We loved this place! Definitely worth the trip! They have a large play area for the kids and their gift shop is great opportunity to pick up some souvenirs and things for yourself! Ha ha They have a couple of interactive things to do and their penguin encounter is very informative. If you get a chance, don’t miss the mermaids! So graceful! My only complaint (this does not reflect on the establishment) is some forget basic manners. Let’s all be courteous people.

Highly recommend the glass boat tour! It is an extra add on to your ticket, but it was so cool to be above them! They also tell you all about the different sharks and fish that are in the tank! Going through the tunnel was such an amazing experience! There was a diving show in the stingray tank! You can pet and even feed the stingrays! They also have a cute penguin playground!

Visiting Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies was an enchanting experience. The moment I stepped inside, I was immersed in the awe-inspiring world of marine life. We had a lot of fun here. We were inside for well over an hour, and you could spend many hours here if you check out everything in great detail. There is lots to do and see. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Fun for kids and adults. We bought the aquarium + 2 attraction tickets online. It was a great deal you basically got another attraction for free considering the aquarium and museum tickets alone cost more than the combo price. Plus you can scan your phone and walk right in, no need to wait in line.

Better than Georgia Aquarium? Not quite. F Still a fantasic aquarium? Yes! Enjoyed it. Especially the jellies. Didn't get to pet ones but we saw a penguin parade. Recommend for families, couples, or even solo.

Family Friendly Fishy Fun! Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies was a great place for a rainy day in the mountains. The exhibits were well laid out and featured plenty of of viewing spaces with children in mind. The shows were educational, but also interactive to keep your focus. The shark tunnel gives you a unique perspective, getting you up close and personal. They also offer opportunities to touch some of the creatures. I recommend making this a stop on your Smoky Mountain adventure.

My family loved the aquarium this one was so much better than the one we have where we live! The sharks were amazing to see up close along with many other animals! I feel it was a bit pricey for the time you spend there and it doesn't help that you usually have to park a little bit away and pay and walk to the attraction instead of parking there or having parking included in ticket prices.

Took the family for a school field trip. Had lots of fun. The information about the different creatures was well displayed making it easy to learn. The two different levels to the playground are conveniently located for rest points where the kids could burn off some energy before continuing on. Other features we enjoyed where the shark tunnel, penguin parade, and dive show. Near the end of the aquarium there's a little food court. Prices are high but that was that was be expected. Its $4 just for an order of fries and $3 for a corn dog or hot dog and those where the cheapest items on the menu. Despite the prices the food was good and it was a convention place to stop for a quick bite before the long drive home since we didn't want to stop elsewhere. The whole family enjoyed being able to watch the sting rays in the giant aquarium next to the food court.

My kids had so much fun!!! The drive was long but overall great experience. Their bathrooms need to be checked on more often. They have a really nice changing table for my younger one great play areas for my 5 year old just wish it was more toddler friendly here. Prices are a bit up there but overall friendly staff just wish the interacting with their customers more. The update features of the building are nice just wish I caught one of the shows to have a full experience. But no major complaints would definitely go again.

It was a pretty decent aquarium. Although a tad confusing to walk around towards the end. It had a lot of nice fish and creatures to look at. A good variety. The gift shop store is a little expensive but not bad and has a nice selection. Food wasn't too bad either. There was a mermaid show that the kids were loving. And scuba diving event as well. They have nice explanations and interactive stuff that is great. There is also a boat that takes you out for a small bit to look at the creatures in the tank through bottomless glass. And they gave good information on the creatures in the tank. I'm not a big fan of aquariums, but my family loved it.

Despite being pricey at nearly $50.00 for a adult, what a great Aquarium, the exhibits were set up and spaced nicely so that you could take your time at the ones you wanted to and not be in the way of other families. Alot of different play areas, a hands on and touch exhibit and a nice cafe as well. Especially enjoyed the moving floor through the shark tank area where you could see everything swimming all around you, even above you.

We were there for a birthday party for our granddaughter. This place is absolutely awesome. The staff is very accommodating very friendly I have never met anybody in this aquarium that is not polite and helpful. The animals and the place seems to be taken care of very well. And my granddaughter had an absolutely wonderful birthday party which was just fantastic.

Enjoyed this experience with my wife and daughter as part of our Christmas getaway this year. They had festive music playing, and the perfect inside temperature was welcoming from the brisk air outside. To be in such a tight area, they have a wide variety of species to observe. Lot's of interactive displays for families to enjoy. Do be prepared for a slightly pricey concession, but that goes for everything in Gatlinburg really. Thank you Ripley's for showing us some cool sea life. We had a great time!

I wasn't sure what to expect going in but after entering I was pleasantly surprised. There is a nice variety of marine life. And the penguin parade was just adorable. And there is a tunnel under the main aquarium with a moving walkway that took you through it which was nice.

Was staying in Gatlinburg with the family and decided to go here on day 2. There are pay-for-parking lots across the street as well as a parking garage that's also self-pay. It's a little walk across the busy street to get to the actual entrance. It's a busy area so keep that it mind if you're with kids. Once you arrive at the entrance, there are 2 options. If you paid online, you can get right in line. If you are wanting to pay in person, you have to go to the ticket booth and pay, then get back in line (if you are wanting any kind of discount, like military- you need to pay in person). They offer a 30% military discount, which is great! The line is wheelchair accessible and there are wheelchairs available at guest services, right by the ticket booth. The gift shop is right when you enter and there's a little bit of congestion as you enter, but that gets better as you walk through. A lot to see and explore, beautiful place. We loved the penguin parade. Worth the visit.

Awesome aquarium and very military friendly :) I’m not one to seek out a discount, but I’m always appreciative when it’s given. The aquarium has some excellent enclosures and the animals seem well cared for. The staff is very friendly and attentive in their jobs. Definitely a great spot for the family or anyone who loves aquatic life, there’s so much to see!!!

My kids had a wonderful time here. (4yrs and 6 yrs) The aquiarim is very well designed and run. The exhibits are up to date and nothing is broken or out of order. Although, it's all interconnected and you can explore freely, the museum is designed, so that if you just keep walking forward, you will see it all and can walk straight out through the gift shop without the use of a map. Also, it is a great indoor activity if you need an escape from the weather. There are so many things to see and the exhibits are beautifully executed. My kids went back to revisit their favorites before we left. I believe that the museum is designed to view entirely in 2-3 hours, but we spent about 5 hours and only left because we had dinner reservations. This attraction is well worth the price of admission. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our school field trip to the aquarium. It was very busy as many schools were there at the same time so it made it a little chaotic, however there was plenty of stuff to do and look at. He really enjoyed getting to touch the sting rays and going into tunnel, watching the sharks swim overhead. So overall great trip!!

The family had a great time. It was absolutely packed and parking for the Aquarium was full but we ate at a place nearby and didn't have to worry about getting towed by parking there and walking 2 blocks to the Aquarium. There are many chances to get a family pic taken by the staff at a put up shack along the Aquarium walking path. There is 1 place to eat and it can be pricey along with all the gift shop items. This shop is huge by the way and you can pretty much find anything in there. We rented a stroller but it's not the greatest stroller but good in a pinch. All in all its a great place to stop for the family.

In the heartland of the Smokey mountains, Ripleys is sandwiched between many businesses and hotels. Even on a Friday the parking lots were full and we paid $20 to park blocks away. $70 for one adult and child. Do not get tickets at the automated register as there is no option for basic admission, aka the cheapest. Employee also had she/her pin on her lanyard which was disappointing to see. Highlights included the adorable penguin walk that happened on the lower level at 1:15 and the underwater tunnel observation area with moving walkway. Facility appeared clean and it wasn't overly crowded. The sharks were a hit with my daughter and there was a big indoor playground that was popular. I would recommend once coming here but we wouldn't return due to the high cost.

Upon arriving we watched the penguin parade as the walked around the aquarium. This was an unexpected surprise. As we were leaving the penguins were being fed and we enjoyed that as well. The coral had the most beautiful colors and I used one of the pictures I took of it as my Screensaver. The staff was helpful. Kind and informative. Altogether a wonderful experience.

The aquarium is amazing! Beautiful, vibrant, tanks are everywhere, with elaborate details and finishes, and the animals seem very well cared for. The underwater tunnel is the best part, and everything is so clean! Some of my favorite creatures are shared a few here, but the pictures really don't do the experience justice.

My family went right after the new Year on a weekday. We showed up at about 9:30 and finished going through all the exhibits at about 11. When we were leaving at 11 the parking lot was packed and there was a line down the road for people trying to get access. There was also a line at the ticket booth of people waiting to get tickets. I would recommend going first thing in the morning, or towards closing, to skip the lines and crowds. Additionally, I had bought our tickets in advance online and got to skip the line altogether, so I highly recommend it! You do not save anything by purchasing in person and your tickets are good for a year from the date of purchase. With that being said, the aquarium itself was fantastic and it is no wonder it was so busy! If you're visiting or traveling even remotely close to this place I would dare to say it is a must visit. We do not have children, and as two adults, we had an absolute blast. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and top of the line. There were so many cool creatures and things to do. There is a touch pool for manta rays, which includes the option to feed them, there is a penguin parade where they bring the penguins out, and there are educational talks. There was also a penguin encounter, which we paid extra for, and was well worth it! It was a group of about 10 people and we got to talk to staff 1 on 1, pet the penguin, and get a great picture (included in the price). This added about another hour onto our visit. Throughout the aquarium there were food facilities and plenty of places to sit. The aquarium also includes eye level exhibits, exhibits you can see from above the water, and even a walk through exhibit that was surprisingly long and included a conveyor belt ride, which is also a novelty. Lastly, when leaving, we got to see the gift shop which has something in the price range for everyone. The shop even includes art done by the penguins, which is pretty unique. We walked away with two items from the shop for a affordable $25. All in all, if you or your family are even the least bit interested in animals or nature, visit. If you're still on the fence, they had a trophy saying they were voted the best aquarium in America in 2018. If you don't go, it is your loss!

Great experience for the kids. It was advertised as the best aquarium in the US. I don't agree, but it's definitely worth the visit. Lots of interactive things. The 🐧🐧🐧 exhibit allows kids to crawl inside for a better view.

This is one of the best aquarium I've been to right behind Chicago's aquarium. We went during Easter and it was jammed packed. But it took us about 1hr to get through. All I can say is I wish I had a better camera so enjoy the pics

We really enjoyed the aquarium. The price was fair enough. There is a parking garage behind the aquarium and parking is $10. There were a lot of kids there when we went due to field trips however it didn't really impact our visit, just have to be patient and wait your turn. The staff could be a little more friendly however we still had a good time takes at least 1 hour to go all the way through and that includes stopping briefly for each view of different aquatic life.

Adults and kids and a great time here. The kids loved the play area pictured. The penguin parade was cute. There was a lot to do and see here. It was worth admission, especially if you have kids.

Best Ripley’s aquarium I have been to. Lots to do with great exhibits and The tunnel in the tank is amazing. Kids playground in the middle is big, you could spend a long time there. Very crowded but manageable.

Really good experience! Maybe a little pricey at $40 a ticket, but the Aquarium +2 attractions ends up being a great deal! We spent at least 2 hours or so here. I was nicely surprised at the accessibility of the ASL videos & captions and how few stairs we came across. Learned a lot, saw lots of cool animals, and touched a sting ray! I'd recommend and probably even go again!

The touch a ray bay and feeding was the BEST. I wish I'd known it was the last exhibit when following the path. Parking is available in the garage behind. The trolley drops off guests on the side of the building. The aquarium offers a 30% military discount including veterans and immediate family. Must show proof.

We went to the space needle over the weekend and loved taking in the views! The admission ticket allows you to visit once during the day and once at night. The observation deck was clean with plenty of seating. The arcade looked fun as well. Took off one star since the elevators are in need of work but overall a fun experience

Let’s just say if you suffer from vertigo do not get On. I was not expecting for the deck shakes when it’s windy. The small fee was reasonable and they give you the option to go up twice. It was beautiful but never again I had a hard time I sat most of the time. Everyone else in my party had a great time the elevator was a lil too smalls. The arcade was amazing. The guy at the front desk was super nice gave us a run down of what to do

Had a Groupon for a family pack. The tickets allow you to go up twice in the same day. We took a trip in the morning and then returned around 9 pm that night for an evening view. Only one elevator is working but there was no issues with wait times. Great views of the Gatlinburg area that you can't get from the bypass or other higher elevations.

What an amazing experience!! We enjoyed the ride up in the glass elevator! When we got to the top, we were the only ones up there!!! We had the whole observation deck to ourselves the entire time, and we were up there for awhile!! 400 ft up with beautiful views of the town! It was so breezy and relaxing while we were up there! The plaques were very informative and we enjoyed reading about the area! Pricing was decent also, I think we paid about $16 per person! Would enjoy doing this again!

The views from the top are great as you see Gatlinburg from above! The staff was helpful and friendly! The only con was how run down the elevator is as it took a good 10-15 minutes just to take the elevator up and wait just as much from above to go down so it definitely needs a renovation! It’s a Gatlinburg classic so I hope it is here many years from now!

My wife and I went here and to the top of the tower on the evening of Aug 3rd 2023. It did not disappoint. The view was awesome at night. We recommend if you’re in the area to stop by and check this out. Fun for all.

This was fantastic. The view is amazing 👏 and very beautiful. We stayed up there for more than an hour. For anyone who is not exactly a senior citizen, they do have a discount for people with their AARP card. Please Please go and see this.

Really nice location in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. When you first enter their is a Chicago still pizza restaurant with huge slices on display through the glass. The counter is at the center and all of the arcade games are behind and on the sides of the elevator. We definitely enjoyed the night view.

Pros: Went at night time, would go again to experience the day time view, no crowd. Was able to be up there by ourselves. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Really nice view. 360 spacious views. Bench seats. Once you get to the top there is descriptions on which direction you are facing and history in that area. Entrance is in an arcade. Easy on and off elevator. Handicapped friendly. Cons: the elevator floor needs some TLC, there are windows taking the elevator up, the windows are not clean and the front windows are just a view of stairs. Need more selection of merchandise ex: more variety of shot glasses. At the top some of the lights were flickering and the bulbs needed to be replaced and it made a strobe light effect. Although this was just on one side.

Beautiful up top! The elevator going up was a little dated. The railings up top has paint chipping. It was very pretty though once you got to the top. Definitely a sight to see.

The Gatlinburg Space Needle was a nice attraction compared to the many others. For the fair admission fee you get to go up once during the day and again at night since the needle stays open late almost every night. You take a short ride up the elevator to the top viewing observation deck where there is various seating benches and three out of 4 working telescopes to view the parkway or mountains. You can stay up on the deck as long as you want and just wait for the elevator when you are ready to come down. A few cons were the elevator needs some TLC and maybe repairs there are two elevators but only one is in service currently, and it looks rough, windows need cleaning the floors need replacing, new button panel, and proper inspection information needs to be visible to guests. Staff kinda gave a brief rundown of how to go up and down as its a self-serve kinda attraction. The emergency phone on the top deck looks like a old pay phone and probably wont even work lol. When your done on the needle you exit into their arcade and can play games or grab a slice of pizza at the pizza bakery inside. Overall the Gatlinburg Space Needle is a classic tourist stop and hopefully with some minor repairs and TLC it will continue to be one memorable stop. Will be back!

The view was absolutely beautiful, totally worth it. You get to go up 2 times. So we went when there was some daylight and when it was dark. They only have one elevator working right now, and the windows in the one elevator look a little rough, and the elevator does as well. There is a slight wait for the elevator depending on when you arrive. The parking is rough as you have to walk around gatlinburg, which is expected. The guy working seemed very annoyed and miserable.

I visited in 2021 and the view is amazing, I loved it but we’ve been trying to come back to it for 2 years, we visited in August 2022 and August 2023 and both times they told us the elevator was down. We paid $20 for parking this year just to hear the elevator didn’t work. I probably won’t try anymore as this is a waste of time and money but I enjoyed it in 2021.

A must to do while visiting Gatlinburg! Super windy and cold at night time. Like 30 mph is what if felt like! Elevation is like 1600 ft total :) tickets are also valid for 24hrs, but the arcade (attached to the space needle) is where they get cha;( it's hella expensive, I suggest skipping that. *No tap to pay here👎*

This particular excursion is definitely worth the money. All events, shows and products have gone through the roof with bidenomics, but this particular ride to the top and view are worth the price.

This was a fun experience..thank goodness they have an elevator up..scenery is absolutely gorgeous. We had it all to ourselves luckily. Definitely worth the price!

My fiancé and I went to Gatlinburg last fall, and the space needle was closed for maintenance on the elevator. We bought our tickets online, so they had to refund our money. It took a couple business days to get our money back. So, this time when we came back, we called to make sure they were open, and they are. We are so happy we got to go on the Space Needle this time! The view was spectacular!! I also loved how you could read about the history of Gatlinburg when you got up there. Also, I love collecting pressed pennies, so I was excited to see they had one of those machines. In addition, the price is very reasonable, especially considering if you bring your ticket back, you can ride up there again for a 2nd time time for free. So, we got to see Gatlinburg at night, and during the day right as the sun was setting. I totally recommend getting there close to sunset because the view is breathtaking!

I visited the Gatlinburg Space Needle in October 2014 and I loved the views. The 407-foot observation tower offers a 360-degree view of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains and the city of Gatlinburg. Recommended! The ticket prices were also very reasonable.

I was in Gatlinburg a couple days ago for the Xtreme Winter conference and we visited this place. It is like the best arcade ever, as well as delicious pizza, and the Space Needle has an amazing view. The only one to beat it was from the deck at the opposite end of the Skybridge. Anyway, the Space Needle was amazing, there is a 360° view of the surrounding area and it is said you can see multiple states from it. The only downside to the place is that the bathrooms were extremely dirty, it smelled absolutely horrible and I imagined I could almost feel the germs creeping up on me; with that being the case, I recommend using the bathroom elsewhere before coming here. Other than that, the place was great, the staff was really nice, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Very cool and affordable. They say you can see 5 states from this tower. The tower is almost 500 foot up. The arcade is super cool too

Really neat little shops in multiple areas out Glades Rd. Gatlinburg, TN, with several different types of gifts. If you are into art, there are some very nice pictures. I didn't get any inside pictures, but it was so cute outside and decorated so pretty for fall.

This is a really loop to see some of the artists and local businesses. We enjoyed visiting them. I would recommend driving the loop it is easy and plenty of parking

We visited the Great Smoky arts District stretch on Glades road, seeing many of the craft and art studios and they were amazing 👍 Well worth a visit😀 We found a wonderful little ice cream parlour and had the best milkshakes 😋 ever!!! Glades soda fountain. Would definitely visit this area again. Wayne and Shelly 🇬🇧

Always a great 8 mile loop to travel. Pottery is well done with different types and pieces. Paintings are reasonably priced with all genre represented. More shops than I’ve ever been able to experience each. Been there 4 times and enjoyed each time.

This area is absolutely one of my favorite places to visit in the Smoky Mountains. The shops sell quality handmade goods, and the owners are so hospitable. Don’t buy from tourist trap shops! Come here and support real, local artisans. You could visit this area ten times and still want to come back.

This area is a must see if you plan on coming to the Smokies. Shop local and bring home a unique souvenir from your trip! Over 100 different shops to see over an 8 mile loop. There's also several different restaurants to choose from when it's time for a break. Just make sure to check their hours before making plans, since some of them aren't open all or every day. Please observe the posted speed limit of 25mph on this loop, as there are a lot of sharp curves & people pulling out of places, as well as a few crosswalks, where pedestrians have the right of way. And you never know when a bear or turkey may decide to cross the road in front of you.

