came to add chips to our collection
payout odds are not so good. wife had fun but had little to no payouts. at the end I broke even. what really pissed me off is being charged 20 bucks to park. kinda stupid for a casino that wants people inside

    Fun time
Had a bit of fun at the casino…first tile there for me so I signed up for the momento card and received $10 in free chips…many slots to choose from. Shared dinner at the deli which is located inside the casino, as portions were huge. Shared poutine and a chicken breast on a bun….delicious. We had to wait in line gor a table but made small talk with a couple behind us. People ahead of us but all two’s, so when the seater asked for table of four, we took the table with the other couple and were seated quicker.

    Nice Casino And Fun Slots
Came back to Niagara Falls for the second time this year and had to stop in the casino, as we missed it last time! Brought a friend from Edmonton with us this time and she had fun and so did we. Lots of fun slots, as we don't really play any other games. Had fun and would probably go again

Better than last time but lots of room for improvement
Wrote a review a few months ago which was much worse. This time it helped I knew what to expect. First and foremost, the parking situation continues to be completely unfair to guests. When you enter the self park garage, the rate is posted. Lets say its $25. That does not matter at all. What matters is when you leave. Since the parking rates change by time of day, and day of the week, you do not know your parking rate until you leave the casino. I am still dumbfounded they find it ok to do this. However, I knew this coming up there and checked in advance to make sure we had parking in our players card.... which we did. Without it, I am not sure we would come. What out us over the top coming up on this trip was na offer for free show tickets. We absolutely loved the Terry Fator show. Stayed at the casino resort for 2 nights. I really liked the new sports bar. Deli is disappointing. Without a reservation, you won't be able to eat at ponte vecchio. I had the noodle bar late at night and it was good as always. Took my daughter to swim at the pool both days and she had a great time. However, you have to bring towels down from your room which are already placed in the hotels rooms. They have no towels at the pool. One of my biggest issues with the casino gaming offerings is that they no longer have the poker room (been gone a few years), and more importantly, there is now one dice game but it is electronic and uses no chips. People clearly do not like playing electronic craps. The table limit is $5 and the table was empty or near empty each day I came. I absolutely love to play craps but will not play the electronic version. This was clearly nothing more than a way for the casino to pay for less dealer staff as the electronic craps only needs one dealer, as opposed to normally needing 3 dealers. Last, I played a total of about 3-4 hours of poker and about 2 hours of pai gow. For my play I earned $1 in comps. This is not acceptable. We plan to make a visit back in the summer with our family but I am not sure I will play much more than what I played on this trip.

    Meh
I was here for a concert at the Avalon Theater, and the theater is very nice, and it was a nice place to spend the day for a concert. That being said, with Niagara Falls being a tourist destination, you can tell this place has seen better days, and it really needs a revamp. From the outside, it's incredibly dumpy, and it looks like they built it in 1987 and have never taken care of it since. As far as the casino, it had nicer stuff that I can't get closer to home, like digital roulette and the big wheel. Restaurants were meh, and I just decided to eat in the food court, which is basically in a basement, and the wifi doesn't work down there. I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the hotel part. This place has the potential to be amazing, and is really just mediocre. And parking was $35!

