The airline is known for the complimentary services that are included in the ticket price. These include free snacks and beverages onboard, as well as in their lounges (which all passengers can use) at Billy Bishop, Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport (YOW) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). I have flown Porter for years on their prop planes out of the island airport in Toronto and loved them. This is my first time flying Porter on their new jets out of Pearson. First Pearson is the worst major city airport in North America so that takes away from any experience. So flight was a return trip to Vegas. Nice that there are no middle seats but seriously can you remove some seats so that we don’t feel like sardines. This was actually the most uncomfortable flight I have ever taken. It was worse than Air Transat to Paris. I am a short many by todays standards at 5’8” but there was no room and my knees were into the seat in front of me. The seats themselves are plastic or fake leather at best and very uncomfortable. I got no option to choose my seats and on both flights we were in the back of the plane around row 27 of 33 seats. Both flights left late as everyone has one of those luggage size carryon bags and there was no room for everyone’s bags. When will airlines crack down on this stuff after I checked my bag. The staff as always were very pleasant…

Terrible people at the check-in counter who doesn't listen and are quite rude. They don't even smile when talking to passengers at check-in as if they hated their jobs except for their flight attendants who are their complete opposite. If only I had a choice, I ain't booking any flights with them.…

I took this flight for my honeymoon from Toronto to BC and on the way back from BC to Toronto there was a 5 hours flight delay. It’s very annoying and we will never take this airline again.