Sadly due to Covid most of the shops have closed. What’s left are some very great crafters and some con shops. They say they make the crafts yet they have made in china on the bottom and they are sold a plenty on the Gatlinburg strip!!! Not worth the day out any more

I enjoy finding souvenirs for friends and family (and myself) from local makers. It may cost a little more than a trinket you find on the main strip down in Pigeon Forge but it's definitely worth while to spend some time visiting with store owners and browsing their shops. I only spent a few hours shopping and barely put a dent in the number of shops visited. I highly recommend the Community.

Smokies Edge leather shop has been here over 35 years. One of the last artisans left on the arts & crafts trail that I remember from my childhood. Got my son a beautiful hand tooled belt. You can learn how to make an arrowhead out of stone as well. Worth the trip

There are so many beautiful places to visit in the Arts and Crafts Community! One of my favorite parts of Gatlinburg!

This is a great strip to visit if you want to find unique stuff. There are clusters of artist shops along the 8 miles. Make sure to grab a map at one of the locations for up to date Info as a lot of these places aren't listed on Google maps and hours of operation vary from Google maps too.

A pleasant diversion from the crowds of tourists in downtown Gatlinburg. I saw several craftsman working hard today. A real pleasure for a returning vacationer. I enjoyed the history of several buildings that were moved to create this TREASURE. I highly recommend that you find this place. Visits like these makes me want to return.

We were looking for local crafts, not the tourist junk, we ran across this little community. The wood whittler was AMAZING, handcrafted wood work. Beautiful, handmade candles and the jelly, jam and nuts shops were great. The Native American, supposedly made jewelry was a HUGE RIP OFF. MY SON BOUGHT A RING THE GENTLEMAN ( WEARING VET PATCHES), TOLD HIM WAS MADE BY LOCAL NATIVE AMERICANS, WAS A CHEAP RING WE FOUND ONLINE FOR 2.00 ( HE PAID $70). ITS HORRIBLE TO RIP OFF PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO SUPPORT LOCAL TALENT. I want to warn visitors to avoid this NATIVE AMERICAN RIP OFF SHOP!!!

One of the best attractions in The South. Top Ten. Know the location and route. Maps available. Eat at The Log Cabin or Split Rails. Top quality handmade homemade crafts. 20$ to 10,000$.

Room was a little rough, not the worst place I've stayed, but on the list. Sink didn't drain, bathroom was very compact, had some bugs in the room, only saw one roach though. The overall place seemed like it needed a lot of work. The upstairs on the split level "suite" is really only useful if you are traveling with small children as it is accessed by a very tight spiral staircase. Also this only applies to the outer rooms in the main building, but they really should consider a secondary staircase, even if it's just an emergency fire escape, because if there were a fire between my room and the ramp, about a third of the way around the outdoor walkway, I would have to jump from the third floor to escape.

Great hotel super friendly staff. The front desk staff is amazing, We felt like we where at home there! The breakfast attendant Kimberly is absolutely amazing!! I have stayed at many many hotels and I have yet to find a better breakfast attendant!! She deserves special recognition! The room was nice and had an awesome bed. We got to see a bear a few diffrent times during our stay just outside the room late at night with was nice!! My daughter enjoyed the heated pool Keep up the great work y’all

Great location on the strip. Although staying in a holiday weekend I expected some hick ups, I didn't expect to have to drive around to find parking at a hotel I paid almost $200 a night for. We offloaded and carried our stuff almost a block and a half. The issue was that the parking lots are not monitored. There was a guy parked in our lot who had just been fishing. Several other vehicles without a parking pass. The pool was another story. It's rather disgusting, we found hair floating everywhere, chips on the side of the pool and in need of a lot of work. Some parts seemed they could be a hazard. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but it worked for the short stay. My biggest complaint of all is that they have a staff member (yes I understand his situation) but in a real feel of over 100 degrees, his dog was in his van in the parking lot. I called the police department and before they got there, the other staff must have let him know because he came and got her out. He gave me every excuse in the book telling me there was a fan in the back of the van, blowing what can only be hot air because the windows were barely cracked. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a great view of the fireworks. If you're in a pinch, this would do, but certainly don't make the mistake we did and wait until last minute to book.

This is nice hotel, right on the main strip in Gatlinburg, easy walking distance to many of the great shops in town. Our rooms were very clean, all the way down to the shower drain! The beds were insanely comfortable, more-so than even my bed at home lol. The front desk lady, Mona, was great as well. there were 2 issues we encountered during our 2 night stay, and she was very prompt on addressing and fixing the issues. The breakfast was on the minimal side, but it still did the job of ensuring you are full before you leave for a day of wandering the strip. There is also an indoor pool, but we did not have the time or energy to go check it out. I would definitely stay here again. I will share pictures of the room once I figure out how 😅

Usually I don’t leave reviews unless things are really good. I would like to preface this by saying the location is the number 1 reason we stayed. The location is great! Right on the parkway and we walked to almost everything we wanted to do. The hotel could use a huge upgrade. It’s obviously one of the older hotels but there are simple things that could be upgraded to make it more comfortable. The beds were not the best, there was no closet or drawers in our room for clothes. The only drawer we had was missing a handle and could not be opened. The water pressure in the shower was barely enough the rinse your hair with. Although the location is great it does come with some added surrounding noises during the night. Our biggest complaint was that our trip was for Spring Break and we had our kids with us so we were very excited when we saw online they had an indoor and outdoor pool. Considering it was Spring we were planning to use the indoor pool. When we arrived at the hotel both of the pools were completely empty. This was not advertised at all. We had to find out for ourselves when we arrived. So that was a bit disappointing.

When I stayed here they were in the middle of renovations and did not disclose this ahead of time. The room type I booked was unavailable and they only told me as I was checking in. The gave me a decent room, bed was comfortable and it had a jacuzzi in it. The room itself needed updating, I can only assume they had not gotten to this room yet. The ‘neighbor’ appeared to be one of the construction workers and was very loud and rude (kept peeking into my room, standing outside my door (once I closed the curtains), talking very loudly even yelling either on the phone or at someone outside). The hotel is in a great location and everyone was very friendly. Once construction is fully finished, I might give this hotel another stay to see if things are better.

I booked a suite. I paid the extra money to have the suite back in JULY. We get here and the front desk lady (she was nice) said oh you have two rooms? No. She let us know our room wasn’t available. How though? That’s the reason for reserving!! So they gave us two rooms but we still paid the price of the suite. We didn’t need/want an extra room, we only needed two beds, not four. I could have just booked one standard room and spent way less money. I’m so dissatisfied. This is our first trip with our children to gatlinburg and we didn’t receive what we paid so much money for. The rooms are okay. The door that connects to the adjoining room is quite literally falling off the hinges though. It is an okay, clean room, however. Good location, I like that it isn’t in the middle of the town so it’s much more quiet. The pool looks nice, too. Just disappointed about not receiving what I paid and booked months in advance for.

This hotel was a great experience because of the great location and service. In particular I would like to thank Kimberly (who was quite the pleasure to have in the breakfast area) and the cute ducks who roamed around the parking lot. The only drawback I found was the one roach in the bathroom and the lack of good wifi. Overall, however, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone willing to explore the smoky mountains.

Our favorite place to stay. The staff is amazing, so kind , helpful and always smiling. Yes, it’s an older place but they are working hard on fixing it up and have done a great job so far. The bed are super comfortable. Kimberly is always a joy to talk to. She makes you feel like you are one of her family members. Always great to stay somewhere and feel like your at home. Great job to all of the staff.

I'm sorry to say it but our stay wasn't the greatest I expected. I now understand the meaning of you get what you pay for. As soon as we walked in there was a overwhelming bad oder. Good thing I keep febreez in my car. Second the bathroom is so small you basically had to sit side ways on the toilet but watch your knees on the tub. The shower had no water pressure the shower faucet was leaking into the tub and could hear it dripping all night. It had black mold under the lip of the surrouthe walls. walls. There was dust all over. The shower nossel came off when I was turning it on and the tub looked like someone had tried to paint it with a house hold paint. No matter what don't take your shoes off the carpet was dirty to. The sink if you didn't hit the handle on it it wasn't going off. The door shook when the wind blew. It took them 10 minutes to check us in because the were eating they turned and looked at us and continued to eat.

All around 5 stars for the Days Inn. We arrived in Gatlinburg around 4 in the morning with intentions of staying elsewhere but their office personal was nowhere to be found, after an hour of scrambling around to find another hotel we met Rayanna, she was beyond helpful and kind. She immediately got us a room and made sure we had everything we needed! Hospitality like this doesn’t come along often and we are so grateful. This girl deserves a 12/10!

This property had big problems, the elevator was down(which from reading other reviews its been broken for months), our loft had many issues,. The safety rail had a missing anchor and was loose carpets are worn down and not clean, moving throughout the hotel the staff have very low morale, and the breakfast machines sometimes broken and then other times there were out of food items. Other than its in a good location that's where the positive things start and end with. This property needs significant work and I'm very surprised too find out this is a Whyndam property. They need high level property manager to look at this hotel from inside out. This hotel needs closed and repaired.

I would say the only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. Everything else is bad or mediocre. There was mold and the entire hotel looks ran down. There is caution tape blocking the stairs and the parking garage that's due to a leaked pipe. The rooms are big, but they are pretty tacky and don't look so well remodeled. The rooms are also infested with stains and it isn't clean in places. It's an unprofessional representation of the entire brand and a sad thing to see for the strip. The pools outside is an eyesore and the one inside is cold and not impressive either. I would say however, the location is prime and you have close to direct access to the strip. It's the thing this hotel could have going for it. The interior where you eat breakfast looks decent, and could be a start for improvement. I don't like trashing businesses, I think the staff are doing the best they can and I think the people who work here are not slacking. I do hope the hotel does improve, and it would get out of the bad review wad it's in. Look deeply in this hotel before staying here, just like any other hotel.

Fantastic location & great service from front desk, especially Mona. Per the other reviews…I’m assuming it all depends on the room you book. We had a king suite with balcony facing the strip. Our room was clean. No issues with plumbing. 4 night stay was 1/3 of what a small cabin rental would have been. Will be back for certain!

I will not even rate this hotel. Do not be fooled by the pictures. Completely false advertising. This has to be the worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked two rooms for a family get away. I should have known to expect a bad stay from checkin. The front desk agent was very rude. Next, while walking to the room we saw several plungers outside of rooms. If you expect a good shower think twice. No water pressure, a hint of hot water drizzled down, and the tubs were clogged. To top that off the towels felt like drying off with sandpaper. Rooms stink, chipped paint everywhere, and the rooms were dusty. There was suppose to be continental breakfast. Do not be fooled by the pictures. The breakfast pictures are from the restaurant next door. The food at the motel was awful!!!

I had a wonderful visit in Gatlinburg TN. My room was very neat, clean and spacious. The staff treated me very well and were helpful with my every need. I would like to give a special thanks to Kimberly who treated every guest as if they were a part of her own family. I will most definitely be going back to this days in again and I highly recommend this location.

As for a motel, you could do worse. Good location and the cleaning personnel were nice enough to leave clean rags when we left a note requesting them. The room had a few things that needed repair, but no deal breakers. A little on the pricey side for weekend stays, too.

First off, the front desk staff was very kind and friendly when we first arrived for our vacation. No issues there. However, the rest of our stay was not very pleasant. We were staying for a week so we got a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room with a jacuzzi, in a building separate from the main hotel building. We happened to be placed right next to a room where an employee was staying (Kimberly, who works the breakfast bar). Kimberly was having a man named Jason stay with her, who was extremely loud and disruptive. When we first arrived to our room he was swearing and calling her all kinds of vulgar names, which made us uncomfortable. Throughout the next week, we had to overhear multiple fights between them. They had conversations about using tasers, getting Jason clean (from drugs or alcohol I’m assuming), and just various arguments that got loud at times. Additionally, Jason’s car was parked in front of our room the whole week (without a parking pass I might add, which he should’ve been towed for). He was drinking in his car and basically sat in his car every single day for the entire week. There were times when we stopped back at our room during the day to refresh or rest for a bit, and he would rev his engine extremely loud while the car was in park for no apparent reason. He was very disruptive and his demeanor made us extremely uncomfortable, to the point where we almost asked to be moved so we didn’t have to be around it. On our last day while we were packing up the car, Kimberly was telling Jason that the hotel maids do not wash the comforters or sheets and that the hotel has had problems with bed bugs. That’s obviously not a nice thing to hear after we’ve been sleeping in a potentially dirty bed for the past week. This will definitely be our last stay at this hotel. The location is convenient being right on the strip of Gatlinburg, but the clientele was not nice to be around for a whole week.

Not bad for a last-minute trip... Everywhere was booked except this hotel. It's an older hotel, but the bed, TV, and furniture were modern. The tub and bathroom door could be remodeled. It wasn't a dirty room but the owner could put a little money into it and make it a great place. Location was awesome!

For the 2 nights that we stayed, it should have been cheaper. Refrigerator never got cold at all. There was not a private balcony. You couldn't let the balcony door close or you would be locked out. The lady at the front said if I was to get locked out to holler at any bystanders on the street to have the office come let me back into my room. The room was not cleaned properly, because my wife found someone's earring by the bed. The TV remote didn't work properly. The toilet didn't work properly. The showers hot and cold were backwards.The room that I rented was supposed to be a King deluxe suite,but I have stayed in standard hotel rooms before that were more updated and cheaper than this was. If the room would have been refundable,we would have gotten our money back and found somewhere else to stay. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE, nor will I ever stay there again.

A great place to stay. Rooms clean, building clean. Stay four nights loves the balcony. Hey, just remember it's an older hotel but has been updated, I believe, the best it could. Great spot with tram stop in front. Road behind is best way to get out of traffic if your heading to Pigeon Forge. No complaints will return. We stayed the last week of October 2023.

The room is dirty. There is no hot water at the hotel. Clerk is openly lying to the guests to get them to check in. I asked him directly do you have hot water? He said yes it's just been repaired. The repairman had already been here they don't have the pump and they're not going to fix it today and maybe not until after Christmas. It's 10 pm everything sold out. Refuse to give refund and let me leave. Paid for a Jacuzzi room. The bottom of the tub is so filthy. In the photo you can see that the tub has been destroyed and someone has plastered it back together. Room 237.

We have always stayed at Wyndham hotels and have never had any issues…. We even recommend them to friends and family. This time, our experience was not so great. I’m honestly surprised that Wyndham would even put their name on this hotel. When we first opened the door to our room, it was one of the worst musty odors I have ever smelt. We had to leave our door open for the first hour of being there. The carpet was disgusting. There were white streaks on the headboard of the bed (who knows what that was). The bedside light didn’t work. The drawer didn’t have a handle. The housekeepers don’t supply wash rags in the room, you have to obtain these at the front desk (if you can find anyone down there to help you). There was mold growing around the shower and in the bathroom (probably what the smell was, and probably the reason we woke up with congestion and sore throats the next morning). There are holes all in the bathroom walls. The toilet only flushes every other time. ALL THIS WITHSTANDING, WE WOKE UP WITH BITES ON OUR LEGS AND ANKLES THAT MORNING. Who really knows exactly because I don’t have proof of bedbugs, but I went to sleep without them and woke up with them…. Do with that information what you will. If I would’ve known the condition of this “hotel”, I wouldn’t have stayed at this Wyndham location even if you payed me to. No human being should be staying here as it is a complete health hazard and needs to be reported to corporate immediately. It either needs to be gutted and remodeled, or more than likely, demolished.

The rooms are a little dated but not so much so that it causes concern or a poor experience. Due to heavy rain the night we checked in we found that water had been pooling under the door, the staff was prompt to address the issue and even provided us with an upgraded gorgeous suite for the troubles. Housekeeping was on point and stopped by every day almost to insure all our needs were met and exchange towels. The property appears to be in the slow process of upgrading but I truly have no complaints about our stay at all.

I am going to start off saying the location was amazing! Everything else was horrible. Arriving to the office it took 15 mins before someone helped us there was a lady that was eating behind front counter and just kept telling us to hold on someone would be with us. Once getting into our room we were welcomed by a musty odor. The room was dusty and just plain nasty. Upon inspection of room half of our lights did not work nor the outlets. Refrigerator did not work well it was not cold at all. Our bed frames (we had two fulls even though we booked for queens) were crumbling in areas held toether with tape at some points. The sheets had crusty brownish streaks on them under the comforters (no telling what it was). Drawer between beds did not open. Walked into the bathroom and there was no space maybe 2 and half feet from wall to side of tub so sitting and using the facilities was quite interesting. Our shower curtain rod was held up with fresh plaster from someone trying to patch where it had fallen previously. It smelt musty and like urine. When attempting a shower the faucet handle fell off and shower curtain slid half way open because of the shower rod not being put in place properly so floor, toilet, walls just everything got wet. Our room door did not shut entirely. Pools and hot tub advertised were closed down and full of debris from not being upkept and maintained. Due to odor and possible mold that was smelt we awoke to sore throats and congestion. I would not recommend this place to stay definitely needs wyndam to step in.

I wish zero stars was an option. Check in went smoothly. Room was a literal nightmare. Stains on the bedding, beds were not in order, towels in a disarray, dead bugs in the window sill, BLOOD STAIN ON THE CURTAINS. We grabbed our bags and immediately left. When we walked back into the front office the attendant knew exactly why we came back. His words were “You didn’t like the room.” Not a question but a statement. The fact that the employees even know how bad the rooms are is alarming. We are still working to get our full refund. Please do not waste your money or safety staying at this hotel.

I only booked this hotel for the Indoor pool got here and it's closed. Our first room there was trash in the trash can from the previous person, the beds weren't made, no towels, or shampoo and soap. Clearly not cleaned from previous person. The doors are hard to open and stay jammed. The breakfast is terrible. They only have muffins, bagels, and cereal. Definitely a get what you pay for type thing. Cigarettes out side everywhere. Super old looking and feeling. Would not recommend. Super disappointed about the pool!!!

Do not stay here. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only good thing about this place is the location. We walked pretty much everywhere we needed and wanted to go. Big group of college kids came and stayed scattered around the hotel. They were loud and rude. Cussing at other guests and were drunk. Woke us up around 12:30am and it continued until 4 am when the police were called by another guest. And I mean constant yelling for almost 4 hours. They woke up the entire hotel! When I asked the next morning if they had to leave, I was told oh no they are just a bunch of college kids. So we didn’t get any rest the entire trip. The next night the ones staying next to us played loud music for hours, went in and out of their room slamming doors. It was horrible! Breakfast was pretty much non existent. Just pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere besides this place. Trust me.

Absolutely horrible! I called ant 516am to do early Checkin as we had been traveling 15hours annd Inwas told I could. Show up lady at front desk was extremely rude said they don’t do early check in here’s a parking pass go walk around til 4…after traveling so long that’s not what we wanted to do. Our first room the thermostat wouldn’t work and was stuck at 60 and was freezing. The staff moved us rooms to one of the queen beds having blood stains, the shower having no plug to use the tub and black gunk all over it, also room had broken blinds. I ended up getting antibacterial cleaner and scrubbing the shower myself. The sink had no hot water so you had to get hot water to wash faces from tub. We couldn’t switch rooms or change blood stained bedding that night so we all piled in one bed.The girl came to change the sheet after 3pm Even though the request was done first thing in the morning, we were changing for a wedding and she said she could wait. I was told I had to strip the bedding even though it wasn’t our blood. She finally changed sheets and never did return with a comforter so we froze all night.

Super cute little place. We got coffee and donuts. Both were good. Nice little place to visit in the area. Even if you just need a break from walking around and take in the scenery

Such a cute group of shops from candles, soaps, Irish pub, The doughnut Friar, and Christian books, all nestled in a beautiful brick walkway with lantern lights , fountains and flowers. It is off the main drag and doesn't have the boardwalk, tourist feel to it. I loved this place.

This place is so cute ! I found everything i needed and didn’t need in this village. Everyone I met were so nice and polite. Can’t wait to visit again.

