What are your current thoughts on HAIM's second album years later?

Did your fave songs age well? Are you still casually listening to the album sandwiched by Days Are Gone and Women In Music Part III?

Honestly, this album has aged about as expected. A clear example of the sophomore slump. Every song is incredibly repetitive, and so they all wear out their welcome quickly. The only exception to me is You Never Know, aka the best song Stevie Nicks never wrote.

I was listening to You Never Knew recently. Among their best songs.

I haven't listened to the full album in a while, but I hardly ever do anyway. I keep what I like. Maybe I'll revisit. I remember thinking it was solid and not getting the hate

I loved this album when it came out but it didn't age well. WIMPII still sounds fresh and I could listen to that for the rest of my life.

STTY is fine but as a front-to-back listen, it's fine, not exceptional

it's cute, it has some bops

Pov hasn't changed since day 1... Way too repetitive and monotonous. Easily their worst album even if I like it still 

ruined music 

I don't really get the hate for this album

it has You Never Knew, Want You Back, Little of Your Love etc. all of which are career highlights. 
 

it's def their weakest album tho, but still solid. No one really brings up how consistent they are as a band.
