celebrated my sister’s birthday & mother’s day last night. food was yummy, as expected. what really dazzled us had to be the dessert! i ordered 1 more ‘bento box’ (chocolate) & it was presented to us with a candle for my sister!! what a wonderful night it was~~

Overall experience was good. Food was more inclined to the salty end, some corners of the restaurant were very dusty & dirty, music was too loud and lastly, disappointed that such a high end restaurant provided only disposable chopsticks. The disposable chopsticks bought the overall experience down by quite a bit.

It was an unpleasant experience for a few reasons, we ordered the signature omakase and few drinks 1. when the first course (4-pcs appetiser) was served the server just placed in top of our table without even saying anything or describing the dishes, is there a proper way or sequence eating those etc, we needed to call someone else to explain it to us 2. the wagyu steak we ordered was supposed to be medium rare as the order taker mentioned, when it was served it was overcooked bordering burnt, there were parts which are burnt bitter, my companion didnt finish her plate 3. the server said sorry but more of obligatory and i didnt see sincerity and empathy as part good customer experience, he offered it to be replaced but it was already late at night we didnt wish to wait for more time for the replacement, he offered us two glasses of umeshu or rose though my take - it was a bit cunning (or deceitful) to serve your guests overcooked steak when its visibly obvious its overcooked bordering burnt, the person who grilled it shouldve seen the steak as overcooked and burnt however decided it still to be served perhaps thinking the customer will not notice and call it out - oh well we noticed it and called it out by the way! did i have a good experience at nobu - not really will i return soon for another dinner - no will i recommend to my friends - not at this time nobu singapore you can do better with your food and service!

The food was unmemorable. Scallop was overcooked, fish was not exceptionally fresh, tempura served was lukewarm, and starchy. The service was pretty good except for the limited sake knowledge of the staff. The sake recommended by them was disappointing.

The food is good, although I would have appreciated the course descriptors more if the noise in the background was lower. Very noisy - great if you like a rowdy atmosphere, but it was not quite what I was looking for. Food is fresh, although the wagyu again could have been better - it was a little tough. There were also little issues - one of us wanted the beef done as medium, and the server did not ask who it was and just delivered all the plates - we had to look at the meat and decide which was whose. We were a party of 3 - the table we were sat at was big... unless we wanted to keep shouting it was hard to hold a conversation. All the other diners were shouting. For a nice restaurant, while it doesnt have to be quiet as a tomb, the noise level should not be so high that a simple conversation becomes a chore. I had booked this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday - there was a nice touch - the staff gave him a birth card - but the ambience was not what I was expecting, and that coloured the enjoyment of the occasion for me and my family. Sorry but we are unlikely to return.

The food did not disappoint at all, it was amazing and fresh. The prices were also not bad, however the portions were so small. Other then that I love Nobu and would come back 100%

Went to Nobu for my wedding anniversary and had their omakase set lunch. It was a weekday afternoon so it was pretty peaceful and quiet. The food was amazing. Very fresh and refreshing flavouring for the dishes. Got the staff to recommend a sake and it was good and went well with the food too!