Wonderful stroll thru specialty shops after fantastic breakfast at Pancake Pantry!!! Don't miss the old smokey candy kitchen, and the sock shop in the back. Fountain in middle.

I love this area, it gives the feeling of old world charm. The shops are small but so inviting. Found a great coffee shop, tried the Donut Friar, found some tea I truly adore. It's really a nice little get away right off the main drag.

There are a couple of cute shoppes, including candy, coffee, candle, boots, Celtic, and artist painting shoppes that are reasonably priced. However most of the shops are still too generic and don't really have any quality items that you'd want to buy as gifts or for yourself. It was nice to walk around as the architecture and gardens were very pretty.

Very "Quaint"... Lots of little niche shops for snacks and tchotchkes. It is very well maintained and feels safe. We visited after a trip to Astra Lumina (around midnight) to admire its beauty. We stayed at Edgewater Hotel and walked. Just a side observation about Gatlinburg in general, we didn't see any homeless people, pan handlers, beggers, or other riff raff types 🤷‍♀️

when visiting Gatlin Berg, the village shops is a must see. It’s an artist in community with quaint and unique shops abound easy to get around and plenty to see.

I love The Village! Great selection of shops that are family friendly with welcoming staff. Love the fall decorations and how quaint, clean, and inviting the whole area is.

The Village Shops is like an outdoor mall, containing a large number of shops. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The layout is very pleasing with comfortable benches, nice flowers everywhere and even a great fountain. This is really a nice place to shop or even just to sit or walk around. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the boot/leather shop. Lee found a very nice Ariat jacket. Looks great on him as well. Been here a few times and the staff is always pleasant.

Excellent selection of stores, very clean, and a great time had by all just walking up and down the streets taking in the views.

We always, always visit this place without fail. Very relaxing place to take a rest from our walk. Coffee, fountain, people watching, who could ask for more. We will visit again. I'm thankful this community has the Village.

Cozy, not as busy as the main streets. You can actualy relax here for a moment. There are some benches and coffee tables and a public restroom.

First moonshine tasting and it was so much fun! We had Abbey and she's was an excellent bartender and very knowledgeable of each tasting and pairing! She was also very entertaining! We got a comedy show, several tastings, and so many laughs! Tasting space was comfortable and clean. The store was beautiful. Excellent experience, we will definitely be back!

Moonshine’s not really my thing but I recommend everyone to stop by here when they’re in the city and try their tastings. The bartenders are all funny and entertaining and they’ll make sure you’re having a great time.

This location has an excellent atmosphere! The staff is beyond helpful, and friendly. A special shoutout goes to Ryan, Justin, Britt, and Lissy. These special folks were full of knowledge, and make a mean cocktail. Treat yourselves to this unique experience, more than once, if you’re able.

Let me just tell ya, if you want some shine, go here! Go do the moonshine tasting, it's always a blast. The servers here are the Best! If you have a wait to get in line to get in I will say that the line moves fairly quick and it's so worth it. I can't tell you how many times I've been and it never disappoints. And you never know who you might just run into while your there.

Such an awesome place you have to stop in and do the sampling, it's well worth the five dollars. you have to meet Glover, he's the Best so Awesome. He sure loves his job. I could've stood there all night and listened to Glover talk. I hadn't smiled that much in Avery long time. Thank you, Glover. I love the banana pudding & pecan shine. Can't wait till my next visit.

Abby did a very entertaining and happy tasting presentation. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Tasting fee goes towards fee and you are allowed to stack the tickets. Definitely worth the visit.

Joshua was our bartender this beautiful Sunday afternoon. He was a blast and we had 13 different moonshine to try. Doesn't mean you like each and everyone, but it was a great atmosphere and everyone looked like they were having a great time! They also had a very handy pour spout to be used on these mason jars! Overall a great time😊

I've wanted to visit Sugarland's for a long time, and when my finace and I finally got to go last weekend, I was NOT let down! We did the taste testing with Cody as our "Taste Master," and he was phenomenal. He kept the group engaged, made us laugh the whole time, and was quite the entertainer. What was even cooler, is that after the tasting, you could use your wristband to get $5 off a jar of amazing moonshine! I had an absolute blast and I can't wait to go back!

We had such an amazing experience at Sugarlands Distilling company! We got a $5 tasting which was absolutely great! We tried 12 kinds of moonshine + 1 bonus shot, and our bartender Steve was really fun. They offer $5 off the jar with the wristband from your tasting which is a pretty good deal. They have lots of flavors, but definitely try dark chocolate and Pina colada. I highly recommend this place!

This is a must visit. We have so much fun everytime we visit Sugarlands. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely entertaining. Be sure to visit the back room, ask anyone and they will point you in the right direction.

False advertising and the manager that was there that night was a young girl did not care !!! Always loved coming here for the employees that work behind the bar that pours always extremely friendly Cody Rob always make things fun enjoy coming back here when I'm on vacation numerous times but do not like being disrespected by a manager when this sign is clearly stated the price of a product it doesn't state sign they would not honor their price and she talked to me extremely rude I think she should take management classes and she wants to run an establishment I've seen brighter employees at McDonald's as managers Don't think I will be ever coming back here and purchasing products I will find other needs to fulfill the money that I spend when I come up the Gatlinburg it's pretty sad when one person ruins something you enjoy doing !!!

We love Sugarlands, come here twice a year when we are on vacation. Absolutely the best And so is Payton, enjoyed our tasting session with her. Go Payton!!!! 5 stars. $5 to taste 12 flavors plus a bonus flavor. They have a cocktail bar also. Amazing!!! Defiantly recommend !!! Plus you get a $5 wristband also. And our bartender Lissy was amazing also. Will be back in November.

Best tasting in town courtesy of Cody. The man is magic with a pour. A story to go with every shot. Lucky if you don't lose your liquor laughing. And loving his girly Lissy serving the special of the day back in the cocktail lounge along with Britt. This place is hands down the best in town!

Stopped into Sugarlands Distilling today, we did our tasting with Stephanie, great time, lots of laughs we had a phenomenal time. We drink as a family so it’s all good all the time. If you’re swinging into Gatlinburg definitely stop by and see Stephanie. The pour says it all, just look at it!!!!…. Don’t forget the cocktail bar out back

Absolutely love visiting Sugarlands Shine! They always have the best flavors and the best bartenders…Rob Ham is our favorite and we always try to get his sippin’ post! But seriously this is the spot for moonshine and good times!!

An excellent distillery when compared to Ole Smokey up the road. Place was more spacious and well organized. They have a cocktail bar at the end were you can just enjoy their distillery if tasting is not your thing. We ended up going for an Old Fashion made with their own bourbon called Roaming Man and a Moscow mule. Both cocktails were nicely made. You’ll even get to keep their glass when ordering the Old Fashion. We ended up buying a bottle of their bourbon for $38 to enjoy at our hotel.

Great tasting of 12 different samples! It came with a coupon for $5 toward the store. I love this brand and highly recommend this experience in Gatlinburg! They even have a cocktail bar in the back. Would love to have a drink or two there next time!

This was the best moonshine tasting we visited while on holiday in Gatlinburg. The moonshine was delicious, the hosts were hilarious, and I got to meet the famous Payton (who we saw on YouTube and made us want to visit!) It was so good, we paid a second visit for another tasting and to buy more moonshine to bring back with us to the UK. When we run out, we'll just have to fly back and buy more!

This place is absolutely amazing ! Hands down ! We came all the way from Lubbock Texas to see this place . Great product , everything was delicious ! Shout out to Ryan and Justin for the awesome tasting experience ! After the tasting go back to the bar ! You won't regret it ! Britt and Lissy served some amazing cocktails back there ! Zach is also very knowledgeable about the whole process ! Highly recommend getting the full tour !

Spur of the moment stop and are we so glad we did! $5 gets you a tasting of 12 different flavors and a bonus shot - our bartender Josh was really great and made the tasting a lot of fun. Your wristband also gives you $5 off of merchandise, so it's a win/win. Will go again if we're back in town.

Great place to check out. They have $5 tryouts which are totally worth it. Servers are entertaining and give cool facts about the drinks. They have large area covered with live music and sitting space. Must go place if spending time in downtown

Great Tour! We had a fun group experience with the Redneck Bus Tour that stopped here. We all enjoyed free tasting and coupons. Great spirits and views of the distillery in action! Awesome

Ole Smoky Distillery is always a good time. We stopped in this past week while on a girls trip. You have to participate in a tasting, it does not disappoint. The flavors of moonshine are always surprising. The combinations that they come up with are not something you'd think of, such as the lavender blueberry moonshine, which was delicious...mix it with lemonade and Wow!

Southern hospitality at it's finest. The midwest could take a clue from the South. My husband and I have Southern backgrounds and we long to move back South. Tasted most of the flavors. Shots poured for everyone! Everyone was very nice and even met some drinking buddies. We purchased over $400 worth of moonshine and Whiskey. We will be back. This will last for awhile. One of the best parts of our trip! We scheduled ahead and do the behind the scenes tasting tour! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Beyonce;) did our tour and made our time incredibly awesome! She was SUPER knowledgeable, fun, and kind!! It is really neat to see how the moonshine is made and hear about the history and future of the company ! We then had VIP tasting which was super fun- you even get a Tshirt on the way out! The place was clean and organized well!

This is a moonshine store that has taste testing for $5 and a wide variety of flavors. There’s a distillery on-site that’s very interesting. They also have a stage and bluegrass bands perform in the afternoon and evening. The music is free with rocking chairs arranged in front of the stage for anyone to sit in and enjoy the show. We saw 3 different groups and they were all very talented.

Surprisingly great fun. You get a $5 coupon if you do the tasting. There is also a huge Gift shop and live music played outside in a beautifully decorated area.

We did a lot of moonshine tasting when we were in Gatlinburg and Jen by far was the best she was nice. She was knowledgeable and made the tasting a lot more fun. We were able to get the specialty flavors we were looking for and use our coupons because we did the whole moonshine trail with the old smoky locations we got our free T-shirt and the guy that helped us Was really awesome. Jeff just moved here from Las Vegas so you know who you are thank you for a great time and this is a great location. They don’t have any restrooms in the location. You have to take the elevator to go upstairs, but the experience was definitely worth it 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location and ask for Jen. Thank you Jeff!

This place was on my short bucket list and I was not disappointed at all! Made a special trip over there when I was vacationing in North Carolina. Went all out with the Behind the Stills tour (free special tshirt when you do.) Brooklyn (not Beyonce😉) was awesome as our guide! We definitely took advantage of their amazing selection and sales. Got a pack of 12 (2 free bottles) with the large cooler free and got the 3 pack with the free small cooler. I wish I had read the passport before ending vacation and visited all 3 locations for another free shirt. Definitely keeping it on hand next time I'm there, which will hopefully be next year.

Second tasting and had a great time taste testing the moonshines of the day! $5 tasting and the flavors were great, bartenders fun, and comical even through their sales cooler pitch! Minimal wait to get to the bar top, but it was a full bar! Store is huge so many different souvenirs and shines to pick from, everyone is super helpful, and don't forget to use your coupons! Take it all in, throw the tasting back and just have fun!

I would say overall 4.5 stars is where I would put it. The atmosphere is neat with live music outside. The shine tasting is nice but I don't agree with the sign everywhere saying free tasting when it costs you $5 but I understand the city forces that fee and not the establishment. However you do get a $5 coupon for merchandise in the store with the tasting. Overall fun experience I recommend do your shopping before the tasting or you will spend a lot more after you do the tasting lol.

This was more than I imagined and certainly an experience I recommend for those of age. Bring your wallet! First, the moonshine tasting is $5, but you get a $5 coupon to use on your purchase and you're gonna purchase something. They served 9 flavors with two of them being edibles and two being cream liquers. Second, get a tasting with Buzz! He is hilarious and so much fun. Lastly, have fun! There are so many flavors and Ole Smoky Moonshine merch. I wasn't ready. And they have specials, so take advantage. When you're done shopping, step outside for some entertainment. The rocking chairs are comfy and the music is great.

first time here and had the absolute best time. i didn’t fully catch the bartenders name…i think Karima ?? and Felicity? Their friendliness w each-other and how they interacted with customers was so awesome. They were amazing. So kind, funny and informative. The entire staff was extremely friendly from walking in to cashing out. Def recommend, super fun & moonshine is amazing of course. Do the premium tasting! Worth it and still inexpensive.

Really enjoyed our visit and did the moonshine tasting. Our bartender was fantastic and hilarious. Bought some cherries, and lots of moonshine to bring home. The worse experience we had visiting a distillery and believe me, we’ve visited quite a few distilleries, winery and brewery in all our travels around the world. First of all, they have 2 choices for sampling which the bartender did a piss poor job explaining the different except for one had 9 tasting and the other had 11 tasting. Doesn’t take a genius to understand that by paying more you should get more choices. She could have said “with the premium tasting, you’ll get to taste our signature bourbon as well”. I tried to change or upgrade but was refused. Then the bartender tried to explain the very strict tasting rules by yelling. If it was so strict, suggest posting it on the bar and make sure everyone reads it. Cause after 6 tasting, my wife had an emergency as it’s that time of the month, and had to quickly find a restroom. She left while the bartender was trying to sell customers the package set. When the sampling restarted, my wife wasn’t back yet. The bartender said as she left the bar, she forfeited her tasting. Even I wasn’t allowed to finish her drink. When she returned, we had 2 more tasting to finish but the bartender refused to serve my wife claiming it’s the rule. Not sure if this is a state law or rule of the distillery. But to then charge the customer full price for something they didn’t have is a rip off. Imagine someone had to run to take an emergency phone call or go outside quickly to check on their kids. I understand forfeiting that one drink you missed out but then to forfeit the remaining of the course is crazy. Imagine you left just after the second pour. Then you’ll pay $7 for just 1 or 2 very very small sip. Or what if that person has lactose intolerance and can’t drink the last 3 sampling. Why can’t your partner or friend who’s tasting with you and paying as well can’t finish your drink on your behalf? I’m all in for rules but again, if it’s that strict, maybe it clearly visible and post it so everyone can read. Also, was planning to pick up a bottle of their bourbon on the shelf but couldn’t find a single price on the bottle or on the display. As they keep on saying “Hell yeah, I surely won’t return and won’t recommend this place”!!!

Amazing experience! We came from Indy and wanted to try out their testing. The pricing was very affordable and easy way to get some local moonshine in your system. It was $10 for 11 tastings of moonshine. Pretty popular for a Saturday night, and would hands down recommend!

Definitely worth doing a sampler at the in store bar. I believe it was $5 and they give you mini shots to try all different flavors. They are delicious and the staff makes it extra fun! They have great merch in store aside from the moonshine. Tee shirts, hats, bags.. all kinds of things. Decent prices too.

The tour was filled with awesome information. Terry was our guide and server and he done an outstanding job.when he served our tasters he also included ways to use the moonshine in cooking.learned slot of neat things and had a great time. Highly recommend the tour if you go to gatlinburg

I enjoyed them so much more than other moonshine locations we went. The flavors were so good and enjoyable. We ended up purchasing a few it’s definitely a gem worth the try.

Everyone was really nice. They had lots of cool merchandise and moonshine. Thor did our tasting and he was pretty cool. I only wish his overalls actually fit. It was really nice to see so many people enjoying themselves. So much that they came back. The experience we had here was not as great as the Tennessee shine in pigeon Forge with worm they did make a couple of the same drinks, and have some of the same Murch and the guy working in the Murch area was super cool because our Chapstick got left out of our package at the Tennessee sunshine and pigeon Forge, so they actually gave us our Chapstick and Gatlinburg, why were there it started to hail and hell for a long time which they said normally doesn’t happen 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location. This location is located near the beginning of Gatlinburg if you’re coming in and is right across from Anakeesta the views here, beautiful and the atmosphere was great. We had a lot of fun. Make sure to eat in between and drink. Lots of water. The moonshine is good goes down like water. FYI the tasting cups are only a half ounce not one ounce.

Had an amazing time at this place! Biscuit and Red were the life of this place. Red was very entertaining while giving us different shines to taste. The whole crew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of there products!

Went for a moonshine tasting and was very impressed!! We had the female red as our bar tender and she made the experience unforgettable, she did an amazing job and has a great sense of humor!! We enjoyed many of the flavors and brought some bottles home 🏠

Unexpectedly not what we expected when we walked in. Just planned on trying one or two and wound up getting talked into the VIP experience. Had a blast with Nobel (not sure if that was his name or was just being b’s’d) as he was very engaging, high energy and funny. He took us rookie moonshiners to a whole new level of tasting appreciation ( and a much more entertaining experience than another distillery on the strip).

The best reason to come here? Bam Bam The Bartender! His personality was so funny and upbeat we wanted to stay there all day! He basically puts on a performance during the entire tasting that will make you laugh until you cry! He knows the moonshine business too so he brings knowledge about the process in addition to some local history. I had a dietary restriction too that he accommodated for me which I appreciated! We ended up buying several jars because of him! We came back a second day solely to see him and buy more. Thank you Bam Bam for being our favorite in Gatlinburg!!

We happened to stumble upon this stop while walking in Gatlinburg. One of the best experiences. They charge around $8 for tastings of bourbon and moonshine and it is all worth it. They provide around a total of 13 mini shots, the bartender explains all the flavors, is funny and the entire experience is interactive. They even have travel size pack of 6 mini flavor bottles for around $28, you can carry them in flights too. A must stop when in the area.

Giving a 2 star because the moonshine was still good and I will still come back. The bar tender looked like he had a long night. He was on the rude side to me. Poured about 7 people apple pie moonshine and stopped before me. I asked him a little later to try the apple pie and he said I already had it. I told him he stopped right before me and he said no bro. I said seriously I would like to try it and he said fine. Later he told everyone the moonshine tasting was over. I bought moonshine and bourbon. He said buddy you already had all your samples. I'll give you two of our most popular bourbon to be nice. I paid more than the normal moonshine drinkers and had the same samples as everyone else. The bartender totally screwed me for no reason. If I paid extra for something then I should get what I purchased. I tried all the moonshine all the other people had yet he basically told me I get nothing else when I paid more. The lack of structure was ridiculous. I would recommend if you visit this place you just pay for the moonshine samples and don't Pay for more as you won't get much else.

Don't waste your time and money here. Half decent moonshine and bourbon but the staff here makes this place a hard pass. Our bartender, BJ, lost track of the servings, shorting us, and when the tasting group pointed this out rather than fix it he became rude and condescending. Our group had to leave without getting all the servings we paid for. Definitely don't recommend, especially when there are so many great businesses nearby.

If you do anything here, go see Bubba. That man was hilarious and you'll have a great time. He has a heck of a story to tell too. Not to mention the shine is probably better than the chains you'll go to here as well. I definitely bought from here

I had a tasting to see which flavors I’d like! It was such a fun experience! The bar tenders were very knowledgeable, the store staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely a highlight of my trip to Gatlinburg!

Came here twice. First time I tasted and the show was good. Bought some of the peanut butter flavor. Brought my wife back to do the tasting and in doing so, we brought our kids; family vacation and all. Second tasting, with Chris (young dude that doesn't even look 21) was bad. Could tell from the jump he wanted nothing to do with us because we had our kids there. He was totally disinterested and honestly looked like he had just gotten out of bed. When we were done my wife had spilled a little and in mom mode, quickly wiped her spill up with a baby wipe she had in hand. Just trying to be nice. Chris must not have known I could overhear him when he quietly turned to another worker and said "yea not at my bar" followed by something muffled. If you don't want to deal with families with kids, even well behaved ones like mine, then don't allow them in. Probably not a smart move in a tourist trap town like Gatlinburg but that's up to you all. If you go in (with family) and get Chris, move to a different bar for what I can only hope is a better experience. Shine good, service not.

April 2023 - came here to try some moonshine. Very good selection and the staff was awesome. Thank you for helping us with questions. We bought 3 bottles and got a lunch bag for free. All of it was great. The mint was my favorite.

