Nathanhouse is one of the few genuine upscale options in Tsim Sha Tsui. It is close to the bustling Nathan Road yet distant enough to escape the noise and crowd. Decor is cozy. Menu is solid but not particularly creative. Seafood platter is more for Instagram. Octopus is a light starter with a refreshing wasabi mayo. Beef short ribs is rich and the accompanying bone marrow is flavorful. Shrimp pasta is delicious and full of umami. Service is polite but not intimate. Price is unexpectedly on the upper end.

Tried their tasting menu under the 1st anniversary special ‘buy 1 get 1 free’ promotion, that included 7 courses. Staff service and environment was great but the food was unfortunately a bit disappointing if at its normal price ($798 per head). The best dish out of all was the sea urchin with beautiful plating and pasta cooked to perfection with flavoursome sauces. However, this merit was let down by the improper combination of truffle icecream and chocolate brownie of the dessert, as well as the unexpectedly-low quality of the beef tenderloin main. Other better ones are the fish main and the bread (especially the chorizo bread - its delicious, probably the only thing that I would considering coming back for)

經過山林道，食肆林立，當中朋友跟我都想找一間舒服優靜的餐廳，於是選了這間外表好歐陸，較清靜的fine dining , 各自慰勞一日煩忙工作，食返餐好的。
店外最令人注目的是牆身璧畫，甚有特色. 外面位置供人飲酒，感覺好chill .餐廳怖置為高格調，fine dining, 給人舒適放鬆投置優閑感。
桌面坐燈及花瓶裝飾都好迷人。好喜歡折射出嚟的光。好有情調呢！
食物方面：
附送餐前Bread：有幾款選擇，包括小麥包，白麵包， 較特別的有帶微辣的麵包，要一讚嘅係麵包送到時是熱辣辣，非常脆可口。而粟米片好脆口不焦 感覺健康，各款配附上的不論配海鹽牛油，檻欖或意大利醋都一樣滋味。

好別緻的玻璃器皿，下層是碎冰粒，令上面的沙律捧上時還能保冷，阿拉斯加蟹肉份量不少，蟹味濃且鮮甜，混入的是牛油果粒及芒果粒，紅椒粒，清新健康之餘，不需太多調味，酸酸甜甜口感經已特別豐富，令人心花怒放好開胃的前菜。
Lobster Bisque $128
餐湯點了經典龍蝦湯，此湯沒有好濃厚太杰的口感，但味道取勝，龍蝦味尤其鮮，鮮香甜美，伴奶泡加入湯中，口感幼滑無比。當中有幾件龍蝦肉，頗有份量 真材實料，嫩滑可口，令人驚喜！

主菜點了牛肋肉配香草焗牛骨髓,洋意米
，是用慢煮做法，好有心機的烹調方式。怪不得牛肋肉肉質保持軟嫩，入口即化，肉汁保留肉味亦出眾，配上秘製醬汁更惹味！ 店員介紹用小匙吃牛骨髓, 味道濃郁，但沒有怪味，齒甲留香。
而洋薏米好大粒，粒粒分明，有點像意大利飯的感覺，但頗喜愛這洋薏米，感覺有益養生功效，實在會令女士們大愛，真的要一試。
Floating Island 漂浮島$138
最後來到甜品，賣相及名字已被吸引過去，顧名思義，有fine art 效果的甜品，美到不太想吃它。
有三顆小的芭菲球，包括玫瑰荔枝，黑加侖子，紅桑子芭菲，味道不甜，鮮果味濃，奶滑芭菲口感軟滑，比較喜歡紅桑子味酸酸地可解膩。玫瑰荔枝都比較清新不甜。中間太陽蛋造型的 原來是soufflé 蛋白，好彈好滑。 而底部的是香草乳酪凍湯，香滑乳酪奶滑香濃，跟芭菲一酸一甜非要夾。吃過又能看又好吃的甜品 飽腹滿足了！
在有情調氣氛品嘗精美細緻的晚餐，人生中一樂事也，餐廳質素性價比高，欣賞其烹調方式，令人享受回味難忘呢！

Hidden in the alley of hillwood road was Nathan House, a well designed bar and restaurant.
To start with, warm bread was served with butter, olive oil and vinegar.
This one with a taste of sausage/ pepperoni was particularly delightful.
We ordered a Caesar salad for appetizer. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, which goes perfect with the crispy bacon.
Next, we had a very interesting dish of Sweet corn soup with gelato. In the middle of the hot soup was a frozen corn-flavoured gelato. We were told to wait for the ice cream to melt before we dip in. The soup was smooth and a bit on the sweet side.
Then comes the Slow cooked 36 hours USDA beef short ribs, which was my favorite. The ribs were tender and lovely, with just the right amount of grease in the mouth. On the side, there's a nicely cut bone marrow and barley. It was the first time for me to try bone marrow and it tasted pretty much like grease.
To finish off our meal, we had the floating island as desert. It's creamy, colourful and definitely a must have for pictures.
Overall, a satisfying meal with great food and service.

