Hi, Porter airlines has the worst customer service. My flight got delayed and as a result I missed my connecting fight to USA from canada . The staff were terrible in arranging another flight. After several hours of waiting and on the phone, I got rebooked. I was told that I can claim my hotel and food expenses wile in the next destination. I submitted my claims online and now they are saying they cannot refund me due to some policy. In fact another friend who travelled with me on the same flight got their refund. Horrible experience.

Only given option to select economy service for review bit we travelled Porter Reserve. Just finished my priority check in, 50 minutes in line. 1 agent only while economy had 3 agents. What am I paying Porter Reserve fare for. Same situation when departing from Toronto. They even prioritized economy fares arriving after us ahead of us. Can't wait to see what the priority boarding we payed for will look like. We are a senior couple almost 70 years old and pay more to avoid having to stand for long periods.

From the UK. One of the best flights we have taken. Everything was handled efficiently. Received an upgrade to Porter Reserve. Left slightly late but made up the time. The air crew worked very hard making sure everyone was taken care of and well fed. The seats were comfortable. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, but that wasn’t a problem on a short flight. Flew 23 April 2024

A flight from HELL for two 87 year old seniors! -- May 10th flight PD305 Toronto to Vancouver. As I am 6ft 31/2 inches in height my wife and I booked seats 13C and D on this flight. These are exit row seats. We checked in and the agent checked our boarding passes acknowledging the numbers and location. At the gate our boarding passes were checked by two agents once again acknowledging the location. Arriving on the the plane the senior flight attendant curtly informed us that we could not sit there as my wife had a cane. This she said was a Transport Canada rule. On checking their website there is no such specific statement. My wife asked could we pay for another more expensive seat. A curt "No". I asked why we had not been told before getting on the plane that we had a problem and the attendant refused to comment. She became angry and despite the fact that the plane that was only about 3/4 full assigned us the last two seats on the plane. Cramped seats and ones where it is impossible to recline them. Clearly intended to show her power! At least 20% of the seats on the plane were empty! I tried to tell her that I was unable to fit my knees in. Her response was one snarled word. "SIT". Shortly afterwards I approached her and asked why I who was not using a cane couldn't sit in 13C my $40 seat. Her response -- An angry response -- "NO, YOU CAN"T". That followed with the threat that if I didn't sit in the back seat I would have to get off the plane. Prior to taking off , and sitting in the back seat and with my feet partially in the aisle I was threatened if I did not move my feet I would have to get off the plane. Getting off the plane this attendant uttered the following comment, 'You can't intimidate me". Clearly this attendant was impressed by being in charge to the extent that she was excessively rude and not prepared to have a civil discussion! Not likely to ever fly Porter again simply because of this hostile attendant!
