We were impressed from the moment we waked in. Ms. Mariannna welcomed us like we have been coming here forever. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. We went to our room and it had a clean smell and neat. Looking out the window was a beautiful scene. The swimming pool was crisp looking and then there was the small lake. So soothing to the eye.
The next morning went to breakfast at 8:00 a.m.. It was good but could be better if it was fully stocked and warmer. The coffee was good.
I had the opportunity to meet a young man by the name of Caldon. He came from sister motel across the road to help out. He was very kind and helpful.
This LaQuinta is well maintained and very clean. I could see all the care that is taken to keep this hotel ready for all of us. Painting, fixing the fence around the pool and spraying the property. Very impressed with the tender care of this place. The mainlanders man and Housekeepping took special care of all they touched
We highly recommend this LaQuinta, if on business or just pleasure. Be sure to talk with Ms Marianna, she will make your day.

Ihad used a booking site and paid for a different hotel room in full after working over 12 hours that day. Just to arrive at the hotel to check in to the room purchased, just to be turned away saying they were booked. Even though every hotel around seem to be full. LITERALLY . My Wyndham rewards found me a hotel that had available room and took off some of the price of my stay, even though it was at the last minute.

We frequently visit this hotel as it is close to my family. They have recently completed the remodel of the hotel.
My favorite part about coming here is the water view from the back of the hotel and the front desk people are always amazing and helpful.

This is a nice clean hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. But don't take your pets unless you're only staying the night. Housekeeping did not enter the room (which is common) but they didn't offer clean towels, sheets, or a quick tidying up of the room. The room didn't smell very nice after 4 days. One last rant, if you like patty sausage, you're in luck. We had that 4 days in a row. I was really hoping for some other breakfast meat but no such luck.
Otherwise the place is fine. Overall it's clean and cared for.

It's great to learn that you were pleased with your overall stay here, and that you enjoyed the interactions you had with our team members while you were checked in. That said, we do want to offer our apologies for the fact that no members of our staff reached out to you to inquire as to whether you'd want to schedule housekeeping service at a time that would be convenient for you to be with your pets. I will discuss this with our team members at once so that we can work to prevent this issue from recurring in the future. I also am sorry to learn that you weren't completely satisfied with the variety of food choices on our breakfast bar. I'll let our franchise team know of your remarks on this matter so that they may use them as they plan future changes for our brand. Very clean hotel in a picturesque location. Pleasant and competent staff at front desk. Breakfast Breakfast was a big disappointment though. It runs from 6:00 to 9:30 am. If you show up after 7:15 am, the hot items are almost all gone, and they don't put any more out.

Let’s start with checking in, the front desk did not give us a map of the hotel; just pointed us in the direction to park and “use the side door to enter”. Once in the room, we found trash in the garbage can which led us to wonder just how clean their “Covid-19” cleaning practices were. In the room, the towel holder was coming apart and a shelf in the shower was missing.
We had left to get dinner and visit with family. Upon returning, found the side door had been purposely locked and our key card did not work. We had to walk around to the front door, in the rain, to gain entrance. Upon entering the front door, we saw that there was a party happening at the hotel and the guests were scattered about the hallway and not sequestered to the event room. It was clear that there were a lot more than 10-15 people at this party, including children. We had to walk between party guests to get to the elevator so we could get to our room. Had the front desk not locked the side door, we could have used it and got to the elevators without having to wade through party-goers. I would not recommend this hotel.

I apologize for the fact that your dissatisfaction began at check-in, and continued as you entered your room and then continued your stay. Though we don't typically provide printed maps of the hotel, I'm sorry that we didn't offer you more specific directions on how to access your guest room. Finally, while our side door does lock for security, I sincerely apologize for the fact that your room key did not work to open it, and I'm saddened to know of the discomforts that you felt as you entered our hotel through the main door. All of the face towels and two others were stained. Who wants to washed their face and body with stained towels? The only other time I had stained towels at a hotel is when I visited rural hotels in the country of India. Hotels in the USA should not be allowed to offer guest severely stained towels to clean the body.

The front desk lady was wonderful..I went to room. It was very late. I went to get in first bed I found what looked like cotton from the sheets. It was not, it was toilet paper with blood on it. I dropped it quickly. Washed my hands and checked the other bed. It was fine..I noticed a mold smelled but thought maybe it was just the ac at first..it was not. I woke up and decided I would take a picture of the nasty toilet paper on the floor to show the manager and I found out why the room smelled of mold..it was all over the night stand and the bottom of the wood on the bed.. I showed the lady at the front desk she was nice..and she said the manager would called me..after no call ..I called back still nothing..I find this unacceptable

Mariana Gonzalez made our family feel welcome for Memorial day weekend. She was very attentive, caring and was always making us feel like family. We have a big family and she was always accommodating us in every way. Breakfast has always been a challenge in a hotel with such a big family and this was not the case. Mariana made us feel as if we were in our own home. Thank you Mariana and we will be down again and only stay here.

Booked a king suite the day before my nephews wedding. In and out quick. My nephew and niece were very satisfied. The inside lobby was beautiful and the food set up with the vending machines are excellent for a quick bite. My nephew said they didn't hear anything from outside they're room.
