We had a wonderful time at the Sugar Factory in San Antonio. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone was very friendly. The food and drinks came quickly and they made my mother’s 75th birthday so special!! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a reservation for 3 at 11am and were sat right away. There were however some signs that our server and a host were the only people working in the entire building. Our server worked really hard he had about 6 tables and he did really well considering he was waiting tables making drinks and running food. The hostess was in the back cooking and making drinks as well. They were both excellent and extremely hard workers. Food was just okay nothing crazy but the atmosphere was really cute but you are paying pretty much for the experience. Overall probably wouldn’t go again but it was cool to see.

We visited San Antonio as a part of a field trip. We decided to go to The Sugar Factory for dinner so the 7th graders could learn financial responsibility, tipping and such. We had the absolute best of times. The food was absolutely amazing, our server was fantastic and full of energy. The next time we come to SA, we will absolutely be back.

Made a reservation for my daughter's 8th Birthday. Arrived early and seated very fast. The staff was very friendly and polite. Once we were seated, our server took a little time to see us to get our orders, but did a great job taking care of us with a positive attitude. Although the food, drinks, and desert was good, for the price (very exorbitant), it was certainly not worth it...but everything was good, fresh, and edible. All in all, it was worth the experience and price tag, but it will certainly only be "check the block" experience. Pros: Polite staff, great ambiance, wide food selection Cons: Price/value (You can definitely have better quality food at a Brazilian Steakhouse than here); unclean bathroom (sink was covered in gnats)

Brought my daughter for her 13th birthday. I was so disappointed. Not only is it dirty, even the walls looks as if they haven’t been wiped down, but the staff seemed less than thrilled to be there (I don’t blame them, the service industry treatment sucks). $40 for a glorified sprite with dry ice, and food I could eat at a Applebees. They were out of a few items like the rainbow burgers which were the key things my daughter wanted. Definitely not worth the money or the effort to get there.

The restaurant is cute but the whole time i was being attacked by gnats and flies. I was there to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday so i was there with 3 small children and a baby along with my mother. My baby didn't eat there so I don't know why we were charged the mandatory fee when technically only 5 people ate. The serving sizes are HUGE i wish the server would've mentioned that. The kids ordered the pancakes which were so big they barely ate it. When the server noticed they barely touched their food you would think our bill would be reduced or something taken off. There was one wet caution sign but i was sliding around from the register to the table. The only positive thing I have to say was that the birthday song part was cute and the complimentary picture was nice. Other than that, I would not be returning.

Place was dirty for a quiet day, lots of flies and walls were dirty, food was good, you can get something better for less at a prettier place

The floors in this restaurant are super gross - slippery and sticky, everywhere. Several patrons walked in and right back out because they were slipping around.
