Hello Nyima.

I actually tried both of those alternatives. Both of them gave error upon restart.

No. I am not able to see anything on my screen, not even the cursor. I left the computer on for a whole night, but nothing showed up.

I am afraid that your link cannot help me in any way due to this. I cannot see or do anything on my computer.

Thank you for taking your time :)

Hi Simen,

Thank you for your response with the current update on the issue.

I suggest you to boot into safe mode and try to update all the drivers. Check if it helps.

First, I would suggest you to download the ISO file of Windows 10 from below Microsoft Help Article and create a Media Installation Disk.
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Step 1: Then try to perform the below steps to boot into safe mode and try updating drivers.

Boot the Computer with the Windows Installation Media:
1. Start (or boot) your computer from the installation media. Insert the DVD or USB flash drive and restart your computer.
2. If you see a message asking you to “Press any key to boot from DVD,” do so.
3. When you see the Install Windows page, tap or click on Repair your computer to start the Windows Recovery Mode.
4. In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, tap or click on Troubleshoot.
5. Click on Advanced Options.
6. Then on click on Startup Settings.

7. Click on Restart and choose Safe mode with Networking or Low resolution.

8. Then try to update the drivers.

Step 2: I would suggest you to update the latest driver for display adapter in Device Manager.
1. Press Windows Key + R Key.
2. Then type “devmgmt.msc” without the quotes and hit on Enter Key.
3. Expand Display Adapter.
4. Right click on the driver and click on Update Driver Software.

Note: We need to have a wired internet connection for updating drivers in safe mode with networking. But while in low resolution option you will be able to use Wi-Fi also.

Please get back to us with an update on black screen issue, we will be happy to help.

Thank you.

Hello.

I used to see light on the power button once it was turned on, but not anymore.

I removed the side of the desktop and looked at the motherboard as I turned it on. I did not see any lights on the motherboard, but the fans were fully functional.

I checked with different hdmi cables and screens, but no results.

Thank you for the support :)
