The Memphis Three by True Crime Podcast

I have been avoid getting into this case for ages. I know most of it but I emotionally couldn't listen to any podcast or see a show about. But I have put on this podcast, how good and on point is it?

Do you have any objections?

They just re released it. Captains voice is sooo young sounding it’s funny.

His voice never matched his physique. I know noticed his voice does sound younger.. I wonder why. One of the two, always sounds drunk too.

Omg. Listening to it today, I thought there were guest hosts on the show! Glad I wasnt going toooo crazy. Its just a much older episode.

It sounds more clear

West Memphis three - this is important as West Memphis is in Arkansas and Memphis is in Tennessee

I'm not from the USA, thanks!

Please don’t think I meant that condescendingly! Most people don’t know & it would make sense if they were in the same state. All there is is like a big bridge over the Mississippi river that separates them. The significance of this is that in West Memphis they don’t have the access to like the Memphis investigators and stuff like that

No worries at all!!!

WM3 is a tough one for me. I generally have no opinion one way or the other, as I have listened to kids for their innocence and also counter pods for their guilt. I will say most of the WM3 die hards are dick bags and make me not want to give a shit, but will check this out

I get this. Everytime I have stated an opinion, I had gotten slack for it haha.

I have to say though, that I do not know if these kids killed the children but I believe Damien Echols was in fact disturbed and that's why the narrow down on him, it wasn't because of the music he was listening etc. I can't form an opinion either way

I really like Nick and the Captain and enjoy their show. This one though, I started it but had to stop. I’m thinking of skipping to the second part to hear about the investigation because I know roughly how that went it would be good to hear the details of that, just not of the crime itself.. But I think TCG always do a really good job 👍🏼

Edited

You sure that is the name of the podcast? I didn’t look extensively but I’m not seeing one called that covering WM3. Who is hosting it?

Might be True Crime Garage

I know that Truth and Justice season 5 is about WM3.

True Crime Garage.

True crime garage

Thanks. This case is a major cultural milestone for me so I can’t be objective about it. I’m not a fan of that podcast but I see they’re at least spending a great deal of time on it, so that is good.

Yes, lots of episodes on this. Would you like to share your opinions?

About TCG’s coverage of the West Memphis 3? I’m not listening to it. I hope you like it though.

Probably because they want to max the sponsor/ad revenue. They stretch cases that should be a single episode out for just that reason.
