week, and employees get paid, along with the franchise, landlord, and various tax authorities, but the owner gets ZILCH! This experience was worth at least as much as a Harvard MBA for him!

From 1998-2001, some of it part time, Kevin mentored in residential real estate investment with Ed Wachsman of Sweet Tree Investments. (Kevin! I'm sitting here writing checks, again, for the utilities and property taxes on that wonderful home you said I should buy. What are doing today to get it sold!) Priceless Real Estate learning and experience. Probably worth a Harvard Doctorate!
