CLINTONVILLE - The Clintonville School District is getting a new leader next school year.

Troy Kuhn, who currently serves as principal of Clintonville Middle School and the district's director of technology, will be the next superintendent, the district announced in a Friday news release.

Kuhn will replace David Dyb, who resigned from his post earlier this year, effective June 30, after four years. Dyb told the Waupaca County News in March that he plans to return to the classroom as a middle school social studies teacher in a different state.

Kuhn began his career in education as a science teacher at the Gresham School District, according to the release, and also took on "additional technology responsibilities" there.

Before coming to Clintonville, Kuhn also served as principal of Keshena Primary School, the release says.

Kuhn will start his new role July 1.