It’s finally Thursday, so we decided to reward ourselves with a nice dinner meal. We came to this nice restaurant located in a hidden street in TST (recently, a lot of new restaurants have opened in this area)! We were greeted politely and nicely by the staffs, seated in a cozy corner with a street view. The interior inside is quite spacious and romantic. once we sat down, the staffs were very attentive and friendly, they offered us with water without asking and of course the menu. We picked two starters, a main course and a dessert for sharing; we were offered two kinds of bread each out of the five. The bread 🍞 were delicious! I would love to have more haha then our starters arrived : salad with crab meat - the lettuce were fresh and yummy with the right amount of cheese and bread crumbs! The 🦀 meats pieces were a lot too!
We ended up finishing the whole plate and loving it! second dish then arrived, lobster 🦞 soup with four kinds of seafood: crispy skin fish, squid, calms and prawns 🍤 wow! Full of ingredients and flavorful! I think it’s such a worthy dish as they provide really fresh ingredients! our main dish then arrived- slow cooked beef rib with bone marrow. Another wow dish - the meat was tasty and melted in our mouth. It was the right portion for us, and the sauce matched with the beef too. delicious and perfect for one or to share! the highlight of the night is definitely this dessert plate - floating island 🌴 it wa creative, colorful and creamy! I loved every single element of this tasty ending! Overall, a very satisfying meal with great service and fresh ingredients.

Attracted by its eye catching exterior design and MasterChef-like logo, my parents and I decided giving a shot for lunch in this British style bistro for fusion cuisine.
They offer set menu with western and Asian lunch: you name it, hainan chicken rice, Indonesian fried rice, all day breakfast, grilled lamb...etc.
We ordered 3 set lunch of having lobster bisque and squid and baby spinach salad as appetisers; grilled US rib eye, grilled Australian lamb and pan fried seabass as main and coffee and orange juice as drinks.
The bread was warm, soft and well fermented.
The lobster bisque with tiny dried shrimps instead of croutons enhance the flavour of lobster bisque when keeping the texture of the soup. The hemisphere shape squid salad was fresh with its sauce, with thin-sliced soft squid and baby spinach.
The main were of high quality: I like the grilled lamb the most, which is medium rare and juicy, having crispy fats outside and soft pink meats inside. The rib eye was nicely done and the red wine sauce was tasty. The seabass was fresh and the crispy skin and it’s juice from fish meats were an awesome match.
Lastly we’ve got a great finish with high quality freshly brew coffee and fresh orange juice.
The new chef was just on-boarded for about one month with a new menu. I look forward to the upcoming new fusion menu and will definitely return with my friends for happy hours or dinner 😊

我們都點了一杯香濃咖啡和 Cappuccino，咖啡香濃奶滑；Cappuccino 細緻綿滑，飲過有心思的拉花咖啡為早餐劃上完美的句點。

平時早餐常常到茶餐廳或快餐店吃，但其實早餐都可以吃得好！
餐廳裝修很漂亮，用了黑紅色格調。也有室外座位，挺舒服，也方便打卡哈哈📸
這裡的早餐100塊左右就吃得飽，而且每個早餐都有一碟生果盤，十分健康！

位於尖咀山林道尾的Nathanhouse，是一家特式!玻璃屋餐廳，設後花園露天茶座。開業只有4個月，主打海鮮西餐，如日本鱈揚蟹腳、西班牙海鮮燉飯、鮮龍蝦薄等，由前四季酒店行政助理總廚主理，是喜歡搵食之人必試餐廳。
Open beverage – mocktail (Kim 子推介指數9/10)
當想叫杯飲品之際，Bar tender 先生十分熱情介紹，最後我選了Open beverage 的mocktail。我為這杯飲品命名為「Waack in the city」- 因為其味道很wild 及strong，以pine apple juice 作base，after taste 有蜜糖味道及充滿花果香，非常合心意的一杯飲品。
日本鱈揚蟹腳
我喜歡北海道鱈揚蟹腳的肉質鮮甜。而大廚以香橙及西柚煮成醬汁酸甜交織，滲入了一點點蟹的味道。
48個月火腿 (Kim 子推介指數9/10)
伊比利亞48個月黑毛豬火腿，以其傳統的醃製過程以及其天然健康益處聞名於世，是以自由放養及以橡果餵食的優質食品。曾經在西班牙吃過國寶級美食Iberian ham，今天要在香港試試。這個火腿口感帶甘甜的橡果及油膉味的火腿加上鮮甜蜜瓜，味道果真讓人一試難忘。
燒西班牙乳豬(Kim 子推介指數9/10)
聽說燒西班牙乳豬是餐廳必試的主菜，我就點了一份。餐廳選用的是西班牙豬，製作過程一絲不苟，先欲約60度的慢煮的方式煮幾小時令乳豬保持肉質嫩滑，再以高溫烤焗方式煮至皮脆，配合了古老黑醋，令味道更濃郁。
