We visited the C N tower as part of a Viator half day tour. We got there when it opened, there was no wait and we had plenty of time in the observation area. It was fun to see all around the city and pick out our hotel and other attractions. The glass floors in the elevator and observation tower and floor to ceiling windows are fun and the thrilling.

This is a large open area with the famous Toronto sign. It is flanked by some impressive buildings including both the old and new city halls. It is known for taking your picture at the sign.

This was an interesting and beautiful tour of the Toronto harbor. We learned the history of industry, plus the unique story of the islands. I highly recommend this one hour excursion. Captain Katie was funny and informative.

This area is crowded & festive. But aside from the major stores in Eaton, my husband & I enjoyed some interesting places outside of the mall. We peeked in the Mirvish & chatted with the nice staff & devilishly went into the Stag store & chatted with the lovely staff there too since we had recently visited the sex machines museum in Prague’s historic Old Town.

City centre at its best. Lots of shops and restaurants, so easy to walk around and explore. It's a very nice area you will walk nearby lots of big sights like the council or Chinatown, just pace around.

They were setting up for an event for the holiday weekend & the theme was welcoming immigrants/understanding the immigrant experience which was beautiful. We had to leave the next day so missed it but saw some artwork being displayed & I found it familiar to my own experience as a refugee in 1975.

This is one of the main streets in Downtown Toronto. Accordingly, you will see a ton of people, both locals and visitors. There are a lot of attractions, such as malls, restaurants, bars, clubs, and other stuff along the street.

We were lucky in the fact our hotel had direct link to the Path. It is a great way to go went the weather is either cold ar raining hard. As a visitor it was difficult to navigate at times and we existed in the wrong places at times.

We walked through briefly before our visit to Chinatown. It was a fun, off the beaten path activity to do with our two 7 year olds. There are a number of parks nearby with playgrounds as well as many cafes if you want to make a full morning hike r afternoon out of it.

Lived in the area all my life up until retirement. Lots to do with Kew Beach and Woodbine Park, Ashbridges Bay in the area. Wonderful places to eat "The Goof" in particular which is a Legendary Local spot to eat, with the Fox Theater right across the street. Lots of individual shopping experiences unlike the huge Malls the Beach Village offers independent proprietors with unique items, check out Segull and the Artisans store, they were my favorites. I miss my Village. It holds a huge part of my heart forever.

With just a fairly short journey you are out of the city and in this peaceful haven of nature. There are a number of lovely walks and we enjoyed walking along the boardwalk and seeing all the turtles. The cafe served very good lunches and there is a nice garden centre.

We took the train from Ottawa to Toronto. I was impressed by the welcoming to Toronto from a Via staff as we arrived. What I didn’t enjoy was the train station was dirty and the woman washrooms were disgusting dirty and urine smell so strong , it made me nauseated. Very disappointed!

Unique. The shape of the building is so unique and I immediately understood the nickname of the building, flat iron. It is very close to st. Lawrence market, so it is worth visiting if you are heading to the neighborhood.

Toronto is a world class city now so anything popular has people from all over the world. Danforth Greektown is balanced because it’s spread out well. I would suggest avoiding summer festival crowds but it’s still a great hang out and place to eat most of the time.
