Hector Jaime Mercado (born January 12, 1949) appeared in the show Miami Vice as Orville Davilla, a drug dealer who had a connection with the dirty South Beach cops in the episode "Whatever Works" and Manuel Guerrero, a right-wing assassin after Hector Sandoval (played by Byrne Piven) in the episode "Free Verse".