I recently visited the distillery and had a fantastic shopping experience! I stumbled upon some great deals on t-shirts and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by Israel H. He was friendly, engaging, and went out of his way to ensure that I had a memorable experience. I'm looking forward to returning to try out the tastings and explore more of what this distillery has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to this establishment, and give it a solid 5-star rating!

This review is not for the store itself, but rather one very deceptive employee, “PG” (Paul). I walked in, ready to get my bottles of whiskey and check out. The bartender was doing a tasting and called me over. I said no thank you, and he pressured me to join in. When I realized there was a cost to tasting, I again, told him I would rather not spend the money. He told me any money I spent on the tasting went directly towards my purchase so it was like I wasn’t spending any money. I went ahead, trying to slow down and enjoy the experience. When I finished and took my voucher to the register, I realized he had given me a $5 coupon. The tasting was $7 plus tip. He lied and pressured me in order to get his cut, and I left feeling very taken advantage of (not to mention I wound up spending extra money).

Did a class today with my wife. When she first told me she booked us a class I was thinking I was going to do this just to please her. WOW was I surprised!! I had such a good time making a bowl. The instructor we had Cathrine was great, very informative and she made the class enjoyable. After the class we got to talk with the owner Mike and I liked seeing the passion he has in what he is doing. Not making this up. I really enjoyed doing this and will be back to do it again in the near future.

My friends and I booked a pottery class with Mike and we had the most wonderful time! He was so patient and informative and extremely personable. We had the best time and we all loved the final result of the mugs/bowls we did so much. We definitely will be back, and would recommend this place to anyone!!!! The booking process was so wonderful as well and they went above and beyond to get us in and accommodate our group! They were quick to respond and very helpful!

We had a great time at Fowlers Clay Works. Great hands on activity for adults and kids. The glaze on the pottery turned out great. It took about 6 weeks for us to receive our bowls- less time than they had estimated.

Had such a wonderful time with my boyfriend. This was our first time here and a great experience. Katherine was such an awesome Instructor and was very patient with our class. I would recommend taking the class. We made a pot this time but would love to come back for the other class they offer.

We took the Make a Mug class in early March 2024, while on vacation in Gatlinburg. Our class was supposed to be 6 but 4 couldn’t make it so we had Mike’s undivided attention. It was a fantastic experience! So much fun! Mike is a great, patient teacher. Our mugs came in the mail yesterday and they’re beautiful. Well worth your time.

My husband and I had a great time in our pottery class we took with K (Kay?). She was a fantastic teacher and was very patient and kind. It was our first time ever throwing, and we ended up being able to make some pretty good-looking mugs with her guidance. She didn’t rush us or give too much constructive criticism. She allowed us to experiment with the clay and would push us in the right direction when needed. We were so happy with our experience!

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and we decided to take the make a pot class. It was a wonderful experience. The instructor was awesome and now we will have our own handmade pottery to remember this special time spent here.

The shop is filled with beautiful, one of a kind pottery but if you want a unique experience, book a class! This is one of the most fun activities we have done together in Gatlinburg! Mike is incredibly patient and takes participants step by step through making a mug. We will definitely be back!

We loved our make-a-mug experience at Fowler’s Clay Works! Mike was amazing at guiding us through the different steps of making our pottery pieces. He created a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed learning how pieces are made. We all had a really great time and are excited to receive our glazed mugs in the mail! This is one of our family’s favorite Christmas traditions each year!

By far one of the best things we did was to stop here and take a class. I highly recommend this for a family event. The professionalism of Mike and especially his patience was great for learning how to make pottery. I might not be Patrick Swayze but I could be after this class, joking. But this was well worth the trip and time.

Quick ride but fun as heck! Even our 3 year old had fun. Kids over a certain height can ride by themselves. It was lightly raining but didn't diminish the fun on the coaster. We did 2 rides... would have done more if the crowd hadn't gotten bigger. The staff was super cool and helpful. It was during winter break also... so the wait times can vary

What a fun afternoon! The workers had a great sense of humor, which added to the enjoyable time. It takes about 7 minutes round trip -- riding up the conveyor belt, waiting in line, and going down the slide -- on a slow day. No snow pants needed -- we all stayed dry!

We purchased the Ripleys combo pass plus 7 from the aquarium and needed to use up our extra attractions before leaving and we did it here. I cannot give this place enough stars, especially Lorenzo. Lorenzo is the manager (I think) and he makes this place THE BEST RAIL COASTER EVER!!! Hes too funny with tons of jokes so bring your sense of humor. We rode like 3 times and it never gets old. If you enjoy speed with a view you have got to do this one. If you see Lorenzo tell him Kendra and Shane said hey and then threaten to hogtie him to the track for me. No lie though, y'all give that boy a raise. He has earned it. I'll come back just to see him. Thanks to Lorenzo aka the Caucasian 🤣🤣🤣😉

So much fun, disappointed that the camera wasn't working as I rode with my 6 yr old grandson and was looking forward to the picture. The workers were all very friendly and fun. Would definitely go again!! We purchased the 3 packet for the Ripleys aquarium, then went on the coaster and played Ripleys putt-putt.

Our teen girls enjoyed the coaster and hang-gliding rides in Gatlinburg TN. When we went, the lines weren’t too long and the staff were friendly and fun. We went around noon on a Wednesday. The only downside is the 3 combo ticket doesn’t last long. If there aren’t long lines, they can be done in less than an hour. So, it would be pricey to spend much time there. For two coaster ride and one hang-glide ride for each of our two girls, it was $67. We also used $2 off coupons in the coupon books you can find around Gatlinburg. They do offer a cheaper price for re-rides, but I think a daily pass to ride unlimited would be beneficial.

Mountain of FUN!!!! Took my nieces here and purchased the 3 trip pack. Yes 3 times each!!! Let’s start by saying the staff was EXCELLENT! Funny, happy, and most of all focused on safety. They made sure our trips down the mountain were fun and laughable each time. You really get to moving down the hill. Each of us couldn’t wait to go again. Great memories!

Our family loved it. It is the fastest mountain coaster we have been on. The guys working the carts this day were really nice to everyone. That really makes a difference in the overall experience of buisness. Glad we went to Ripley's Mountain Coaster.

Same price as it is online. The line can move slow but they do have discounts for a second ride if you want to. Longer and at a reasonable speed than other coasters in the area. Super fun and understanding employees throughout the ride even when you’re afraid of height.

This was an absolute blast! The best part of the experience was how friendly the staff was, especially Sam. Employees can make or break an experience, and I think the Ripley’s Mountain Coaster employees in Gatlinburg, Tenn., helped elevate the experience. From beginning to end, they laughed, had fun and provided personalized attention to our family. We paid $24.99 for two rides per person, but there are a variety of price points available. I urge you to try this mountain coaster, and maybe even go for that third ride because it’s that fun! Thank you, and we will definitely be back in the future!

This was a short experience, which is the main reason for the four star review. We were lucky enough to get there when the wait was on the shorter side. I would not wait more than an hour for this.

This is a great place for basically all ages, probably not infants 😂 Our group was adults and had an amazing time. I believe the main reason why we got into this place on a Friday without a wait is due to it being off on a side street. But I would definitely recommend this to anyone probably over the age of 9. They do allow a guardian and a child to share a cart however so definitely just use your own best judgment with children on if you want to take them in this. But if you’re an adult don’t worry about being bored, it’s super fun and they also have deals with other attractions to save your money. Will definitely return

The coaster was a lot of fun. Beautiful views & cooler air. I liked that we could control how fast or slow we went. My 11 yr old isn't a fan of coasters so she took it pretty slow the first time and faster the second time. What I didn't like was the price: 1 adult, 2 kids each for two rides was $75! That's a lot!

It's a great coaster! It's very smooth and good speed. It is a little shorter than some of the others we really like but smoother than any of them. Definitely try it out.

At the end/or start of the strip depending on where you come from but a great landmark choice to enjoy some vino!! We even took some home to Chicago and enjoyed several tasting before leaving on a 4 day trip enjoying sights and sounds of Gatlinburg!! We will be back for more next time around the mountain!!

So let me start off by saying I'm not really a wine person. Stopped by Sugarland Cellars with a couple of friends who wanted to do the tasting. There was no cost to taste 4 wines, and only about $5 to taste them all. My friends were tasting them all, so I figured what the heck, it's only $5. The girl serving our wines was very friendly and knowledgeable. We started off with the dry wines, which weren't really my favorite, and went on with the semis and sweets, which I've got to say were pretty darn good. I really enjoyed the Martha Jane and the Elkmont. The final wine was a warm winter wine. They sell the mix in the store to make this warm wine. Hit the spot on a cold December day.

If you’re a cheapskate just like me, this is right up your alley. Cool vibes and the people are really nice. Jessie was our wine tender and he made the experience fun too. You can try 4 wines for free but we Only spent $6 for a great experience to try them all. I would definitely come back. 10/10 in my book. Can’t wait to come back! Be prepared to stand up lol

If you like sweet wine this is your place! They do have a few dry wines but most are sweeter. Great flavor and great prices. The tasting was well worth the $5 that you pay. The young lady that did our tasting was very nice and knowledgeable. Stop in, you wont regret it!

Brenda was very kind and knowledgeable on the wines! Got to sample a lot of different wines for free! I enjoy that you got to pick which ones to sample. The store itself was neat. The best stop if inappropriate stickers are your thing.

We enjoyed our wine tasting today. Brenda was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the wines. We ended up purchasing 6 bottles along with some cheese and olives. Fun times!

Jesse made this an amazingly informative and delicious tasting during our time in Gatlinburg, Tenn. Sugarland has some amazing choices of wines to sample and I recommend you try them all. Truly well done wines and service.

Very fun experience. On vacation from Alabama, my sister & I went to have our first wine tasting. We were able to taste 14 wines and 2 slushies for $5. Our favorite was the Defenders of the sky, so I had to purchase a bottle. Jesse was absolutely amazing. The staff broke down each one before tasting. They were incredible and very nice. Would definitely recommend this as a Go-To place while visiting Gatlinburg.

This is a good winery for TN, considering the main grapes down here is Muscadine. They had 2 dry wines, 2 semi-sweet, 5 sweet fruit/grape wines, and 1 bubbly very sweet wine. You can do 4 tastes for free and doing all of them is only $5.50. Overall I enjoyed their wines that I tried and the people there are very friendly. If you like sweet wines then you definitely want to come by and try them out. They get most of their fruit from east TN and some grapes/juice from northern vineyards for their dry wines. They have a great little shop with indoor and outdoor seating.

My wife and I stopped in at Sugarland Cellars for a complimentary wine tasting. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed every wine we tried. The store has a lot of great items for purchase. There are a few tables that you can sit and enjoy taking a quick rest. Plus, the restrooms were clean. Sugarland Cellars is part of a five-stop wine trail in the Gatlinburg area. Make sure you get your card stamped at all wineries.

Was pretty but not what I was expecting it to be. Parking a little crowded and the view was okay. But there are better views around. Although it's depend on the person. I just wasn't a fan.

Amazing views. We got there early and enjoyed waiting for sun to rise. No trash bins though. And be careful of those that will come at the last minute and park or stand in front of the view.

Arrived at 4 am and stayed until sun rise. The view wasn’t centered but it was enjoyable to see the view peak from the mountains. Moonfall and sunrise in the same area was breath taking.

The view is beautiful!! Very glad we stopped here Very easy to get to. I stopped while driving from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg. It was busy, but didn't take long to get a spot. If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend taking 5 minutes to stop for the view

Just park in the roadside lot and soak in the magic.

Reviews are a little misleading. It's very small and not very high up. That being said, the view is still beautiful. Watch out for bears! We saw one as we turned around, pretty close to the road.

I went there to clear my head from all the stress of the pandemic & boy oh boy does it leave you with serenity & happiness! I truly felt like I stepped back into prehistoric times along some the trails. I will definitely be returning yearly!

Oh my word! I haven't been to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge but once so when my husband and I went back for a little anniversary get away, we found the Gatlinburg Bypass and was amazed at the sheer beauty of the mountains! I plan on going back when the leaves start changing colors in the fall 😁

A beautiful view of Gatlinburg. I would recommend the Info signs need to be updated as they are getting a little faded. Traffic was a bit busy mid-day so it’s probably best to visit early or later in the day.

Getlinburg is known for it's beautiful mountains and scenic looks. There are many observation spots for viewing and capturing the amazing scenery. This one is a beautiful spot with parking space and lots of picturesque views.

Very beautiful drive, stunning views… had to wait more than an hour for parking at clingman’s dome… to reach clingman’s dome, walk is very steep but worth it…

What a beautiful place. I can stand here forever. Great place for a quick family portrait. If you’re a photographer that loves photographing nature this is most definitely for you! or simply just pull-up and take in everything! I might be overwriting about this, but what can I say? I embrace nature, I love it. ❤️

It was nice just a bit cold next time I'm doing summer no winter. Roads are crazy ppl just crossing you got sometimes just jumping or the ppl will never stop crossing infront you. but manageable. Parking 15-20 dollars to be across the street to skyLift, ALL the sightseeing and spots in Gatlinburg people were nice and accommodating. SKYLift's view was nice. The rid up & down is very safe & comfortable, even with a disability, they made sure of that.

The view was beautiful only giving 4/5 stars because of the people there. Most of the tourists we encountered were very rude and only worried about getting pictures. I understand this is a high traffic area for tourists but definitely worse than I expected. Highly recommend going at a not-so-busy time.

Beautiful spot! If you get there early in the morning, you see the mist off the mountains and it's peaceful. Going later invites crowds, but parking wasn't an issue (about 20 spots).

Not to pricey, my kids loved it. Lots of cars to see on 2 floors. Lots of signs explaining the history of the cars, and all layers out to take nice pictures. For an extra fee you can get a photo of you in each car which is neat. Check it out!

Very interesting and entertaining! Reasonably priced. Nice break from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Fun little place to explore! Staff were very personable. The museum was clean and well maintained! Can get busy fast! Would definitely recommend for Hollywood car lovers and folks like me who just wanted some fun!

Nice place to blow some time and some money. They do have many cool cars and it’s not too pricey. My teenage boys loved it and it’s small enough that you can let them walk ahead and still keep an eye on them. May not be the best place for small children as they ask you not to touch the cars.

Really cool place!! I enjoyed it from start to finish. Many cool things to look at and learn about. Price for admission was fair. Nice and clean. Well put together. Employees were all lovely! Bathrooms were clean and the soap smells good lol. Highly recommend!

Small but lots of fun for the car fanatic/ movie buff. 40+ cars to view. 2 floors. Also have photo ops in any car! Great experience if your favorite car is on display. Heavy in Fast and Furious, but can't blame them, so many notorious cars.

We had lots of fun here!! It was so cool to see all of the cars that are in the movies and some celebrities cars as well!! The price isn't bad to get in and you can also pay a small fee to get your picture taken in a couple of the cars. We would definitely go back to see this place again!!

I had to stop. Cars and movies are my two most favorite things. I was so impressed with what they had. Not just the vehicles but other memorabilia to go with the vehicle. And vehicles from every time period of movie making to every style of movie. The only vehicle I thought it would be cool if they had was the family trickster from the family vacation movie. You don't see many of those. Lol. They do have a little gift shop and you can take as many pictures as you want. You should definitely check them out.

First time here. Seeing all the cars from the movies was amazing. The cars still have real damage that happened during the making of the movies. There are so many facts about the movies and the actors. There is 2 floors to the museum and both levels are filled with cars. The cars range from old movies like Christine to some of the new Fast and Furious movies.

I visited the Hollywood Star Cars Museum in Gatlinburg, Tennessee in October 2014 and I had a blast! The museum has a great collection of authentic vehicles from famous movies and TV shows, and they are well displayed. I loved seeing the Herbie (1967 Volkswagen Beetle), the original Batmobile from 1966, the General Lee (1969 Dodge Charger) from the Dukes of Hazzard, the 1977 Pontiac Trans Am from the Smokey and the Bandit, the KITT (1982 Pontiac Trans Am) from the Knight Rider, the 1981 DeLorean Time Machine from the Back to the Future, and of course the Ghostbusters Ecto-1 (1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Futura). They are all iconic cars that bring back memories of the classics. The museum is well worth the visit if you are a fan of movies and cars. It’s a fun and exciting experience for the whole family. I highly recommend it!

Very cool museum. Growing up on the fast and furious franchise was cool to see the cars that started it all and many more after that. Lots of other iconic cars as well. Made my day coming up the stairs and seeing the bandits car from Smokey and the bandit.

Great stop for a car or movie fan. My son is 13 and loves Fast & Furious so he was excited to see all of those cars. I enjoyed the celebrity cars too. Took about a half hr to see everything. Pretty inexpensive- about $13 for adults, $8 for kids. Worth the stop!

My son has been a big Fast and Furious fan for years and his dream car is the R34. He has wanted to go here for about a year. We got here and we had no idea for $20 he could sit in the cars. We definitely suggest doing it. He had a smile for hours and memories for ever.

It was really fun and interesting. They had everything in a nice layout, so you saw every car and didn't accidentally miss any. It was definitely worth the money!

This is fun, but it only takes about 30 minutes to go through. There were a lot of cars from the Fast and the Furious movies. My favorites were the Ghostbusters car and the Delorean from “Back to the future “.

This place had a bunch of nice authentic movie cars 🚗. My kids enjoyed it very much and I'm a car guy so this was a win in my opinion. We will come back soon!

This place is way cooler inside than it looks from the street! Upstairs is themed for each car and awesome! The Batmobiles were incredible and I loved Dennis Wilson’s Beach Boy car! Museum is free for locals! Must do in Gatlinburg along with Earthquake!!!

Decided to see what this place was all about and wow…..super cool! They had tons of cars to see but the one that surprised me is the Jeep from Twister. 🌪️ soooooo cool! Recommend this place!

We decided to stop and do this on Sunday when we were there. There was no wait and not a ton of people. Lots of cool movie cars to see and you can pay a few bucks extra each to get a picture inside the cars!

My favorite attraction in Gatlinburg! This is a must see for any car guru or movie fan. The Fast & the Furious Collection is unbelievable. If you grew up watching this movie series, you have to see these cars in person! The exhibits change every 3 months so every time we come to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, we stop by to see the new additions.

Now this was fun! I loved it. Didn't wait in line to long. The ride was very short but it was worth the wait. I would do it again if I could afford it. It cost 72$ for 5 people. I wish I had done Groupon deal but I couldn't. It's very pretty site and like I said worth the wait. So definitely try this if your in the area.

Not the longest coaster but definitely fun. I would say it's the second best coaster I've been on in the area. It fairly fast and pretty fun for everyone. Groupon had a really good deal for a family of 4 to ride 2x each and get 4 photos.

Everyone in our group really enjoyed this, and since it's the only thing to do at this location the line is not terrible. Being able to control your speed individually, makes it fun for scaredy cats and speed demons 😁 The staff were all very friendly and the views were gorgeous. Reasonably priced and even better when buying multiple rides.

This was one of the highlights of our trip, a must try. So much fun and adventurous. It not too long, under 5 mins ride but worth it. There is parking available and the tickets are $17 per person. You can visit again during night time and get good discount. Note: Do not try to stop in between as it can be dangerous.

This was a unique experience.. we had a blast it was a perfect vacation with this attraction making it one of our top activities while in Gatlinburg.. the workers were all so nice and real attentive with the kids they made sure everyone was buckled up and felt comfortable.. is also not an expensive ride and not everyone can say you rode a Smokey mountain coaster .. for sure a must see

Phenomenal Experience! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Moonshine mountain coaster with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely awesome! The mountain side coaster was the highlight of our visit. The ride was a thrilling adventure from start to finish, and going full speed down the twists and turns was an absolute blast. Just remember to take all your items out of your pockets before getting on the ride – a small message from my nephew who unfortunately dropped my phone! What impressed me the most was the dedication and care the staff showed. They ensured our safety and made the entire experience memorable. I can't say enough about their awesomeness and how much we appreciated their efforts. If you're looking for an incredible time, I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by Moonshine Mountain Coaster. It's a must-visit for everyone, regardless of age. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. And when you do visit, be sure to let the staff know that I sent you – they deserve all the recognition for their hard work and incredible service!

This place is our absolute favorite thing about Gatlinburg. The rides for the money are the best value. My son and I rode it MANY times a couple of weeks ago when we were there. This is an absolute MUST when visiting the great Smokey Mountains.

We did the moonshine coaster as part of my bachelorette party and we had so much fun! Minimal wait to do the coaster. Prices were fair. The staff was SO FUN. This was SUCH a great pick for our group.

Our teen girls enjoyed the coaster. We paid $30 each for 3 rides. We went on a Wednesday around noon and there were no long lines. Only downside, the 3 rides we purchased for them were used and done in a short time. So, it would be quite expensive to spend much time there.

I'm frustrated because the pictures were down. It would've been nice to know that in advance so we could've went on a different day perhaps. The ride was fine. It's like any other mountain coaster. The staff were pleasant although the lady needed help redeeming a Groupon.

One of the first things we did when we got to town and it did not disappoint. Our family went a second time after Pete told us that we could see our speed on our photos well the race was on. Pete was so great he even gave a zinger to my youngest son. Thanks for a great time we will be back on our next trip.

Driving through Gatlinburg and decided to give yet another Mountain Coaster a try. Admission price wasn't too bad, on-par/better than some. Really enjoyed this one during the night. Would recommend!

Super fun! Great for most any age. Tandem ride for the young ones or those that mau fear the speed

We had a phenomenal time! The staff was wonderful. Having a son with ASD, I was unsure how he would do, but from the very beginning as we bought our tickets Ms. Brenda had such a welcoming smile and was so kind. Making the transition to the coaster so smooth, we worked our way to the front of the line after a brief wait. He was so nervous, but the young man gave him all the directions on what to do and when he got to the tower. Once we approached the tower we were told to accelerate and my son got nervous and slowly creeped his way to the bottom. (The coaster goes 30MPH and we are lucky if he did 5-10MPH) He got back to the platform and was extremely excited about going again. Blew my mind! This is when we met Pete! Pete did phenomenal explaining everything in detail to my son this go around. He was ready and he nailed it all the way through the 2nd ride, so much so he rode it about 10 more times and requested coming back everyday. As a Mom in general this made me so happy, but as a ASD mom this was GOLD. Brenda, Pete and the rest of the staff thank you a million times over from the bottom of my heart. These memories will last a lifetime all thanks to y’all!

We bought tickets online thank goodness cause the line was long to buy them. The coaster was so fun I wish I bought extra tickets to do it multiple times. You also get to control the speed.

Totally enjoyed ourselves! What a blast. If you are not afraid of a little speed, go on it, you will have fun. We went on it twice, could have kept going.

I tried out multiple coasters in the area on my recent trip and this was one of my favorites! I initially rode it during the day and ended up coming back to ride it again at night which was a really awesome experience. The staff was super friendly and I had a great time.

My husband and I visited back in January this year for our anniversary. We told everybody about this ride and how absolutely beautiful it is at night! Well we are coming back this weekend and this time we brought some friends along and this is a must thing to do! Definitely at night! The lights make it so much more fun and exciting! Looking forward to seeing you all again!

The line was LONG, but it was packed on a weekend. The ride was really fun, it's family friendly. I think the fastest you can go is about 30mph. The staff were friendly and helped us out. Although our photos / video of the ride did not work and it's all through a 3rd party, so there was nothing to be done. Otherwise 5 stars

Great fun for the whole family. We got to enjoy terrifying ride to the top via skyline. This led to a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains and the strip. Walking across the bridge was not as terrifying as the lift but it was scary (for those who do not do well with heights). Worth a visit for sure.

I have been on this ride 3 times and never fails to impress me. The ride is so calm, yet provides one of the best views of the smoky ranges. Definitely worth it! The ticket is valid for the whole day, so I would suggest to go there in the morning so you can go again throughout the day if you wish!

What a bridge! What a View! Definitely top 5 things to do in Gatlinburg! We grabbed our tickets and rode up the skylight. My wife is a bit shy with heights so I encouraged her to look out on the horizon. The upper area has a couple options, we went to the small bridge first. While a bit springy I definitely liked the idea of getting used to it first. After we went across the trail and came back across the 600 foot long bridge. The middle had about 50 feet of glass sections where you could see down 140 feet! Loved it! Afterward we grabbed a couple beers up top, grabbed 2 of the 20 or so rocking chairs and watched the sun go down. Because of the mountain ridge we could only see glowing colors on the peaks, not the sun itself, but it was worth the wait. The ride down is easy, but you definitely see how high up you are!

This place is beautiful a must do when visiting Gatlinburg. The view from any spot on the top is beautiful. The bridge is incredible and so cool in the center to see the bottom. They also take your picture before you go to top. Give you ticket you buy online or at the top. Tickets cost 31.95 adult 24.95 senior children 18.95 under 3 free.

Amazing Views!! Not a long wait, bought our tickets online ahead of arrival. Went in July, so a very hot day, and it was nice to get a cold drink and relax in the shade. As said, the views were so beautiful!! Even though there were alot of people it did not matter. It was wonderful!!

Great views! The chairlift to the top was very smooth, and gives good views of the valley on the way down. I was expecting the Sky Bridge and the glass floor to be longer and higher of the ground (I'm guessing it was about 60ft high), but it was still an interesting experience. We bought the photos that they took of us, but I'd like to see higher resolutions.

The view from the top was amazing! It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The place got few things to do and the bridge was amazing. The shop and the food was okay and we got to sit there have a quick bit to eat and got some drinks. Will defiantly come back for more.

The bridge was pretty cool. Glass floors in the middle were a neat view. The tower was neat and had some educational info in it. The bridges to the tower were definitely more challenging than the sky bridge. Nice easy walk around the sky trail. The surprise was how good the pizza at the Cafe. Not saying the beat pizza ever. But definitely did not disappoint. I'd eat it again. And again. Fun family trip with a good pizza, who could turn that down.

The ride up was very beautiful...lift ride was smooth. The bridge was my biggest fear... but I conquered it. There is plenty of places to enjoy the bridge without going across it. There's nice restrooms and a gift shop with food and drinks. I would caution though...if you have younger children that challenge rules or your direction. The lift bar pulls down, but it doesn't lock. There is also a gap where you sit depending on your size. I teach preschool, and there are kids in my class that I wouldn't even recommend going on this with.

Super nice place. Everyone was kind and the views were great. They also had a super relaxing fire pit, cute photo spots and more ! It was my birthday, so I had a good time.

Beautiful views of Gatlinburg. I was afraid that the bridge would be scary, but aside from some gentle swaying it was fine. The gondola up and down the mountain was almost worth the price on its own.

Nostalgic to visit for us as we used to come as children. Would recommend going on a weekday. It’s a great value as long as the crowds are low. If it’s busy, expect long lines as I’m Not sure if they cut off selling tickets. The line for the coaster was 1.5 h when we were there. The weather came in and cut our visit short. (No rain was predicted when we planned our visit, it just came quickly) So I recommend going on weekday or a Sunday and watch weather closely. I do appreciate they stopped everything outside for safety of the guests. They’ve definitely tried to improve and update everything here. It was still memorable for our kids. Plan plenty of time to visit to ride the tram up and down the mountain. Food selection and prices are what you’d expect at any theme park.

For my first experience it was very nice, but its more ideal for people who want to ski or snowboard. The playground for kids is only open on weekends which was a bummer. But all in all there is other things to do like ice skating snow tubing and much more. Of course the best part the views, I have never seen such a beautiful view.

The tram up and down was nice. It was good to park on the bottom for $15 as opposed to paying $20 on top. The workers were kind and helpful. The price to go on the Gondala alone would be the best option. The extra $ for the other amenities weren't worth it. The place itself is dated and feels a little dirty. It is not very busy. The best highlight was going on the yellow ski lift to see the beautiful view. We enjoyed going on the mountain coasters but they continually stopped along the way. The food was OK but overpriced for what you got. We liked to see the animals but the place where the animals were had stagnant water. The bears were pacing in their enclosure. I am glad they have a place rather than being euthanized. Our kids enjoyed it for the most part. Went through it in about 3 hrs total.

We visited Ober Mountain on November 17th, 2023. The wait to go up on the tram wasn’t long and the ride up was beautiful. It wasn’t too busy because it wasn’t crowded at all. There wasn’t a lot of snow this visit like it was in 2019 which was the last time we came. My daughters wanted to do the tube sledding but the machine that takes you up was broken so we opted out. They did get to throw a couple of snowballs because one of the operators offered them some snow so they could see how cold it was. Thanks 🙏 We heard some of the people talking saying that there are new owners that didn’t want to spend money on improvements or expansions so I don’t think we will be back until it’s improved, greatly. There is only one restaurant up there too. Maybe add some variety other than the sweet shops. We did enjoy watching people skating on the ice so all wasn’t lost. We also bought our picture👍🏼

Great experience. We did the ice skating, ice bumper boats and wildlife encounter. The wildlife encounter was a little disappointing for the price, wish there were more animals but it was a little cold we did get to see foxes and some super cute otters and the nocturnal exhibit was really cool!!! Also the fudge they sell is amazing! Would definitely come back.

This was a great time. Put your walking shoes on, because you will do lots of it. It's not as cool inside as you might expect with an ice rink there. The wildlife exhibit was neat.

Nice experience. A scenic view ride, lots of fun activities for all age groups. It was a long weekend holiday tme so heavily crowded big long tiring queues every where for every ride, better to book your tickets in advance. Wear comfortable shoes, because you have to walk and stand a lot here.

It was great to visit Ober Mountain Amusement Park. Ober Mountain Aerial Tramway, Mountaintop Amusement park, Mall, Tennessee flyer, Alpine Slide, Scenic Chairlift, Rock Wall, Summer Tubing, Ice Bumper Cars, Jump Pillow, Carousel, Chair Swings, Bears everything was amazing. We all family from elders and kids everyone enjoyed. Wristband experience of good and cost effective.

We had a great time. I’m 61 and my son is 9 and we both enjoyed the day. There are so many things to do and see. Views are beautiful from the top of the mountain!

We decided to try this theme park because of the value and price compared to all the other theme parks that were around... Best decision ever! We visited on Friday 10/06/2023 and it was not crowded! One of our highlights we had was that we were able to ride on the alpine slide with our 2 kids (6 & 3 years old) 3x in a row without any wait time!! Our kids loved it so much that we didn't use the brakes on our last ride! Lol the workers even cheered us on because we were riding so fast! We explored: -Alpine slide (would do this all day if we could) -Ice bumper cars -Ice skating -Carousel -Chair lifts (we saw 3 bears on our chairlift!) -Jumping pillow -Kid's maze -Animal zoo (very small) The mountain coasters were closed due to weather and eventually most of the outdoor activities were closed due to light rain. It was a bummer but we were glad to experience most of the activities without any long wait lines. This is an awesome place to take the family. They have so much for you to do. Since we had small children, it was great that it was fun things for them to do as well. We especially like the family zone where the kids could play in the snow. The only thing lacking was the variety of food, but what offered was good.

You want to enjoy this place do not bring a stroller if you have kids. High season get ready for a “Disney” ride line, 2 hours wait, to step in the tram. Under staff, long lines to buy food once you’re in the mountain. If you can surpass all that you’re going to enjoy it then.

Definitely a must go in my book! I'm really into trying new ciders and this place has very solid products, both in classic and experimental flavors like blue raspberry. Once we run out of the ciders (and wines from Tennessee Homemade Wines) that we bought we will probably join their club. Great experience, great taste, great service, and a great deal at $5 to try 11 flavors.

The staff was amazing and friendly, they did wonderful at their job, and the wine is great too! Not too sweet and not too starch. Perfect!! And if you buy three wines, you get these two free glasses with their logos!!! Love it!!.

Stopped in for a little tasting. 10 samples for $5, and then a slushy to finish it off. Must say that everything was pretty tasty if your looking for something to just relax. Best part is my mother who does not drink, sampled the Peach Tea Slushy and I think she got hooked. Corby was excellent helped.

I stopped in and did the VIP tasting for 5 bucks. The ciders were really good. Some more than others of course. Teresa was friendly and helpful. I ended up buying two bottles to bring home. The peach mimosa flavor was a favorite!

My wife and I stopped by here while we were on our vacation Aug 3rd 2023 and we enjoyed ourselves. The tasting was great and a fun experience. Andresa was our host and she made the experience awesome. She was very knowledgeable and professional. We recommend to anyone that may be stopping in the area to check them out. Found this place on accident, and now will go back every time I visit Gatlinburg. Awesome experience! Honestly didn’t know I liked hard cider (usually beer and whiskey for me) until I went here. Left with 3 bottles and will be ordering more!

We had a wonderful time at Tennessee Cider Company in downtown Gatlinburg. Katey made it so much fun! The atmosphere was vibrant and the ciders (cold and warm) were very good. We bought some for gifts and for ourselves. So glad we stopped by. Thanks Katey!

They have lots of flavors. They had a deal buy 3 get a free lemon refillable bottle. They were $20 a piece. The refills are $15 any flavor. We had a tasting cost $5. You get to try all the flavors and a slushy. I choose caramel apple my son got peanut butter. I wasn't a fan if that one.

We went here last spring break and absolutely loved their cider. So much so that we just ordered and got delivered today, more bottles from them to last us till we go back in December to buy more in person. They are friendly and offer great deals. Fairly priced and they got our shipment to us really quickly! It was packaged super well. When you have anything shipped it's always a worry that it might show up broken but that was not the case here. Every bottle was in tip top shape. We even ordered a slush to make one of the ciders into a slushy. Definitely recommend anyone to try them when you're up that way!

Dog friendly inside, $5 to taste 11 ciders plus a slushy or $3 free tastings. Ciders weren’t too sweet, lots of fresh fruit and citrus flavors. Definitely recommend.

My family and I had such a fun experience and time here! All 20 of us! The tasting is $5 to try 10 different ciders which is soooooo affordable. Then afterwards you can buy the ciders by the bottles! The frozen slush ciders were also fantastic! My family ended up leaving with 10 bottles and a few shirts! We all had so much fun and def recommend! The service was fantastic, we wish we remembered her name but she was so nice and patient with all of us and such a great person!

Visited last month, tried the wine tasting and purchased a few different bottles. Today at home cooking gumbo in the cold weather, broke out my Apple Cider, delicious!

Nice cider tasting! We were able to enjoy 3 ciders apiece for free. I especially liked their cider donut flavor. The place is well decorated, clean, and offers deals for bulk purchases. Service was friendly and did not feel like there was pressure to buy something.

Went in for a tasting. And ended up buying like 4 bottles. The strawberry slush that was made for that day was amazing! I can't wait to go back! The gentleman that was bartending was super nice unfortunately I cannot remember his name. But definitely recommend this place if you are into ciders every flavor was delicious!

Sean was absolutely amazing! We did a tasting and their ciders are great. I’m not a cider drinker, but this place has me sold. The black and blue and cider donut are so good. Despite the great flavors, I cannot say enough about the incredible service. I will continue to come back thanks to Sean and his authenticity. We’ll be happy to come back! Say hey to him if you’re in for us!

Did a tasting here and the service was awesome. The gentleman knew the product and was fun. The peach was my favorite! To my knowledge there was no food, but all that cider you could handle. Would go back again. Ladies, this is in an outlet mall, drop your husband off and let them daddy sit while you shop!

We come every few months and buy 24 to 48 bottles. We just realized that yes, they do give us a good deal, but all of the bottles they sold us are flat and old. Please make sure in advance that they do not sell you old flat cider. If they know you're from out of town, they can easily get you. This really feels like robbery, and we will never come back. It's sad to know crooks in management take advantage of tourists.

Their tastings were great. Apple pie tastes just like apple pie. We wanted Mead and this is the only one they have. We can't wait to try it!

My wife and I went here for our anniversary, and this restaurant did not disappoint! Parking is a challenge, we admitted defeat early and paid to park nearby. We were seated promptly right at our reservation time. I loved the simple, rustic decor and the atmosphere is not pretentious at all, considering the price and quality of the food. Our server, Matt, was fantastic. He was attentive and offered great suggestions on the menu. We ordered the fried cheddar cheese bites as an appetizer. My wife opted for soup and the salad bar while I had the 16 oz New York strip. Because of it being our anniversary, Matt even made sure we had dessert on the house! This is definitely a place I will dine at again!

Solid steakhouse in Gatlinburg. The cut of meat is had wasn't exactly the highest quality I've ever had, but it was flavorful and cooked decently. Nice salad bar. The appetizer, fried cheddar, was good. The onion rings were on point. The service was excellent. The restaurant itself had an antiquated decor though that's par for the course in Gatlinburg. From a value standpoint, it's priced towards the higher end of a mid-level steakhouse, but the food is firmly mid-tier.

It wasn’t a disaster which in TN is close to a miracle. The salad bar was great; lots of choices. The baked brie was really good and seasoned with pear and honey; almost done food! The steak was edible, which again in TN seems to be an achievement; I didn’t like the marinade on my steak though. The green beans were undercooked and under seasoned. Tiramisu was actually really good, I wish they had European style coffee, especially espresso. Altogether, it was OK but I wouldn’t necessarily come back again. The place is aged and could some a good deep cleaning, it smells a little. Also, as usual in TN, for the quality its way overpriced.

We totally did not expect to have such a bland, dull and boring steak, total let down. I ordered Prime Rib - rare. What came out was a well done piece of leather. It was served cold and reminded me of Roast Beef. Served with a stuffed potato, which was actually half a potato and more like a hockey puck. Not very good and a total bummer. I posted a picture for reference. Also, if you do not have kids and want a nice date night or any type of couples setting, the dinning room by the salad bar is packed full. It is loud, like ultra super load. However, sitting facing the river is pretty. Just sitting back to back with the next table is annoying. The salad bar all you can eat was great, but pricey. The bar was kept very clean and the contents refreshed constantly. Service was decent, no complaints.

Peddlers is a must experience if you are in town. The steaks are phenomenal and the salad bar is insane. Many options on the salad bar to satisfy the pickiest of eaters. The steaks are cooked perfectly and are some of the best cuts you will ever get. The staff from the front of the house to the kitchen are amazing. Can't say enough about Peddlers and the quality of food they offer. We only ever have one issue and that is the parking. This is a common issue in the area as a whole, but the parking at Peddlers can get a little crazy with the amount of people trying to check it out. Not too much of a hassle if you just take your time and wait on a spot or find some street parking and walk a little bit but definitely worth it. Be sure to look at the online menu before visiting so you don't get sticker shock when you walk in. But you definitely get what you pay for and it's definitely a neat experience.

I ordered the 16 oz. Ribeye with a side of steak fries. Every entree comes with the salad bar, and it has tons of options for salad toppings and ingredients. There are also several different dressings. The steak was juicy and somewhat spongy in its consistency. The flavor was delicious, even without A1 sauce. The fries, well, you can't really go wrong with fries. One thing to note is that this place was super busy, even 15 minutes after opening. If you want the full dining experience, it's probably best if you reserve a table online. I sat at the bar in the lounge area, which was first come first serve. Even at the bar, we were still served food and given excellent dining service. The bartender Eric was attentive and friendly. The meal and experience overall was fantastic, and I highly recommend other tourists and visitors to check this place out!

My husband and I went for dinner on a Saturday evening. We scored a last minute 9:30 reservation with a river table. The view was gorgeous. The food was excellent! Salad bar is fresh and constantly being restocked. I got the filet and my husband got the prime rib. Both were absolutely delicious! We had the fried green beans and hot blackberry cobbler as well. Service was impeccable. It’s near impossible to go out and get great service, excellent food, and a nice view, but The Peddler won’t disappoint. Thank you for being part of what made our trip memorable. We will be back on our next vacation!

Atmosphere was delightful - quaint and rustic. We were seated by a beautiful picture window overlooking the river. The food was incredible, from tender, juicy, flavorful steak to the perfectly hot blackberry cobbler (just right for two to share). The best part was the wait staff... They were classy and professional and their timing was impeccable. No drawn out waits for the main course or bill, and they didn't hover and try to make too much conversation either. Can't go wrong here!

Kent was our server and the service was AMAZING! The food was...omg....off the charts! I will come here as often as I can make time! I mean, the trout was perfectly cooked, amazing, steaks perfectly cooked and the salad bar...off the charts! Creme Brulee was outstanding! The chocolate cake, we got it to go and the presentation was perfect! They didn't slow down on emptying the table, service, drinks! Honestly, this place deserves 10 stars for the quality of food an service and cleanliness too!!

Fantastic. Simply fantastic. Definitely recommend getting a reservation for a River table for the view. We were seated quickly. Our waiter, Kent, came right over and took our drink order. And then quickly for our food order. The food was amazing. Oysters were fresh. Trout was cooked great. The ribeye was cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend the chocolate cake, but be warned it's huge and extremely rich. Kent was a gem throughout. Very attentive and his recommendations were on point. Again, just a fantastic experience and a wonderful meal.

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at The Peddler Steakhouse, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience! For starters, they have a big beautiful salad bar, which we really enjoyed! We both ordered filet mignon steaks, and they were perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth tender! We had chocolate cake for dessert and it was amazing! Staff was excellent as well!

Had the absolute best dinner with the wife in a LONG time here!!! Came on a Wednesday and it was surprisingly packed, but we had reservations so we walked right in 🤗 we were able to sit next to the window where we could see the creek, and what do you know?? A bear just strolls on by like he owned the place 🐻 we started off with oysters, which went down smooth 😋 my wife got the prime rib and shrimp 🍤 combo and I got the ribeye 🥩 and grilled trout combo everything was awesomely delicious

Our waitress Dandie was incredible. She was so sweet, very attentive, and incredibly kind. The food was fantastic, the views were very nice! The steak was delicious , and I absolutely loved the rainbow trout. I was so stuffed from the salad bar and the entree that I took a key lime pie slice to go, and it was great as well. Would definitely recommend this place. We will be back. Make sure to get here early because parking is rough, but it's worth the struggle.

Our visit was amazing. We made an online reservation for a table next to the river, and the view during dinner was quite nice. Jocelyn took our drink orders, and Wyatt later came by with steaks that hadn't even been cut yet. All our food came right on time, without any long gaps between the salad bar, appetizer, and entree. Steaks were amazing and cooked exactly as ordered. Definitely come give them business when you're in Gatlinburg.

We booked a reservation online at 7:30 and were seated by 7:55…I guess there was a mistake so they hooked us up with a river view so that was nice. The service was great. The salad bar is your typical salad bar there wasn’t anything crazy about it. I got the steak anchovies chicken combo. I read a few reviews saying the quality of the food has gone down hill the past few years. I think the food was okay. The New York strip was certainly nothing to write home about and my wife’s steak was good enough. They certainly weren’t thick juicy steaks. The fries were great and the old fashioned was pretty good.

For being a walk-in the hour wait was not terrible. The manager was very polite and offered us the lounge to utilize as we wait. An hour went by and we were seated. Had our peddler come by and cut my strip steak straight from the rack of meat on the cart, weird concept for me but interesting nonetheless. The salad bar was refreshing as I waited for my steak. Finally got my steak and potato and I was happy with the grill. Steak came out perfectly rare but unfortunately not seasoned. That's my only complaint. It's a pricey outing geared more towards a date night or special occasion instead of an impromptu "let's go eat dinner" affair.

Husband and I had dinner here on our wedding day 11~17~23. The food was phenomenal, the service was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. So romantic too! We got a seat by the river and even saw a black bear walk by! How cool! Such a perfect place to have dinner on such a perfect day. The staff congratulated us on our marriage during dinner and even after dinner as we were walking out the door. Made us feel so special, like we were the only customers there. We absolutely loved this place, and could not recommend it enough. Absolute 10/10! We hope to return on a future anniversary! ❤️

I absolutely loved this restaurant, I brought my best guy friend for his birthday. I reserved a river seat and the view was amazing. The staff was friendly. Our server was Debra and she was very attentive. The food was outstanding and the salad bar was huge. I really enjoyed how the steak peddler comes to your table and lets you choose the kind of steak you want from his butchers table and then cuts it for you right in front of you!

The best steakhouse in Gatlinburg and surrounding area. If you love steak or need a romantic dinner then this is the place. From tender perfectly cooked steaks to a world class salad bar it is a must. If celebrating a special occasion make sure to let them know. Oftentimes candle lit dinner options are available too. If coming in a party of 4 or less highly recommend trying to request a window seat overlooking the river.

Excellent breakfast! We ended up eating around lunchtime there. We had a mix of breakfast and lunch items and they were all excellent! This breakfast skillet was great and the pancakes were nice and fluffy and had good flavor. The atmosphere is really cool and when we first arrived on the strip, the line was way down the road. Would definitely visit again to try other items! The food came out extremely fast, and the waitress was very kind. Five stars all around including the clean bathrooms 👍🏼

This is a Gatlinburg staple, a must visit if in town. The staff are super friendly and the food is amazing, very nice deco on the inside. I’m not sure when they opened their doors, but I can remember coming in the 1980s and it still has the same country charm. Plan early to come because they close around 3pm, and early morning you will find a line wrapped around the building. Breakfast is their specialty, however, they do have a lunch menu. They have plenty of seating in the restaurant with a beautiful vaulted ceiling near the front area. I would recommend the crepes, it’s a very thin pancake that comes with your choice of toppings…very yummy. Don’t miss this place if your in town

Our first time here! We got there a few minutes before opening and beat the long line. Staff is very friendly. Clean and calm atmosphere. We sat at a table right. Near the cooks! We enjoyed watching them. I got the wild berry crepes and they were delicious! You have to try. My husband got the marvelous blintz crepes and they were just as good. They have a nice kids menu. The bears in snow are adorable! The m&ms pancakes camp with a delicious peanut butter syrup. The homemde butter and whipped cream were exquisite. Don’t let the long line discourage you. They move fast! Definitely worth a visit!

If you love pancakes then this is your place. I had the blueberry pancakes with 2 scrambled eggs with cheese. Flavor and fluffiness of the pancakes were some of the best I ever had. If you like a morning beverage, they also serve alcohol. Coffee and water for me. Family friendly and the wait wasn’t too bad. TIP: Don’t forget to walk the line. You’ll thank me later.

Love the pancakes here. But I do LOVE anything breakfast... Food is good and fun options to try. Attentive courteous staff even though it's always BUSY. I would subtract a star for the wait, but it wasn't that bad (less then 30 mins); and we knew that going in, as this was our second time. It is kind of a tourist thing but it's worth it at least once. Be mentally prepared to wait but relax and enjoy. Try the fresh squeezed orange juice!!

From the smooth peaches to the bold coffee everything is amazing. Eggs are fluffy to perfection with a very light colour. Pancakes are light, fluffy, and do not crumble. Teas is perfectly sweetened. Nothing is over done. The 10 minute wait for a table was well worth it. A 10 out of 10 would recommend. In two words "Simply amazing"!

A wonderful breakfast spot right off the Parkway in Gatlinburg. There are a ton of pancake places down here, but this one might be the best. They have dozens of types of pancakes, as well as crepes, waffles, french toast, etc. All the standard breakfast fare, and it's all delicious. Service is great, too.

This is a great place to get breakfast!!! It is always good!!! Service is great!!! Our servers have always been super attentive!!! Food is really good!!! Pancakes are just about the best that I have ever had, and really the closest to homemade that you can get!!! I would definitely check them out when you are in the area! One word of caution. It is packed out during peak times and on weekends. But, they still keep things moving!

The place to go for the best breakfast in Gatlinburg! We go at least once a trip sometimes 2 or 3 times if we can. The French toast is the absolute best but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The lunch options are also a hidden gem worth checking out.

Pancake Pantry is a high volume pancake house. You should expect the a wait, but the wait is worth it. I ordered a basic 2 eggs and ham with the pancakes. You can upgrade the pancakes which I did and added the banana’s and pineapple compote. I loved our waitress as she was attentive and quick with our food. My eggs were up to temperature but tasted great. The pancakes were fantastic. My son got the sweet potato pancakes and cinnamon syrup. I got a taste and they were hot and delicious. Enjoy this great breakfast place.

Came at the right time! Brunch at 12pm. We have never tried lunch food here. The Black Jack Burger was great! We also had salad and the Usual breakfast for the kids. It was great as always!

Fantastic food! We stopped later and got sandwiches. They were AMAZING. Even the house made chips were amazing. The place is beautiful and very fairly priced! Definitely the bang for your buck. Loved it.

Those pancakes were so good my family loved it. Long line to get in if you are there for breakfast on a summer morning but worth the wait. Clean place and good customer service. Price value is not much so i guess all the 5 stars are because of a tourist spot!

A lot of people recommend this place, so I had high expectations, but my experience was just okay. I would recommend that because it is convenient to get a quick breakfast. I have tasted better pancakes than that before, but the service was great. Our server was excellent, and she was very patient. Our food didn't take long after placing our order, so that's a plus.

One of the best crepes I’ve ever tasted.. the Wildberry Crepes was truly WILD it was sooo good and well balanced!!! Definitely MUST TRY. Their fruit topping was not too sweet or sour, just the perfect balanced taste. Amazing. I also like their barley soup, it feels healthy and nutritious, with lots of fresh ingredients.. no wonder they get super busy. Unfortunately it was a bit hard to request/talk to the server because how crowded it was when I visited. Still a good restaurant and very recommended

Excellent food and service!! Our breakfast go to whenever we're in town! I recommend the sweet potato pancakes if you're a fan of sweet potatoes. The Parisienne crepes are amazing as well! Actually anything you get you will not be disappointed!!

Pancakes were fluffy and lots of butter on them making them oh so delicious. Definitely worth the hype. Hot chocolate often lacks not being chocolaty enough but here it was creamy and had lots of chocolate. This is definitely a place we would come again.

We've wanted to try this place for years and just recently made the trip. Man was it worth it! The atmosphere is so classic and inviting. The staff was super friendly too! The pancakes tho.... Man those pancakes were amazing! I got the sugar and spice and it tasted like Christmas in my mouth lol! All the talk and buzz about this place was warranted so check it out!

Very lively restaurant, come early and you will not have to wait that long. There is always a line in the morning. They were the first pancake house in Tennessee. Food and service is always great, have been here many times on family trips to the Smokies. Lunch is also great and worth stopping in for, I recommend their regular coffee, pancakes, and sandwiches.

We had the sweetest waitress. She brought us water right away and came back several times to check on us while we were eating. The restaurant was very clean. The food was very fresh, delicious, all of the people. They were friendly. It's in a good location. It is very busy though, so if you go I would definitely go early early in the morning. They're only open from 7:00 a.m. To 3:00 p.m.

The food is really good, especially breakfast! They have a plethora of pancake and crepe dishes. They serve breakfast all day too! The atmosphere and decor is 1970’s vintage old world German. Fun place to eat!

The Wild Plum Tea Room was indeed a hidden gem during our trip to Gatlinburg. We made sure to make reservations ahead of time. We decided to try the iced tea versus the hot tea. The iced tea is uniquely delicious! Highly recommend. We ordered the salmon appetizer, the chicken salad entree (with a delicious cinnamon scone) and brownie sundae. My only regret is that we didn’t try the Lobster Pie which sounded amazing. The servers were very friendly and helpful! They are definitely one of the reasons to return. If you’re looking for a unique dining experience, I would give this place a try!

What a wonderful experience! Down to the natural trickling stream of water right next to the outdoor seating, they have it down perfect at the Wild Plum Tea Room. I think the menus often rotate but we ordered the Smoked Salmon Roll on Greens to start with, the Wild Plum Medley with tomato bisque, chicken salad, and a refreshing dill pea salad, and iced tea. Everything was fantastic and definitely worth making a reservation and taking the time to enjoy. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the space itself was tranquil and inviting, and the food was great. Not to mention we were able to have our dog Morty with us on the patio and they brought him a bowl of water! No complaints at all and can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Gatlinburg, TN.

This was a very new, unique, and lovely experience. The food was amazing, I would have never excepted to receive such fine dinning dishes from a small venue. Everything was delicious. The tea was another wow factor, having tried both the hot and cold tea it was a refreshing citrus blend that you could forget about the troubles going on around and just relax.

I did not end up going to this place because of one major factor: their reservation service. I'm sure they have a lovely buisness but in order to go, you must either email, text, or leave a voice-mail to them. You can't do anything else. Apparently, their voice-mail is too full at the moment, so we could not do that, and they never replied to our text or email. Again, I'm sure the business itself is wonderful, but I wasn't able to rate it because I couldn't get into it in the first place!

Please know the Wild Plum tea room is now run solely by one person, so dining is by reservation only and they are only open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. They are truly the best restaurant in town and they are the reason we come to Gatlinburg! We so appreciate the quality and care that goes into taking care of their customers and are glad they are able to remain open although limited. Please be sure to make your advanced reservation and enjoy this hidden gem in the mountains!

A great lunch today at the Wild Plum Tea Room! Be sure to make reservations well in advance of your visit by texting the number on their website! Kacy, who owns and operates the restaurant, makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere is inviting and serene. The Wild Plum Tea Room is a place for leisurely dining and enjoying all the delicious food and drinks on offer. We enjoyed the tea (both iced and hot), the muffins and jelly, the lobster pie, and the apple cake. What a great experience! Can’t wait to return!

A must see destination. Everything was incredible, from the food, to the scenery, to the gracious service. It may have been the best meal of my life. If you’re considering a visit, do it. You will not regret it. Be sure to make a reservation!

A lovely little tea house nestled in the woods with a stream running by. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was friendly and helpful. There were several things I could eat despite my dairy allergy and they were extremely accommodating. Everyone else in the party said that the cheeses and desserts were exceptional. GLT find.

This experience was really cool, super cute and special for couples, we loved everything about this place, the waitress was very good and hard working, and the chef prepared some unique delicious food! Our favorites were the salmon burger, hot brie cheese platter, and the apple cake was one of the most amazing desserts we have ever tasted. The only thing we had that was so so was the beet salad. The staple plum tea here is addictive, but just remember that is the only tea they have (no tea varieties which confused us a bit). Overall it was wonderful and we would go back if we were ever in the area again.

We always make a point to try to come to Wild Plum Tea Room whenever we are in town. Menu items have changed over the years but it's always delicious. It's a small operation with very limited seating, so reservations are required. The menu doesn't list every single ingredient, so make sure you tell them about any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Wow! This out-of-the-way restaurant, nestled in the Tennessee Smoky Mountains, was an unexpected delight. It is not your ordinary tea room, if there is such a thing, it is fashioned after an Austrian tea room. And the tea they served was simply awesome! Although not a vegan, I have been known to eat vegan food and I tried the impossible burger (they offer other real meat dishes, but I was curious). It was absolutely the best burger I ever tasted with or without real meat! My wife had corn chowder, and it, to, was delicious. Service, check. Decor, check. Charm, check. This place is a winner! Oh, it ain’t cheap, so be warned.

Wild Plum Tea Room is a lovely afternoon experience. I highly reccomend their house tea iced or hot it tastes delicious. Lottie our waitress was sweet, caring, and an outstanding hostess, we never went without a full drink and left the tea room full, satisfied, and happy.

Honest (sober) review… this place had the best wings in town. If you are looking for wings this is the place. Get the blue cheese instead of the ranch for sauce. The pizza didn’t look good but we didn’t try it. The burger on a scale of 10 was about a 6 or 7. The prices were great. I don’t think you could regret it.

Great place to grab a bite after walking the strip! It is tucked away in a little shopping area. They have live music, a beautiful bar upstairs, friendly hosts and great food. Highly recommend the onion rings and cheese bread! The burger was cooked as ordered and drinks stayed full without prompting. Restrooms are very clean. Also recommend parking elsewhere, the area is tight and very busy.

Looking for great wings or pizza while visiting Gatlinburg? I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Brewery. The pizza is tasty, and wings are on point with several different sauces to choose from. The potato skins are unique with the addition of chicken- good but not as good as the wings and pizza. We visit Gatlinburg a few times a year and make a point to stop by for lunch or dinner at least once. Friendly customer service.

We came here to watch the Falcons game after reading some reviews online we decided to give it a try they have the NFL Sunday Ticket and they also have their locally brewed beers..take a flight or 2! We had the garlic cheesy bread the quesadillas the Philly steak sandwich and the spinach and artichoke dip they were all fantastic.. Paul was our server who was covering multiple areas and he did an absolutely wonderful job and was very attentive.. Chelsea was nice and also checked in on us as well! A very good place to go catch a game grab a brew or just pick up something to eat.

I will always come to the brewery when I am in town. I enjoy the atmosphere, the staff, and the food. I really like the atmosphere! Definitely recommend this place.The wings and pizza are solid and they have a very very good fish-n-chips. They have a good variety of your not a beer drinker! They have parking available near by and if you shop within the complex your parking is free with receipt otherwise it’s $10.

Overall I was impressed. The food was tasty. The servers were very nice. However the temperature inside was very cold. It was also quite loud inside. I got the Brewhouse Burger with fries witch was pretty good. The burger patty’s were a bit small but the sauce was delicious.

Waitress was awesome. The strawberry lemonade was crazy delicious. Now for the food. The steak was cooked so well and it was so tender you could practically cut it with a fork. The pizza well...look at the picture. The t-rex was everything you think of when you think of greasy, meaty, flaky crust goodness. I'm glad they are open late during slow season or else we would have never known about this second floor hangout.

Our service was pleasant. The food was mediocre. I expected better from the pizza, and my child that eats anything hardly touched his burger. Decent drink selection though!

Bianca (our waiter) was really nice, the food was great, the drinks were great. And just the whole place was enjoyable. Pizza is top tier, the fries weren't hot, but that isn't a complaint, the fries were perfect. Would come here again. More people should come here! What surprised me the most was how fast the food came. I was expecting it to take longer because of how great it tasted.

Waiter was overwhelmed by a large party, took our initial order and (kitchen staff brought out food) then brought the check…. Was wanting to sample a few more of their taps, but no one even stopped by to check on us. Food was Meh…. Look elsewhere.

I loved the porter! Actually went two days in a row! Ordered food the second time. Good was fantastic, too! The bar tender remembered us from the day before. Great place to visit. The Oriental chicken salad was great. The white pizza with chicken and spinach was great. I do recommend visiting! If you enjoy sports on tv.. there are many!

An excellent brewery serving great cold beer and delicious food. Even for a Saturday night, the wait time for a table was only 15-20 minutes but then we were able to self seat at the high table. Our server was amazing and did an awesome job getting us our drinks, food, and regularly check in on us. Their calzones were excellent!!

A fun time right off the main strip of Gatlinburg. This brewery offers a great selection of homemade beers at an affordable price. The peanut butter beer and the IPAs were my personal favorite. They also had some simple but delicious pizza. Highly recommended you do a flight of beer to try all they have to offer.

Got a seat pretty quick with 6 people on a Saturday night (during off season). FYI, the main dining room is upstairs. Sampled all the beers. Good variety but none stood out as great. A few were not very good (Mountain light was very light. The brown was not a true brown.) The food was like zoo cafeteria food. Craft American cheese and ground chicken patty on the chicken sandwich. The steak and chicken philly were pretty good (loaded up well). The calzone was probably the best of all the food we had but you have to be very clear on the size and if you want the calzone or pizza as the menu is combined for pizza and calzone options. The fries were very plain and forgettable.

Greta place to come with friends. They had the games on and everyone was having a good time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would say they the night we were there they had a live band and it was rather loud and difficult to carry on a conversation. Looking for a good time this is your place.

I thought it was a super cute place. We had a seat just on the water and was able to watch the geese. The restaurant is decorated so cute, the service was amazing and the food was very good. We ordered the stuff avocados off the appetizers and even though they were small, they were out of this world. We ordered a grande platter and shared. It was plenty of food for the two of us.

We spent our son's birthday dinner. Had to wait for almost 45 minutes on a Saturday evening during spring break. Though they said 2 hours, it was quicker. The food was awesome and one of the best Mexican food we had. The servers were quick, very polite. Made our day. Will definitely come back if in town!!!

Surprisingly good Mexican food, which I had not expected. Most places in in Gatlinburg are very much the "tourist trap" type of place, and while this kind of looks like it--the food was surprisingly good. From the chips and salsa which were of very good quality to the enchiladas, quesadillas, and tacos, everything was good and tasted fresh. Despite it being lunch time on during the week of July 4th, we were seated right away and the service was prompt and attentive. Worth checking out.

We absolutely love this place. Been coming here once a year for the past 10 years and we have never been disappointed. The food is, and has always been awesome. We have always chose the outside seating area as this just makes the atmosphere alot more enjoyable.

Great little restaurant. Service was a bit slow due to staffing, but server was super nice and took care of our party. I got the Jalisco Trio enchiladas, they were really good. The cheese dip was probably the best I've had at a restaurant. Wasn't outrageously priced, would definitely return.

This place was great. We had a party of 11 and we got in immediately. The service was super fast and accurate. The prices were fair and the flavor was on point. Andreea took care of the whole table we were never without a drink or waiting for her at all. I was very happy with our experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

These were some of the best margaritas around. The food was good and the setting was nice on the river and the main strip. Service was also good. The reason for a 4 star review is because of the pigeons and the birds that kept bothering everybody on the patio. Something should be done because they were leaving their mark (droppings) everywhere and I also got buzzed by one!

The ambiance of this place is lively and colorful. The food was very good but the service could be bit better. The guacamole had less ingredients but rest of the food was good.

It’s been several years (like over 15yrs) since we’ve eaten here so we were looking forward to coming again! We eat a LOT of Mexican but this has to have been the absolute freshest and tastiest we’ve ever had! It came out within minutes of ordering which was kinda surprising. Everything from the atmosphere to the service was just perfect! We had the steak, shrimp, and chicken fajitas all of which were grilled to perfection. The prices were great too. We will definitely come back again next time we visit Gatlinburg!

We had a fantastic experience at No Way Jose's! While on a family vacation we stopped in for lunch on a weekday. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding! Our food came out quickly and piping hot! Highly recommend!

We absolutely love the margaritas and cocktails at No Way Jose’s Mexican Cantina. Sitting outside in the bar area is our favorite as we love watching the ducks in the river. The inside is also nice and the service is equally good inside or out. We find that the food is okay but I would not rate it as great. It’s just a little under seasoned for me, but others may prefer that?

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My boyfriend and I wanted one REALLY nice and special dinner. We spent weeks reading reviews and trying to pick a place. I am beyond happy we chose Cherokee Grill. We did reservations before which I recommend. Once we arrived, we were seated right away. The place was clean and had a good aroma, decorations, and the dim lighting was perfect. Our waitress was AMAZING!! Our food was DELICIOUS, our food was hot and fresh, cooked just how we ordered it! The wait for food and drinks were on point. At one point a lady was walking around with flowers for sale which was so cute to get on our little date. Such a good night we saved up for.

Very good. Not the best steak I've eaten - Prosperity Steak. Others in my group were happy with their meals. Robin was our waitress and if the food hadn't been good she would have made the visit worth it. Parking is a trick but get a code at the restaurant to have free parking. Great location and atmosphere.

A solid choice for a casual meal out. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food quality is decent. The service is appropriately attentive. Initially, the $20 parking fee may feel excessive, but the restaurant softens the blow by providing a validation code at checkout for 3 hours of free parking. We especially enjoyed the ahi tuna salad with teriyaki sauce. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Can rarely find good steak with decent price now. This place is a 5 star for me!! Had steak with spinach mac&cheese, it was so good!! Also had fried chicken with blue cheese grits. Chicken was very juicy, breading was crunchy. Grits tastes like mac&cheese, so creamy and flavorful! Their service is the best!! We never had to ask for anything. They brought our refills whenever we were close to finish the drink. It was my first time in Gatlinburg, this restaurant made me love this city!

It is on the pricier side BUT the best service I have ever gotten at a restaurant bar none. Our waitress Heather was so helpful, explained ahead of time what the sides were that people asked about a lot, even had the prime rib on a weekday and got the temp I wanted. The food was absolutely delicious and worth the price. Navas potatoes was an excellent side recommendation and the drinks she suggested definitely added to the meal. A big party dropped into the restaurant without a reservation and the staff were so friendly and did their best to be accommodating to them and still seat the folks rolling in at the same time. All around an excellent experience. 10/10

We made reservations and arrived and was seated promptly. Atmosphere was very cool and they did have actual gas (open flame) sconces on the pillars. Server was new and she did great and was very nice. It was great finding a place that was willing and able to do a virgin mojito. Virgin frozen drinks were just ok as they were not blended the best and had a lot of ice. Meals were great and flavorful. The kids like their meal but just know the online menu may differ from restaurant. Online it showed kids ribs but in the restaurant it did not. Definitely a solid 4 and worth checking out.

My husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere relaxing and the food was full of flavor and to tell the truth the best. The southern fried chicken, garden gravy and macaroni n cheese with spinach was so very delicious. It is like grandmas cooking. The dessert was out of this world also 🤤 great service A+++

Great atmosphere, quality food and attentive service. I had reservations and requested a highchair and a sling for a carseat, everything was taken care of without having to remind the staff. Was seated promptly at the time of my reservation. Having two small kids, it is the small things executed really well that mean a lot, not to mention the delicious food!

After a LONG day touring we settled down for dinner at the recommend Cherokee Grill and Steakhouse. Absolutely one of the very best pieces of filet mignon ever. Bar tender made an excellent drink, appetizer was plentiful for two a d flavorful too. Steak done to perfection. Great staff too. Can't say enough.

Our server David was great! He was very sweet and attentive. The place was pretty busy for a Friday with a lot of large parties so I recommend making a reservation. The bread they serve you is very yummy! We ordered the spinach & artichoke dip and the dip was good but the chips tasted a little on the older side. I ordered the steak salad and you could tell the salad was made first and then put in the fridge to wait for the rest of the food so it came out with soggy croutons and some soggy lettuce. The dressing was great and the steak was delicious though. If you plan on ordering a salad I just recommend getting the dressing on the side. My fiancé had the burger and said it was average. Overall great atmosphere and service but if you’re coming here I would go for the steak dishes.

Just had our anniversary dinner and it was fantastic as always. Susan is a true gem and they are lucky to have such a wonderful person! The crab cakes and ribeye are out of this world.....perfection! Susan surprised us with an ice cream Sunday for our anniversary... so thoughtful and much appreciated.

On the recommendation of a friend we tried Cherokee Grill. We were so glad we gave it a try. If you’re looking for a more upscale environment this is the place. My husbands ribeye was awesome. The catfish was also excellent! Will definitely be a must anytime we visit in the future! Great service as well!

There are so many layers to this restaurant and I loved most of them. Starting off with the drinks the drinks were incredible even with having an old drink menu on our table the bar was still able to craft the drinks we ordered, and boy did they craft them. Drinks were spectacular. Then the appetizers came out along with the bread. Pro tip slice the bread and use it as bruschetta for the spinach artichoke dip. Incredible. Then comes the main course. This is where disappointment set in for me. Mashed potatoes were awesome but my mid rare steak was served on a hot skillet it was more medium at best and continued cooking as dinner went on. Service was awesome. Definitely worth it.

Beautiful restaurant and very clean from what I saw. Server was polite and knowledgeable. Food was not too expensive but not very impressive. I tried several dishes and while they were not bad, they were not things I’d come back for. The NY Strip was very bland. The Charbroiled shrimp had a great charbroil flavor, but could have used some seasoning as well. The calamari was really good though! Maybe I’ll try again.

Broiled seafood platter was pure perfection. I am not sure a better one could be found if you searched the world over. I was over the moon with the quality, taste and how it was prepared. The crab cake was amazing. The hubby said his NY strip steak wasn't all that good, possibly just the cut of the meat. Definitely eating here again!

We visited this restaurant twice, the first time food and service were both excellent, the second time the waiter mixed up our order, because of this our friend waited 30 minutes for her steak, and our food was all cold at that time. The manager came, apologized, sent the correct order to the kitchen, but they didn’t only remove this dish from our bill, they also added a dish that we didn’t order... The food, by the way, was delicious, they definitely know how to cook steaks! It’s a pity that the reputation of the entire restaurant suffers because of one waiter...

We love prime rib. My wife and I both ordered mid rare prime rib. When it arrived at the table it was Well done. We told the waiter and he quickly got the manager. She very politely told us that they had over cooked the prime rib and that she was checking with their sister restaurant (next door) to see if they had any mid rare prime rib. They did and it was delivered promptly. Our friends had finished their meal and waited for us to eat. While everything was made right we will probably eat at the sister restaurant next time. The prime rib is $4 cheaper 😁

Very good restaurant in a town just busting full of choices. We were able to get seating for our party of 10, and our server was wonderful and attentive. I had a broiled seafood special that was good-crab cakes are supreme. My husband had a steak with a gigantic Lobster tail. My mother had fried chicken dinner which was really just a fried boneless chicken breast-she was a bit disappointed with that..otherwise everyone enjoyed their meals. Plenty of room inside the restaurant and full bar service available as well.

Food was okay. Kids didn’t care for the kids meals taste. Not a good choice for food allergies. Took a long time for food and drinks to come out. Pricey for the taste and service received.

Absolutely the best breakfast ever. Staff was extremely friendly and tentative. We got the strawberry crepes, orange pineapple Supreme crepes and split the no pancake breakfast. All of it was absolutely delicious. Some of the best biscuits we've ever had. Next time we are definitely going to try the unlimited biscuits and gravy. Everything is homemade and you can definitely tell. Can't wait to come back!

I am so so happy I could make it to this awesome breakfast restaurant. This one was recommended by my colleague who has been coming here since his teen age and I must say you can’t find such breathtaking breakfast tasty pancakes anywhere. Very delicious and yum. I miss them now everyday back home. Highly recommended and I am going to recommend them on my YouTube too. People who visit gatlinburg must visit this restaurant. Forget the hotel breakfast and just dine in here. So many variety of pancakes. Every table was like decorated pancake plates. Just amazing. Qty wise just great. I must say they’re far far better priced than any other restaurant there. I will definitely visit them again and again.

We had a good experience on our first visit. The line was long when we arrived (back to the steps), but it was moving pretty quickly. Our service was very friendly and helpful. The food itself was good but not great. The French Toast was the highlight for us.

Kris was friendly and efficient. We met her after waiting 15 minutes to get into the restaurant and to be seated at her table. She was exceptional!! We each had something different: French toast, pancakes and eggs, pigs in blankets, and scrambled eggs with grits, toast and ham. Rich said the French toast was as good as the best he’s had. Missy enjoyed her pancakes and eggs. Husband wanted more pig (sausage) and less blanket (pancakes). Both were good, but he left no pigs on the plate - only blankets! I enjoyed the grits and eggs, but country ham was too salty for my delicate stomach. Husband and Missy ate it and enjoyed every bite. Toast was toast. It was okay. The prices are moderate, and for the amount of food you get, the prices are excellent! The food is very good. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and efficient. Now I know why locals love this place, and tourists want to eat here, too! Next time, I’m trying the strawberry crepes!

We loved our meal at the Log Cabin pancake house. Ginger was our waitress and she was so kind to us and took great care of us throughout! We tried the vegetarian omelette that was served with pancakes, the blue berry corn pancakes with oatmeal, fresh fruits and hash browns for sides and the meal was delicious and filling! The lemonade (with refills) and grape fruit juice were great. The restaurant is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg downtown and has its own free parking.

I'm not a sweet food person in the morning. However, I decided to try French Toast for breakfast probably my first time ever. It was so good!! Had the apple spice French toast. The toast was cooked just right. The edge of the toast was a little bit crunch which makes a good balance for the bread. I love it! Apple also added a little bit sweet and sour taste to it. It was just perfect! My husband had pancake, it was very good! The bacon is way too salty for us, we didn't fiinish it. The service was good, very efficient. Overall, it's a good experience for me.

* In response to the manager comment, this review is absolutely based on the Gatlinburg location.* The prices are good, but the food is average. We were a party of 12 and they were able to seat us quickly, but it took an hour to receive our food. We were surprised it took that long since others around us were receiving their food. No one updated us on the progress of our meals. For some reason, our server Gracie seemed a bit irritated. When she served the drinks, she stayed on one end of the table and had us pass the drinks all the way down the table. That's not service. She could have walked and served those who ordered the drinks. She would constantly pass food or syrup, etc across the people sitting on the end instead of coming to the side to serve. She said she always feels bad passing items across the customers but clearly not bad enough to stop. The customer should not have to stop what they are doing so that the server can pass something across them. That's a bit rude. Now for the food. The portion sizes was a great value for the price. The blueberry, strawberry, and plain pancakes were big and thick. They were average. They offered turkey sausage. The omelets were on the small side. The chicken looked delicious but was unseasoned. Our server brought us one syrup that we had to constantly pass back and forth down the table. Two would have been nice. She grabbed it off a previous customer's table. It had syrup running all down the side and there was a clump of butter on the bottom. That was not a great presentation. She was annoyed when I asked for it to be cleaned. I mean that was a reasonable request. We most likely would not visit again based on the service we received.

This is a wonderful place to grab breakfast. My wife had the Caribbean pancakes and loved them. My son had the apple crepes, and he said it was one of the best things he has ever eaten in his life. I had a bacon and cheese omelette with hash browns. Very good. The service is very friendly and fast. The restaurant itself has a very open concept and a great history. There was a long line, but it moved quickly. Highly recommend you go there.

Great place for breakfast! The service was excellent, and food tasted great. I ordered the Peach Crepe. It's not like a French crepe; it's more like a thinner pancake. It was filled with their peach compote, topped with more peach compote and whipped cream. My son got the Orange Supreme Crepe. It had a similar fruit compote and wedges of fresh bananas. Also topped with whipped cream. These are large servings: 3 large crepes. I knew it was going to be sweet, so I ordered a side of bacon to balance it out. My other son ordered the Butterscotch chips pancakes. There were Butterscotch chips cooked in the pancakes as well as sprinkled on top. He enjoyed them very much. The atmosphere was cozy-the restaurant was large but split up in sections, so it wasn't so loud. I would definitely go there again to try other offerings.

Knowing this place got crowded early, we went there 7:30 and were able to get a table right before the queue. Staff were all friendly like family. Had a cozy delicious hot breakfast with refillable coffee. Everything felt right, best way to start our day. Attentive service, good food reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.

Log Cabin Pancake House’s food and service are amazing! My wife and I visited Gatlinburg last week, and decided to give this restaurant a try. There is usually a wait to get in, but they have a huge covered front porch where the line forms and everyone is sheltered from the sun or rain. The line moves quite fast, I imagine due to the very large seating are inside. The tables are not very spaced out, but they are far enough that you can still fell some privacy in your conversation. Once you get in you’ll be cordially and professionally greeted and escorted to your table. The menu has a vast variety of food suited for all types of diet. The portions are large, the food tastes amazing, and the presentation is great. This is definitely a place we will come back to, and I absolutely recommend it!

My wife had been wanting to go here for some time now, so for breakfast we HAD to go. When we first arrived the line was decently long but luckily it didn’t take too long to get in. We got in and within seconds our drinks were ordered. Our waitress Robin was amazing and on top of everything. Robin even suggested what I should get and she didn’t let me down! The food was ridiculously fast coming out too. We had such a great experience and there’s so much to choose from I’m sure we will be back before we leave. Highly recommend!

Constructed entirely of over 200 year old logs in 1979, this place is huge and vaulting. Despite the massive number of tables there still is a line after 9 on weekdays, owing to there popularity. They offer a full country breakfast menu with pancakes coming with most everything. If not, it is biscuits and gravy. The food was fantastic and the portions were overwhelming. Bring an appetite and a love of down home cooking. They serve breakfast until they close after lunch. They have take out as well and free parking.

We had the French Toast Royale and "No Pancakes Special" for our protein. Very good, food came quickly, waitress checked on our drinks often. Free parking in their lot! We arrived at 8:30 on a Thursday and got right in, no wait. An hour later when we left there was a line of people outside waiting to get in. Good place to eat!

I recently discovered the Log Cabin Pancake House, and it's truly a hidden gem off the beaten tourist path. One of the first things I appreciated was the abundance of free parking, a rare find in this area. It set a positive tone for the visit right from the start. Inside, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a charming rustic vibe that perfectly complements a pancake house. It felt cozy and inviting, a lovely escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The service at Log Cabin Pancake House was remarkably efficient. Despite the crowd, the staff was prompt, attentive, and always with a smile. They ensured our experience was seamless and enjoyable. As for the food, it was absolutely delightful. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, clearly made from scratch with care. But it wasn’t just the pancakes that impressed me – the entire menu was full of hearty, satisfying options, all prepared to perfection. Log Cabin Pancake House is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking great food, efficient service, and a wonderful atmosphere away from the typical tourist spots. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return for another meal!

The food was good. Country ham was delicious. The syrup was really runny. I prefer mine thicker. Husband had sausage gravy, eggs, sausage & biscuits. He says it was just alright. He also said the bathroom stall was set up weird.

We always eat here every trip, and have fir years. This trip, we have eaten here twice. The food is great, but our waitress, Kris, is phenomenal. You can tell she loves her job and she is such a light. She is so warm, welcoming, and friendly and we will ALWAYS ask for her when we come back. As much as we love the food, we came back for the 2nd time this trip just to have Kris again because we knew we wpuld be well taken care of. She truly goes above and beyond and we didn't have to ask for anything. She just knew what we needed. She even remembered our drink orders from the day before. I truly hope Log Cabin knows what a wonderful and special person she is and how fortunate they are to have her as a waitress. I told the manager, but I wanted to share here for others to read, how great Kris is. when you go, please support her, and all the other excellent staff at Log Cabin.

Food was great, service was terrible. We were sat 45 mins before they closed. Usually we don’t enter a restaurant less than hour before they close but we knew we could and wanted to be in and out. It took 15 mins to be greeted by any server and it wasn’t even our assigned server. She got our drinks and sent our server over couple mins later, we ordered right away and our food was out in the next 5-10 mins. It was great and we got to eating quickly and even asked for the check as food was dropped so we could exit quickly when finished. 1:40, 20 mins before they close, they turn the off the lights on us, turn off fireplace, turn off Christmas lights. Curly Blonde women who sat us, maybe hostess or couldn’t imagine but maybe the manager mean mugged us all the way back to the front after doing so. At that point, not being able to see our remaining food to finish and feeling completely punished for being patrons we ask for boxes. Our server and the one who first helped us were kind, but all the other servers, hostess included were rude as ever and gave horrible looks. There are so many other pancake houses around and this one does have potential. Food was outstanding but highly lacking in “late night focus”by the front of house team. We absolutely would have been done in the next 5-8 mins prior to lights being turned off and my review would have been 5 stars. We would have also understood if they told us at 1:10 when we entered that they couldn’t serve us because they close at 2. I will not be recommending this place nor spending my Gatlinburg dollars here again.

