The NEW PowerSchool Parent Portal is now open! Parents, this is different from past years. This year you must go in and create a portal for each child.

PowerSchool Parent Portal Instructions
The PowerSchool Parent Portal is where you will fill out your annual Back to School Student Registration forms. You MUST have a PowerSchool account to register your child for the 2023-24 school year.
Returning Student Registration

Parents of returning students: If your student attended Ozark in the 2022-2023 school year, you should receive an access code in your email for each individual child in your household. If you have multiple students in the District, you will receive an individual email per student.
Please take time to set up your PowerSchool Parent Portal and watch the video above for more instructions. If your student attended an Ozark school in the 2022-2023 school year and you didn't receive an email, please contact powerschoolhelp@ozarktigers.
org.
New Student Registration

Parents of new students to the District: Welcome to Ozark! If your student has never attended an Ozark school before, please click here to create your account and then complete the online New Student Registration Form. Please note, these login credentials are not the same as your PowerSchool Parent Portal.
You will also need to provide a copy of:
- Legal proof of student name and DOB - birth certificate, visa, passport will all work
- Immunizations
- Proof of residency - utilities bill or lease/purchase agreement will work. This is the one item that can delay enrollment being finalized
Note: Registration and Parent Portal configuration is not available on mobile devices. Computers are available for parents at the school office.

What is PowerSchool?
PowerSchool is a Student Information System (SIS) that helps us effecively communicate with parents and other educators in the district.
For the 2023-24 school year, Ozark Schools changed from Tyler SIS to PowerSchool, and all student information has been moved to PowerSchool.
PowerSchool is widely used across the country, and we believe it will serve our families, students and school district well.

Why do I need a Parent Portal?
The PowerSchool Parent Portal gives parents access to grades, attendance, and other information for all your student(s) currently at Ozark Schools.
You must have a PowerSchool Parent account to register for school and complete many of our forms in the future.

How do I set up my PowerSchool Parent Portal?
You will receive a unique ID code and password for EACH child in the District via email. For example, if you have 5 students, you will have 5 emails/codes. Please create your Parent Portal using the email in which you received the web access letter.
You can also contact powerschoolhelp@ozarktigers.org or request the code and password from your child's building.

How do I register my kindergartner?
If your child attended Ozark Kindergarten Screening last spring, you will receive an email from Ozark Schools. You will need to create your PowerSchool Parent Portal and complete your registration forms there.
If your kindergartner did NOT attend Kindergarten Screening, please click this link to fill out your registration forms.
New students will also need to provide:
