Dear Aareb
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.
I understand how frustrating it is that you are experiencing problems with your account not being able to log in, and I know how important this account is to you, and I would love to help you with your account recovery. However, the Microsoft account recovery process is handled by a fully automated server that is not accessible to us in the Microsoft Community, so I apologize for the inconvenience.
Microsoft takes account security and privacy very seriously, and the meticulous account recovery process is designed to protect customers' personal information from malicious activity.
According to your description, because the account's password is forgotten, you need to verify your identity during the password reset process, in order to ensure the security and privacy of the account, make sure that the account is operated by the person himself, if you can't verify your identity, you can't perform the password reset action. Onedrive is bound to a Microsoft account, so we need to solve the problem of account login first, I'm really sorry.
If you have filled out the account recovery form, but prompted to verify the information is not enough to proceed to the next step. We suggest you fill in all the information you can provide.
In addition, is there any other way to verify your account? (Cell phone number/email/verifier)
In order to help you solve the problem, below is the window I found for your account problems, you can also try to contact them:
1. Open the website: Contact - Microsoft Support (choose to use the right-click copy hyperlink to run in Edge)
2. In the "We're here to help" box, type MSA, click "Get Help" and then click "Contact Customer Support" below. (You must be logged in to your Microsoft account, if not, you can follow step 3 to do so.)
3. In this section, you need to log in your personal Microsoft account.
Note: Only personal MSA can be used to login, company account login cannot display the correct content. If you cannot log in, you can use another account or create a new one.
4. Select "Other Products" in Products and Services, select "Manage Account Security" and click Confirm.
5. You can select "Chat with Support Specialist in Web Browser" and enter the chat window.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
I hope the above steps can help you, if you do not understand or any questions, I look forward to your reply.
Wish you well!
