I used PAL as my airline for my vacation this year. However, I noticed a delay from the beginning of my flight. During my layover in Singapore, my flight was rescheduled. Now, as I'm flying back to Dubai, we were informed of a 4-hour delay with short notice. Then, without any announcement or proper information given to the passengers, while checking at the flight board there was an additional 2 and 1/2 hours of delay to our flight. The staff at the counter were not very helpful. When I asked for a meal and water due to the long delay, they informed me that food was available. However, when I approached the counter, they were gossiping and not assisting. One staff member even told me there was no more food and to just take water before returning his back to me and returning to gossip with colleagues. I was taken aback by his behavior, especially considering they knew about the flight delays. They mentioned that a light snack would be provided later, but it seemed they should have been aware of how many passengers there were to ensure enough meals. Their lack of empathy in light of the delay was disappointing.…
