Bought a truck at the end of July and so far nothing but problems. So far spent 3000 on it after the amazing warranty the sold me. Took about two months to finally get my car back since the warranty place kept dodging calls and now the motor is having more problems. Do not recommend ever going to this place to get another vehicle

Was in need of a car after mine was totaled hitting a deer. Who wants to buy a used car quickly in the middle of winter? Was dreading it. Heard about Paul Herman from a friend. JoAnn was wonderful. Great selection of cars but not overwhelming. Found something I would not have ever initially considered but was perfect for me. Have had it now 2 months and I love it. Would highly recommend the dealership if you want a quality used vehicle.

Terrible service. Was given run around on the vehicle we were going to buy. Never did get it inspected. Had to call Attorney General to get our money back. They would hide whenever we went there to pick up vehicle. Also told owner was out of town when we called to see what was happening with the vehicle. I actually would not give a one star.
