Today the Actorโs Studio class under the direction of Abby Molotsky and the Creative Writing class under the direction of Ashley Pierson presented a One Act Play Festival in the Playhouse for students.
Congratulations to our Mr. Washington Township 2024 Julian Miller! Kudos also to 2nd Runner Up Ethan Hyman, 1st Runner Up John Ecker, and ALL the talented Mr. Washington Township contestants!
44 seniors passed the Seal of Biliteracy this year in eight different languages. Three students passed in more than 2 languages. These students will receive special designation on their transcripts that they have achieved proficiency in a second language.
On January 13th-14th, our Thespian Troupe 8797 attended the New Jersey State Thespian Festival to compete in a variety of theatre events with students from all across the state.

Students were inspired by social/emotional wellness speaker Preston Centuolo's words that help students recognize that they have worth and value, no matter the circumstances.
This past Friday, October 6, 2023, WTHS had its 23rd annual Spirit Parade. The Spirit Parade is one of the biggest traditions here at the high school with 15 clubs and sports teams that combine and equal over 400 students participating!