I stayed here 2 nights beginning of January. My wife and I have been coming here since the resort opened and have always always enjoyed it here. This past visit we had several issues. First, while playing at the pai gow table about 10:30pm on Friday night 1/2, the dealer dealt out all the hands, set his hand, my wife and others set their hands, then when the dealer tapped the electronic button in the middle to confirm his hand, the 2 cards did not match what he had. the floorman Lucian, declared it a misdeal and my wife was then quite upset. After understanding that the dealers hand was not actually in the correct place, she repeatedly asked that the floorman just prove that the electronic button did not malfunction by showing the table the 2 cards on the screen that were actually in the discard pile. he refused to do so. The shift manger came down, refused to do the same, told us, "You are just going to have to trust us." My wife and I were not happy with this answer. we again asked to simply show us the 2 cards in the discard pile and if the 2 cards were there, then that would be proof that the electronic button did not malfunction. The table games shift refused us and i explained there was no way he could prove it was a misdeal then. He ignored me, told the dealer to take all the cards and the dealer then dealt the next hand. We then refused to play anymore and my wife refused to play int eh casino the remainder of our visit. I stepped to the side and told Craig Tomori the shift manger that it was "ludicrous" to not prove that the hand was a misdeal by simply just showing the discard pile. He repeatedly told me it their "policy" not to show the cards. I then explained that there was no way he could prove to people playing that the hand was a misdeal, particularly given that the hand hand been dealt, and set by all players. This is very poor transparency on the casino's part. I have not experienced this once before in the 20 years I have been coming to play at this resort.I would encourage you to really examine your policies on being customer driven as you lost a customer for the next 2 days for simply not being transparent. Simply saying, "That's our policy" is very poor form. My wife and I felt that Chris' attitude about this was that he was being bothered and that he did not even want to come down to address the issue. The floorman actually initially said, "He won't come down,". he took about 30 second at the table to listen before telling the dealer to take all the cards, again appearing to be bothered by us. This will definitely be going into an online review of the casino with his name mentioned and he didn't even blink an eye. My wife does plan to call the casino gaming commission to file a complaint about this incident. It is just plain ridiculous to not show the cards to prove there was a mistake. Even the player next to us told the floor supervisor and Craig, "It's basically cheating if you don't show the cards."

I used to enjoy going to the Casino but since Covid a lot of the machines have been changed. I don't recognize any of the new games.

I find that even if you are playing the penny machines you still have to gamble a lot of money at one time.

The amounts that you have to play is getting kind of ridiculous for us poor people.

I put $100.00 dollars in now and you don't even play for 20 minutes and it is gone.

They could fix the machines so that you could play for a little longer.

I used to look forward to going and staying for a while but it is just not fun anymore

Four us went and we all had the same experience. Guess they are trying to re-coop the money they lost during covid.

Went to Niagara Falls this weekend for a concert at the OLG stage at Fallsview Casino to see a rock group I've liked for years called LIVE. Paid $150 for 2 tickets, great seats, nice venue. Those are my likes. Dislikes are, when a band calls itself by it's original name then turns out it's only the singer and a bunch of new band members, (I play the drums and specifically wanted to see the drummer Chad Gracey perform) but that didn't happen. Next point, waaaay too f#*king loud. Distorted cacophony! Paying $14.00 and a 15% gratuity for a cup of Molson Canadian beer! Bend over folks! Final point, when some no mind and his girlfriend decide to stand up all night so people behind can't see at all, and have to look at a video screen to the far right to see whats happening. Thanks Ed for misrepresenting the band/show and thanks dude who wouldn't sit down. He told my wife and I to stand up, she's five foot one so it wouldn't have made a difference and we had disabled folks directly behind us so if we did stand up they wouldn't be able to see the stage as well! Also played slots quite a bit at Fallsview, they've got the machines tighter than a nun's chihuahua. Worst concert I've been to.

This is a good place to gamble, but man are the slots super tight. The Asian clientele dictates why you see a whole bunch of Asian style games and themed slots. Nothing against that, I don't live here so you gotta appeal to who brings you the most money but good luck translating these slot machines. Excellent staff so while you're losing your money at least they're nice when serving you a $9-$10 draft beer. We might try Seneca on the US Falls side next time.

This casino is a total ripoff. Nobody is winning anything there. There was supposed to be a buffet service there not true, patrons are charged 50 dollars to park their vehicle, so they are literally robbed before and after. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, a flutter is one thing and can be fun and enjoyable but continually losing is beyond a joke, local people are exceptionally annoyed about this casino, seemingly before Covid it was much better but now they're just trying to recoup their losses. Don't waste your time.

Hotel and staff I give 5 stars but the reason for 3 is poor pay back percentage on their slots.

RTP is probably set close to 88% RTP just can tell by how the slots play. If you want a better playing experience play online and we have a lot of choices now. You will find slots on average 94% to 96% RTP which will give you more play time and a better playing experience.
Yes, slots are random but the RTP can be set to give the house even more of an edge. You think the land base would up their game in RTP and comps to keep players but the trend seems to continue to cut comps and cut winnings.

