He is survived by : his wife Linda Adamovich Carson Baxter; his children, Samantha Baxter-Nard (Kenneth), Jon Baxter (Kari) and Josh Baxter (Juana); his stepdaughters, Rachel Strauser (Harry) and Kristie Stepp (Kenneth); and his brothers, Roger Baxter (Shirley DeCarlo) and Tom Baxter (Scarlet). He is also survived by grandchildren, (3) Great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can made to the Lions Club Leader Dog program (leaderdog.org) or to Grace Community Church 343 South Pennsylvania Ave, Uniontown, PA 15401.
