Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- hbhakhRoanoke, VA2,205 contributionsWe bought tickets to the Opry via their web site. This allowed us to pick our seats and the tickets were delivered via an app. We found it very easy to park at Opry Mills and walk over to the show. This made exiting the area very easy after the show.
The electronic tickets allowed us to enter the theater very easily. Our seats had a good view from the lower section. All of the seats are benches.
The show was very good. Several of the performers were long time Opry members but all of them put on a good show.

- Jacqueline TNew York City, NY3 contributionsPleasure. Enjoyed it very much even with 11 and under children. Tour was informative. I think they should allow children to learn about the jubilee and slave waiters though.Written 24 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kris_K_DGig Harbor, WA1,365 contributionsFinally got a chance to tour Ryman Auditorium and it did not disappoint!
We opted for the self-guided option, which begins with a well-made and entertaining short informational film/experience and ends with a souvenir photo on stage. I enjoyed taking my time to walk through the seats and browse the displays.Written 29 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We thoroughly enjoyed the Country Music Hall of Fame, great way to get a feel for the history of the area and of country music. Pretty great way to spend 3 or so hours!Written 20 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Travelling AndyHarvey, Canada216 contributionsVisited Studio B – was a very informative tour but to sit in the Studio where so many famous singers sat and created #1 hits – it was indescribable. A tour guide was very animated which was very welcomed.Written 3 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LoveVirginiaWashington DC, DC227 contributionsThis is a beautiful estate, both the mansion and the grounds are great. We spend about an hour in the house listening to the historical interpreters and then 2 hours walking around the grounds. The garden and family cemetery is very cute and the large fields are great and have long views. You need to reserve a ticket since the mansion entrance is timed. Lots of visitors.Written 15 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- LoveVirginiaWashington DC, DC227 contributionsThe gardens are very beautiful and have a nice sound of running water falls. There are ground paths and upper level walkways. It is nice to see at night and day. There are not many places to sit in the gardens but it is a great walk.Written 15 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Travelvirginia31 contributionsThis was our 2nd trip to Nville. Fun trip but noticed the same songs among most bands no matter which venue. The homeless with the signs are even more annoying and why the City does not crack down on this issue and allowing this problem to get worse in a the few years since we've been downtown is surprising. It was so crowded and we were there Mon to Thurs. I would never go on the weekends. No place for kids (at least Vegas has a lot more kid friendly places for kids, Nashville not) Watch for cars while at crossing walks on Broadway because some drivers not paying attention. Fun place to visit for some good music and lively entertainment, just don't go on weekends.Written 19 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kris H26 contributionsMore than we expected! We hesitated on going since these museums usually have a couple of things with a lot of merch to sell. This is packed with so much to look at and a couple of films running. Definitely take time to go here.Written 24 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- HollyKG1231Nederland, TX43 contributionsWow, we absolutely LOVED our visit to the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum. It was like getting a behind the scenes tour of the music industry. Well thought out presentation, incredible information and SO many one of a kind items in this museum collection. We would highly recommend visiting!Written 9 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Katherine R1 contributionWhere do I begin with how much I love Nelson’s? I hosted my wedding here in February 24, and I was blown away by the quality of the bar, food, service, and the facility itself. Philip Heil is an excellent event manager and was extremely professional, communicative, and kind. The entire team at Nelson’s treated us with such exceptional hospitality - we didn’t encounter an unkind person in the building. I couldn’t more highly recommend Nelson’s for their food, their whiskey, event packages, and just a good time.Written 6 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
