On April 5, 2024, news broke Faith was suing Bravo and NBCUniversal for discrimination. According to Variety, the suit was filed for her alleged treatment on Vanderpump Rules. In the lawsuit, she alleges that Lala Kent drew a knife and held it towards her neck when they were fighting during season 4 and said she would “cut a bitch.” She alleged that an executive producer urged her to not report the incident and that Lisa Vanderpump said she would be fired if she didn’t mend her relationship with Lala.

The lawsuit also cites she was allegedly criticized for having “nappy hair” and notes she was maligned by Stassi and Kristen. The suit calls the firings of Stassi and Kristen “an astonishingly cynical act of performative allyship.” Additionally, the filing claims that Faith was paid $5,000 for her first season and then demoted to “volunteer” status after she spoke about her treatment on the series. Faith is represented by Bryan Freedman and Marc Geragos, who represent former The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville and Vanderpump Rules-alum Rachel Leviss, who filed a lawsuit with Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix.