This is one of the BEST places to get breakfast in Gatlinburg. We ate here 3 times while vacationing and each time, the food was cooked to perfection. Shout out to the chefs, great job! Reagan and Penny are excellent servers. I told Reagan to stop calling me sir but she did not. lol She was simply great! PS thank you for my local pottery coffee mug. Love it! Again, one of my favorite spots to eat in Gatlinburg. 👍🏼

Food and service were great. The steak was juicy. The Rainbow Trout was delicious and lightly battered. The potato was cooked perfectly throughout. With salad bars disappearing across America, this was a treat. This salad bar should have its own name it's so expansive. It's very fresh and clean. Pickled okra, baby corn, beets, mushrooms, fresh onions, mushrooms, numerous fruits, delicious iceberg or spring mix lettuce. Currently my favorite restaurant in Tennessee.

Yet another amazing meal from the park grill! If you like trout get the blackened! It has plenty of flavor! Also the spinach artichoke was delicious! Fried pickles were crunchy & flavorful but not greasy! And the black bear brownie bash was amazing!

This was one of my favorite restaurants of our trip. I was thoroughly impressed. We arrived around 5-6pm, and we were seated right away. Our service was quick and friendly. I was surprised by how fast our food was ready. The Park Grill has, perhaps, the best salad bar I've ever had. It has a great selection of veggies and toppings. They also serve hot rolls before your meal. My food was served hot and well-cooked. I have no complaints, and I'd highly recommend eating dinner here. The restaurant is nature themed.

Fantastic trout. The service by Don and Jackie were 1st class. Both were an absolute delight. They treated myself and my children with kindness and dignity. As a mother I'm usually rushed in and out since I have small children but they both smiled at my children and seemed happy to have them. Park Grill whatever you do, don't let Don and Jackie go for any reason. Also, parents the pricing on their kids meals *chef's kiss* perfect. My children loved the salad bar. I will be back!

We came here last minute idea on a Saturday night. We had 8 ppl and we were walking the strip and wanted to find somewhere to eat and we called and they got us in in 30 minutes. Service was better than great, they were on top of it. The salad bar was the best one I’ve had yet everything was so fresh and I made the most delicious salad. All of our food was great, nobody had any complaints. I like the outdoorsy feel going on in there cause that’s kind of the vibe you want when you come to visit. All around 10/10 no question

Kailey took our order and was so helpful and personable with dinner suggestions. For fish she suggested the trout, grilled and lightly blackened. I went with it, and it was delicious - maybe the best trout I’ve ever had. I do recommend the trout. We actually ended up eating at The Park Grill two days in a row while on vacation. The first day we got just the all-you-care-to-eat salad bar, and it was wonderful - so much selection and a terrific presentation. So, the next day we went back, and I ordered the trout as mentioned above and my wife a steak. Food was really good, and our server Mark did a terrific job. I think you will be glad if you give The Park Grill a try.

Had the salad bar and Katie was my server. She is great polite and ver efficient. She is an excellent waitress. I had the pork plate with the sweet potato soufflé and iced tea. The rolls are fabulous make sure you ask for them. I’ll be back.

Mom and I loved our meals. I got a huge burger - the Wiley Oakley, two 10oz beef patties, two slices of American cheese - and it was really good. I could only eat a little bit, and I'm a big boy, so I brought the rest home in a box to eat the next day - still good. The fries that came with it were great. I couldn't stop eating them. Mom's boyfriend unfortunately got a bad meal. He ordered the shrimp and chicken, and got the saddest little pieces of each, and they didn't taste very good according to him. It looked like a fancy meal from a high-end restaurant, where there's a big plate, and just a few little bits of nothing on it. Very sad. We were there right as they were closing, so maybe they ran out of the good stuff by then and tried to make something out of what they had left? I'd say ask them about that if you still want it. Maybe it's great at other times. Other than that, it was really dead, because it's the offseason, so we had to place almost to ourselves, and the atmosphere and service were both great. They got the salad bar, which I did not get, so I can't comment, but it looked good.

The food here wasn't the best we've had, but it also wasn't terrible. The Hickory Grilled Moonshine Chicken was a little dry, but had a good flavor. The kids chicken strips were good and plentiful. The mashed potatoes were delicious. The BBQ Sampler was a bit disappointing to a Texan, but wasn't the worst I've had. The salad bar was great and definitely increases the value of the whole meal. Our waiter was a little odd, touching my wife's back and speaking a little condescendingly to her, reminding her about things like the salad bar. He also left once our food came and came back reeking of cigarette smoke that was so strong it overpowered the smell of anything else for a bit.

Very nice decor and cozy atmosphere. We had the BBQ sampler with ribs, grilled chicken, and pulled pork. All three were excellent. We also had the salad bar and garlic mashed potatoes. Both were good, pretty standard items.

The interior of the building is very nice -- not a huge fan of all the taxidermy on the walls, but aside from that I enjoyed the rustic feel. It was very fitting for being so close to a trailhead for the Appalachian Trail in Tennessee. The food was alright overall. The salad bar had a decent amount of options -- you definitely get your money's worth and it was all very fresh. The salad bar was probably the best part. The fried pickles were also very good. The soup was okay -- didn't taste home made and the quality of the ingredients were mediocre. I tried my sister's garlic potatoes and they were only alright. Not very garlicky, but the texture of them definitely made them seem homemade and made with real potatoes. For the prices of their meals, the quality unfortunately did not impress. Since there's so many restaurants in Gatlinburg I'd try out another one before coming back here.

Service was good. Generous portion and flavorful foods. Fried pickles were a good starter. We got full rack BBQ ribs, slightly heavy for us. Pulled pork sandwich was average.

I thought the salad bar would have more selection. $20 for a cup of soup and salad. It's decent. The cup of soup was small but tasted good. My husband loved his moonshine chicken sandwich. It has a really good flavor. Service was ok our waitress disappeared. Another server came over and gave us the check because he noticed she was missing. My daughter ordered the Mac and cheese bites app. She loved them. They were the size of tater tots.

I'm so glad I decided to check this place out! There was no wait, and the service was fast, friendly, and attentive. I got the Hickory Grilled Moonshine Chicken, with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken was juicy, and it was topped with pineapple slices that perfectly complemented the dryness of the chicken breasts. The meal came with warm, soft, and delicious bread. The meal came with the all-you-can-eat salad bar, and there were so many options for toppings and ingredients! I'm not a big salad expert, and there were choices I'd never even seen before. This place is definitely must-visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting or staying in Gatlinburg!

We celebrated our 28th anniversary at the Park Grill, we have eaten there many times before when traveling through the area. Our server was Don, he was one of the best servers we have ever had, upon hearing it was our anniversary he produced a candle for a more romantic experience! Another memorable dinner at The Park Grill.

The Park Grill was our first time trying! Everything in mine & my wife’s opinion was awesome! From the service we received immediately upon entry to our waiter Mitchell. Presentation on the food especially the salad bar was phenomenal. We decided to get the salad bar buffet and I tried the Steakhouse burger was cooked to perfection. We definitely will be trying this next time we come to TN to visit again.

A beautiful restaurant! We have always had good service! Most of us just get the salad bar, but dont miss the the shrimp bisque! It is delicious! Especially with the rolls! I've gotten the ribs & mashed potatoes (very tasty!), which also comes with the salad bar!

Wonderful experience! I got their BBQ sampler with the chicken, ribs, and pulled pork - it was delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had and was very impressed with the salad bar also. They also had good coffee drinks too! Our waitress, Cindy, was spectacular. She was so nice, wonderful service!!! she definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Went to celebrate my son's birthday. It was a great choice. Lovely server was attentive. Salad bar was fresh with so many good selections. We enjoyed the charming atmosphere as it was our first time dining there. Our meals came out perfect. It was our best meal of the week in the Smokies! Will definitely go back again.

Delicious! The salad bar was amazing! The onion rings were so good, shrimps were large and my husband loved the chicken. The pulled pork was also delicious. I loved the atmosphere, the bathroom even has nature sounds playing.

It was good. But not great. The lasagna was 80% cheese and like 5% meat and sauce and 15% pasta. I was literally eating spoon full bites of just cheese. And for $17! Yes, $17 for a bowl of melted cheese and a tiny bit of pasta....So, yes, it was decent, but way over priced for what you get. The garlic rolls were very good though! My son did enjoy his (very greasy) pizza. The fettuccine my daughter had looked pretty bland. Expected better with the reviews and prices.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon without reservation, got a table for 4 without waiting. Ordered the artichoke bake, it tasted different and great. We ordered a marinara chicken pasta but substituted marinara with pesto. It tasted great, light, simple, perfectly cooked chicken and sauteed veggies. Their signature garlic rolls are okay. Nice place overall.

The best dish was Chef Paul's Seafood Medley. Comes with a variety of seafood such as shrimp, scallops, and clams. This dish was absolutely worth the money, especially if you want a seafood and Italian fix. Let me tell you they did not cheap out on the clams! 5/5 Garlic knots were good. 4/5 Lasagna with meat sauce was OK, store bought lasagna might be better 3/5 The only bad thing I got to say about this place is the managers attitude towards his waitress in public around other customers. Not a very professional manager. The waitress kept her cool and did as she was told. Parking sucks. It seemed like they prioritized bigger parties over smaller, given they had plenty of empty tables. Service was slow, especially the bar.

First time eating here and definitely won't be our last!! Garlic knots were hot and delicious! The pizza was amazing! The crust was thin but just thick enough on the edges and had the perfect amount of crunch! And oh so much cheese! Yummm! And let's not forget all the super friendly employees!

Place was amazing. Do NOT order the calzone for yourself. I'm pretty sure it's meant to feed a family of 6. It was HUGE! And tasted soooo good! Highly recommend! And it kept great! Was a tasty midnight snack!

My wife was specifically looking for calamari. Wasn't the best we've ever had, but it definitely hit the spit. I enjoyed the chicken marsala. We sat outdoors (creek side). For some random Italian, this was perfect.

I stopped in here for dinner. I was seated immediately. My waitress was very friendly and extremely attentive. I ordered Chicken Parmesan. I was given some garlic knots to eat while I waited for my meal. They were very good. Seasoned well and lots of butter. My meal arrived quickly. There was a lot of food on that plate. I am a small eater, so there was more than enough for 2 meals for me. The food was hot and the spices were perfect. The chicken was tender and breaded with the right amount of bread crumbs. The spaghetti noodles were also cooked just right. I ate half of the meal and took the rest for lunch the next day. I will be going back when I return to Gatlinburg.

Absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, delicious, and the portions were HUGE! Having read about the two different Best Italians in Gatlinburg, I knew that this was the one to pick and Google didn't steer us wrong. My only regret is that we visited on the last night of our holiday, so we didn't get a chance to dine there again. If we ever return to Gatlinburg, we will definitely be eating here again.

Best garlic knots ever! They are so good and freshly made everyday. The pizza we ordered was also very delicious. They will customize your pizza anyway you want. Very good prices for food too!

We had early dinner while in the area. It was amazing. Their garlic rolls basket was very generous and delicious. We all got the spaghetti with meatballs - we were not disappointed. Staff was attentive. Portions are very generous.

The food portions are large! I recommend using the buddy system and sharing an entree. The main dishes come with buttery garlic bread knots soft and fluffy on the inside. We had the eggplant parmesan, and it was a mountain of food, we planned to split it, and we still had extra we couldn't finish. We finished with a fresh made slice of carrot cake! We ogled the neighboring tables' dishes, and we wanted to try it all! We sat outside by the creek in the shade. It was a perfect late evening dinner spot to relax after a hot day.

We dined here on the 25th of August 2023. The service personnel were nice and attentive. We shared a large pizza, which was more than enough for the two of us. We could have gotten full by sharing a smaller size than we ordered. We thought the pizza tasted really well but could have had a more flavourful tomato sauce. Make sure to taste the garlic knots - wonderful! They have a small but satisfying wine list.

1st time visit. Had my dog with me so I ordered something to go. I tied my dog outside and went in to get a menu. No one greeted me and I waited a minute before I just grabbed a menu from the hostess stand. As I looked at it, again no one came up to me, so I took it outside and sat with my dog to see what I wanted to order. When I was ready, I went back in and there where two ppl that actually talked to me this time. I placed my order with one of them. I ordered the Vegetable Primavera, chicken & brocolli Alfredo and calamari. Each meal came with 3 garlic rolls. The calamari was chewing and not fresh, won't get again. The chicken & brocolli Alfredo was very good. Had great flavor and the brocolli seemed fresh and fully cooked. The vegetables Primavera was also delicious. Price wise, it was expensive for lunch. $51 for two meals and an appetizer. I would go again.

Would have given 5 stars but our waitress was not attentive and we had to ask for items twice. Great calzone. It was huge. The red sauce is awesome and if they had it in jars I would take some home.

The garlic roles were cold when we got them. They were also very gross 🤮. Our waiter didn’t come back and ask us if we wanted refills on drinks and needed anything else. She disappeared for 30 minutes and finally we were done eating she got us the check

What a find. This is good food. My eggplant Parm was so tasty. The fried mushrooms were delicious. The garlic knots? Disappointment! Dry and lacking. Order sauce with them. Our server only was nice and smiley at the end of our visit.

We have been coming to the mountain for several years and every time we visit, we make it a point to dine here. It's still excellent. We're ordered the artichoke bake as our appetizer and a veggie supreme as our main. Both tastes great. Service was warm and friendly. We had our two dogs and were able to enjoy our meal out on the riverside patio with a refreshing breeze. They even brought our pups fresh, cold water. This is a hidden gem of the local area. A MUST TRY!

This is such a neat restaurant. Water flows from the roof to give the impression that it's raining. Nice ambience! Our first visit here and we were not disappointed. My husband ordered the Blackened Catfish on rice with Mac & cheese and baked potato. I ordered the Salmon with Bourbon sauce on rice with Mac & cheese and green beans. We had water with dinner then coffee with dessert, Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie. Delicious!!! The green beans and Mac & cheese were just ok. The catfish and salmon were very good! The service started out good, but fizzled out. However, I only saw one waiter and the manager was helping out some. I'm assuming they have the same trouble with hiring as everyone does. We will go back.

This is an amazing place. The ambiance from the walk in to the interior and location along a creak was all magical. Our server, John, was above and beyond attentive to my table, including my 2 kids. The food was fresh and well seasoned. My husband had the Chicago steak and I had the Salmon with bourbon sauce and it was delicious. John checked in regularly and made sure we liked everything and was really patient with us! Honestly, I hope all the tourists get out of the main strip tourist trap and venture to this gem (not to mention it's a fast drive and free parking) and check this place out. It was a true, local restaurant, with an experience on its own - beautiful and delicious.

I was from out of town and came across this restaurant to host my small lunch wedding reception. I was beyond happy with how everything turned out and wouldn't have wanted my reception anywhere else. They were really easy and quick to communicate with which put me at ease since I had never been there before in person. Our waiter was great and they even served our wedding cake for us. They let us come the night before to decorate our party room. We'll definitely be back for our anniversary for years to come.

Cool rustic setting. I loved how the water came off the roof. It was like sitting inside a fountain. There was no staff shortage. Staff were friendly and helped each other out. Although the menu isn't large, chef accommodated my vegetarian diet. I got the deep fried mushrooms as an appetizer. They were delicious. They also make their own dressings. Highly recommend.

This place is Amazing 👏 our family of 5 had the Sirloin Baked potatoe, salad, chicken Alfredo, baked salmon, baked spaghetti, cheese curds, garlic knots, chocolate cake, and key lime pie... lots of food and lots of leftovers. EVERYTHING was AMAZING 👏 🙌 our server Josh was on it, everything was great! Fast service and all accurate. Very friendly and funny too. ALSO... try the Sour apple Moonshine 🍎 😋 it's so good

It was so unique. They have water running off the roof to appear it is raining and there's an awesome view of the creek and woods behind the restaurant. The food was good. I had the Prime Rib. It was very tasty. I also had a side salad and sweet potato fries. The fries were amazing. Crispy and dusted with brown sugar. My Dad had the ribs. He said the taste was good but they had a lot of gristle. My mom had the Southwestern Chicken and said it was okay. I would definitely go again.

This was a surprise!! My husband and I were looking for something away from the downtown bustle. This is situated along a creek and the view is lovely. Our waiter Ben was FABULOUS! I got the meatball and mozzarella bake and it was delicious. The portions were so huge, I have enough for 2 more meals! We also had the peanut butter pie for dessert. So good! We were just so pleasantly surprised by the food, the portions, the service, the view...all of it. We had a great time!

This is a hidden gem in Gatlinburg. The restaurant has amazing food and service! Our ribs were falling off the bone with superb flavor. Even the salad had fresh ingredients with homemade ranch. Our table was by the river. Water runs off the roof giving the effect of sitting under a waterfall.

We had our reception there on October 14, 2023. The food and service was the best. The servers were very courteous and took excellent care of us and our guests. We went the night before to decorate, but the party there stayed longer than anticipated. Lori assured me she would do her best to have it looking beautiful and like I wanted. When we arrived after the wedding, everything was more than I imagined it would be. In addition to our dinners, we ordered appetizers for everyone to start. All the food was amazing and as I said, our servers were fantastic. I highly recommend Crystelle Creek!! You will not be disappointed!! David and Vicki Tucker

We were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and decided to give it a try. Such a unique restaurant with the water flowing over the tin roof and splashing down into the pond filled with Koi fish. The prime rib was delishly smoked and the sweet potato fries are amazing but when dipped into whipped cream, the of over the top. Almost a funnel cake flavor. The burger was the best we have ever had and the ribeye's flavor was superb. Loved the Pina colodas and the lemon drop martini.

I finally had a chance to eat here last weekend, and I wasn't disappointed. I think this is going to be my new favorite restaurant in Gatlinburg. I had the southwestern chicken and they prepared it exactly how I requested. I got a side salad and the sweet potato waffle fries with my meal, and everything including my pepsi, tasted perfect! I may have to try one of the steaks, next time. Josh waited on me, and he's one of the best waiters I've ever had. I'm ready to go back next weekend. 12/31/23: This time I had the filet mignon with the same sides. I couldn't have the seasoning, because it had pepper in it, but it was still good. It did have some fat in it, but not much. Service was excellent again. I may try the flounder & shrimp next time. The chocolate cake was pretty good too.

I had an amazing experience at Crystelle Creek Restaurant! My husband and I had our wedding reception here. The staff was amazing! They were all were so helpful and had great personalities! The food was so delicious! All my guest were very happy, and so were we! They have very pretty views of the creek, and I loved the water that comes down on the sides of the building, and the atmosphere was relaxing! Thank you Crystelle Creek for being part of our special day! I will forever recommend you! 🙂

Great place off the beaten path in Gatlinburg. Simple but diverse menu that will appeal to almost anyone. The setting is very Appalachian being set back off the road in front of a creek. Very relaxing with a clean, modern motif. The cheese curds were a generous portion and delicious. Our server, Corey, suggested those and was spot on. He provided great service matching up great recommendations for everyone in our party. The blue cheese for my salad was one of the best I’ve had. Period. I ordered a prime rib which was cooked to a perfect medium. Huge serving! Parking was easy. Atmosphere was excellent. Service and food outstanding. You won’t go wrong turning up Highway 321 at red light #3 for a few miles and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown.

As a local we do not go to Gatlinburg often so this was our first time. The outside is very unique and pretty cool almost looks like a lodge on the outside. Once you enter it’s more like a cafe though. We arrived at 8pm and there was a 15 min wait on a Friday night. One of us ordered the ribs and the other chicken parmigiana. Wow is all I can say. The food is absolutely fantastic. Ribs had amazing flavor, fall off the bone and smelts in your mouth. The chicken parmigiana was also very good and was a huge portion. SIDE NOTE******* if you get a salad be advised the spicy creamy Italian dressing is HOT as heck****. Service was good and friendly. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!