The best thing Fallsview casino has going is there managed by Mohegan Sun much better than Great Canadian whos been running Rama to the ground, however, the younger generation knows more about RTP, etc, and expects more and why the land-based casinos are not keeping up with the times but just cutting back beats me.
They should look at how things were run in the 80s 90s and early 2000 and bring back some of the practices. The way they cut comps, less RTP, and less player experience today is just going to hurt their bottom line more and if you think playing experience and comps are bad now I'm sure it will get worst unless they start bringing the fun back before they lose their players for good to online casinos.

I do however love staying at Fallsview for the atmosphere its the best casino resort in Ontario just wish they had better-set RTP slots and more mega jackpots. Now a lot are just eye candy flashy lights etc that really do nothing except rob you of your money with no playtime. We as players need to be asking for the RTP to be listed on each game just as you can find the RTP online so we can be properly informed so we can make better choices in the games we play.

Want a better understanding of RTP a simple video look up (Professor Random talks about slot machine PAYBACK..on YouTube Good luck!!

We stayed here for our first trip to Niagara Falls this past April and had a great experience. We had a little trouble finding the correct parking garage/hotel entrance but other than that it was convenient. We had friendly check in service, a clean room and overall great stay with a great view. We actually needed to check in a night early and the casino was accommodating. The price was decent and included a winery tour and tasting package as well as dining credit.

I have been going to the Fallsview Casino for the last 15 years and always had a positive experience. I hadn’t visited the casino since the new management took over until now. And it is horrible! You just get gauged if you go to this casino! Despite spending $500 with a player’s card, I still had to pay $40 for parking! Previously it was a minimum spend of $20 because the parking was previously $20 — that made sense! There were hardly any people there and that’s probably because people are starting to realize what a huge rip off it is. And they got rid of live Craps! So no point in ever visiting them again! And I’m pretty such people are starting to figure that out as that is the least amount of people seen in that casino on a weekend in the summer, ever!

For anyone reading these reviews please take a look at how the reviews have declined over the past two years as compared to previous. Do not be deceived by the apparently high Trip Advisor rating…this casino was recently changed to a new ownership group and reviews reflect it. Also do not be misled by those reviewing the hotel or other facilities. Look for reviews on Casino itself. We have been going to Fallsview for many, many years. Recently took a trip (first since Covid and first under the new ownership). Parking rate was astronomical…$50 for a holiday weekend. All other local lots were $20-30. In past, playing regularly gave you perks most notably free parking and coupons to restaurants within the Casino. That is ALL gone. Have to have a much higher level card to get free parking. Not 100% sure but I also heard someone say water cost $1.50? It’s free at all other Ontario casinos. I was sent an email saying I had free tickets to Colin Jost…However when I called a couple days later they were “all gone”. Never have I been offered tickets to a show there to have them be gone (may not get first choice of showtime but never gone and I checked…the show was not sold out). And then of course there are the slots and their RTP…maybe it was a bad day, but I’ve never lost so much money so quickly! Played several times at Flamborough, Brantford, Rama, London UK, and countless casino’s in Vegas. I never expect to win… but I’ve never gone through $100 so quickly! Zero incentive to keep playing. So with no chance of earning free parking and little incentive to keep playing I see no reason to return. The poor woman who signed me up for my momentum card was clearly embarrassed as she confirmed all the perks that I would NOT receive now! I can’t imagine the abuse they must take when unsuspecting customers find out they are paying $50 to get their car out of the lot when it was always free before. When Mohegan took over they advertised our experience would be the same…nothing is the same. Judging by how empty it was on a long weekend I think many are figuring it out. I’ve never seen it as empty. Seneca Casino is just across the bridge!

After being locked out of the country for over 2 years, I came back expecting the same great experience as I had before the lockdown nonsense. I was sorely disappointed.

My player's card was reset to the bottom, all offers removed. But I was there for one weekend and built the card all the way back up to the second tier. I thought that I would be given tons of rewards and re-establish the offers I had lost. But what did I get instead? $15 freeplay. $15 freeplay for playing so hard I went from the bottom to the second tier in a single weekend. Horrid.

You better treat your customers like the old casino did before the pandemic nonsense or you will not be highly regarded in the future.
